Kim and John were very helpful and professional throught the whole process.

The whole experience was overwhelming as we were first time homebuyers but Beazer Homes made the process ssooo much smoother from start to finish. The financing, the customization, the building and the timeline really felt like it just flew right past us. Not to mention the quality. We had a third party home inspector inspect every phase of the building process as we were holding Beazer Homes to a higher standard, and even our home inspectors were impressed by how little discrepancies were discovered. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

I am extremely happy in my new Beasor home. The weight was long, but in the end it was worth it. My home is not only beautiful, but oh great quality in the products that Beazer uses.

Beazer provided a great home buying experience from beginning to end. All of the staff I encountered were all knowledgeable and friendly.

Justin was an excellent resource, providing updates throughout each step of the process and Joe was very attentive to our needs and making sure our home was in the best condition possible for move in. We moved into a newly built home and thus far have had a much better experience with the quality of work, customer service, and comfort of the neighborhood than past “new build” experiences.

This is out first home and Matt and Tina were very patient with answering our questions upfront . The only thing i was a little upset on is the price negotiation piece where i didn't get to take advantage of Realtor credit. But apart from that everything else went smooth with weekly updates on where they are with construction and the closing was smooth too. Mike and Patty were very helpful till date with any questions regarding issues in house once we moved in. Overall good experience for a first time buyer.

My experience of buying a home with Beazer Homes was exceptional from start to finish. From day one until the completion, I was overly satisfied with the process. The salesman, Gary, and the construction manager, Tracy, were both excellent in their roles. Despite the delay caused by Center Point, they ensured that I didn't get discouraged throughout the process. Beazer home is well designed, plenty of storage and living space.

From people who we first met to get information and see the models houses, to the construction crew and title person, the process was well conducted and informed. The house has good quality and is well built. The small details they had to fix before the closing were all solved.

My wife and I received great service from beginning to end. Our team, Ken, Darren and Brittany are great and very attentive. We love our new home.

Had major leak issues with 2 of the 3 toilets in our brand new home. All three toilets were installed incorrectly. Contacting Beazer personnel was useless.

Beazer keeps you well informed during the build. They also take care of any problems that have occurred in as timely matter. Overall a great experience

our contract was signed 1/18/2023. After that date the plans for our house changed. It was no longer identical to the model. Nothing was communicated about the change. Rather than build our group of houses to plan, the company decided to delay the process to build per the new plans. The sales team was not very forthcoming. Responses were not always timely. Start dates were given and missed. The operations folks were always portrayed as being too busy.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The only problem was with communication between sales and construction. It was resolved satisfactorily.

The whole team was understanding and worked with me. We enjoyed working with them and seeing the progress on our home.
