To say that we were excited to move into our first new build, is an understatement. We were so thrilled by the salesman in the office who was helpful and informative. From the second we moved into our home we have had nonstop work orders placed under warranty. Now I do understand that things happen but the amount of time we have had to take off work for repairs continues to add up and we’re not even done. All in all, we love our home but really expected there to be a lot more attention to detail when someone is paying this much for a brand new home.

My initial experience was not good. My first Beazer real estate agent and I had a ratified contract that he annulled without my acknowledgement. My agent thought I knew about contract was cancelled and sold to another client. I told my agent to find out what's going on and I purchased another house same price next street over from original house. I had a bad experience with final walkthrough. This is why my score is a three.

It was great experience buying first home, thanks to construction manager Demarcus who was very friendly and addressed any concerns I had promptly. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend anyone to choose Beazers in search of their dream home.

I dealt Brandon the superintendent. He was most professional and knows his stuff. Any little issues were addressed promptly and with a smile. Great house. I would definitely buy from Beazer again.

Beazer homes are nice. The builders do their job and communicates with you on whatever you need. They carry you along every process and make sure all questions are answered and even after moving in to the house they still help with whatever questions you have. I had a good experience with them.

Audra is the true standout as she worked with me for months to get things moving in the right direction and eventually to closing. She interfaced with all parties on both sides of the deal determined not only to be a great Beazer rep, but also had my interests in mind as well.

The entire process was great, Tracy, Mike, and Lynn were a huge help. They answered all our questions, walked us through everything, and they were very responsive. We were very happy to have them on our side! Great all the way around

In the future, sales agents should be more clear on the lot prices and whether the home is in a flood zone.

Hi, I certainly would like to commend the sales team, Tracey and Lynn for their excellent service, care for their client and commitment to consistent communication and updates from day one. Our construction manager Mike has been outstanding with his communication, attentive service and quick response to any questions or concerns. Mike deserves a tip of the hat for his genuine care he gave to my wife and I during our home building process.

The buying process was easy. No issues. Would recommend.

I like our new home with the exception of a couple issues. Main issue I have is with the Heat system or it could be Duck work, either way unit with master bedroom in back does not get the air flow need to properly heat the bedroom in winter without turning up the thermostat. Gas bill higher than you would think for such an efficient unit as stated to us. Did not like the Gas Stove, was not given an option of Electric.

I am so far very much satisfied and happy with my new house from Beazer. I can say, I made the right decision in choosing this house--great location, quality house, and beautiful lay out with a lot of free and updated features such as installed solar panels, fire sprinkles, charger for electric vehicle, etc. My beautiful house is in a perfect location with mountain view. I also love how peaceful the community is. They also have great people who are very nice, reliable, dependable, and beyond helpful such as Mr. Vito Depalo and Angela Andrews.

We couldn't have picked a more perfect builder! Out of all the other reps with other builders in the area, Phil made choosing Beazer an easy decision. However, it didn't end there. Beazer had the best floorplans and lots available in the neighborhood. The entire process of buying our home was a breeze with and both Phil and Darius helped with any questions we had throughout our entire journey. We are super grateful to have an incredible home built with exceptional craftsmanship and energy efficiency!
