Dan ensured we were updated at a minimum weekly on the house building progress and was transparent when discussing delays.. Dan made himself available for any questions and/or concerns throughout. We were fortunate to have him as a Project Manager. In addition having Nicole explaining the home warranty and the process to file claims after closing was very helpful. Nicole made and has continued to make herself available for questions and to provide assistance. These two individuals have made our experience with Beazer Homes stress free.

Great well built house . Love the floor plan with 3 car garage

I was told building a house was going to be extraordinarily stressful and frustrating. Dan and Nicole made sure that was not the case at all. I was looped-in regularly, got good, honest status updates, and any issues we had were resolved very quickly. My agent and inspector could not believe how straightforward the process was. We love our home and are settling in nicely!

This would be one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. It was delayed 18 months to begin with. The whole buying experience was so disorganized, I had insurance companies calling me before they had even broken ground asking to sign me up. The forced mortgage providers was one of the most unprofessional I have ever seen. Tiffany from Cross Country Mortgage was beyond unprofessional, rude, and used tactics that I have never experienced. I tried following with the multiple lead people on the project. Eventually was put in touch with Janise, who ultimately told me to get lost as they had been paid and the project was complete. The builder Dan keep me informed weekly about all the build steps of my home also Chris was a lot of help in the design center overall the Beazer team was great!

I was walked through the whole process with weekly updates by construction manager Brandon Lapp who is absolutely fantastic. Beazer dropped the ball on permits leading to a two year delay in starting construction with zero communication.

The builder was amazing and delivered a great home! The lender kept me informed all the way through the process. Their customer service was top notch. I love my Beazer Home

Outstanding, if I had more military personnel looking for houses in this area, I would definitely recommend them to Beazer including their finance company and the actual realtor that helped us. If I had to do it all over again, I would, outstanding support. Look forward to enjoying my new home.

From the first time we walked into the model we were warmly greeted by David and shown around the model. The next day we came back to see Meri Beth and looked at the lots for sale. Both of them have been right there as we needed them. Picking out the interiors was very well done. We are very happy for our new home.

Stopped in to inquire about the new neighborhood and found out we could build from the ground up. I was excited so as promised hubby and returned to the sales office and started the process. Thought the build communication was on point. As promised we were kept updated on the progress from start to finish. The project manager was pleasant and professional. Anytime we found issues they were addressed. The sales person too was very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Our experience throughout the whole process was easy and straightforward. Overall it would have been a great experience if management didn’t screw me over $2k. Initially what I have picked out at design center was not honored by Beazer even though it was Beazer design center person who messed up my design. I was told they will take care of it, but as time got close to closing I noticed back splash were not installed. Management didn’t want to honor what was shown vs what I got. That’s why my whole experience with Beazer went down the hill. would I recommend Beazer to friend and family ? Not at all as I am not satisfied with their service how can I recommend to my friends and family. Last review left for Beazer but no one from Management had the courtesy to call and review where they could have been better. 2 stars is mainly because of higher management as they brush off customer like they don’t exist. I have had a fantastic experience with Beazer through the sales process, warranty process and overall satisfaction of my house. The quality of the house is exceptional with energy efficiencies that you don't see in many other builders. They take care of you during the warranty process as well. Any issue that I have had that is covered under their warranty is immediately addressed and taken seriously. This level of care is something that I haven't even received from Landlords. I would highly recommend Beazer to others to build your next house.

All in all my experience has been ok...slow at the beginning and rocky at the end. Best highlight of my experience was the walk through near the end, seeing the completed work was great. Also, I absolutely love that Beazer provides 2 options for the layout of each floor plan. The sales agent and builder did a good job in responding to my questions via email/phone call in a timely manner. My home was built within the suggested time frame - even more exciting!
