We were warned that the already built house we chose was on its third project manager and may have problems. We happened to meet the current project manager, Hunter, the day we toured and immediately knew we could trust him. Throughout our buying and moving in journey Hunter has been a reliable and reassuring partner. His expertise and kindness have made us feel welcome and supported as part of the Chambers Creek Beazer Family. We love our new home and appreciate Hunter and his team!

Buying our new home with Beazer Homes at Lake Pointe at Paloma Creek has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. James and David and Mike aim to please and go above and beyond anything I have experienced. My wife and i have bought many homes in the past 30 years and this is by far the best home buying experience we have ever had. What ever you are paying these gentlemen isn't enough. This kind of dedication is very rare.

Great experience with the sales team especially with Robert. He was always available to answer any of our questions. Inspector Mike was great fixing all the issues before closing. Overall great experience.

Meagan was my initial contact with Beazer at Somerset she was very helpful with the my selection of the lot,house style and the selection of all my options. This being my second Beazer home is that Beazer is making more of a better home with improvements to the structure 2×6 outer walls, whole house foam insulation, easy access whole house water shut off,electric car outlet,improvement of the HVAC system and a conduit ran for future solar power etc.Brandon was my Beazer building contact and Brandon was awesome he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.He kept me informed during all stages of the build lay out the slab ,to the framework inspections plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, siding, etc.And when I called Meagan or Brandon they answered the phone which was assuring that I was just not a number but a valued Beazer home buyer. ... Great people with a great customer service I wanna tank Shannon and Jauty for all the help that you guys have done for me during my Home purchase process. I really like my new home. Good quality great location. I want tank Keisha and Nathan very helpful people all of them is still they help me when I need them. I am very happy. I end up with a great people. There is more people to think that I forgot their name. Sorry about that.
