Great first time experience. Mike is great sales person. Easy and smooth process. Warranty claims fixed very quick and without issues.

Our home buying experience was detailed oriented from beginning to end. The sales team was very knowledgeable about the floor plans, house details and lots. The weekly construction updates were extremely helpful so as to plan our move from PA to SC. The Design Center had enough choices to ensure a beautiful home. Our Sales person and Head Construction crewman were very responsive to our questions and concerns.

The purchase of our home was a very smooth process from start to end. Our Contractor Dan and new home counselor Kelly were great with communicating and keeping us updated also answering all questions we had! We are pretty satisfied with our home, there are a few things like our HVAC that had to be checked out, also our irrigation system. Also the paint job throughout our home was not the best. Other than that we love it!

We had been looking for an area to retire to for two years. And during our two-year search we talked to and looked at several home builders between the Myrtle Beach and Summerville area. We wanted to live in a community that had bike and walking trails. And that lots that either backed up to tree line or a pond. We looked at Beazer homes in other areas and liked their product. So, once we decided to make Summerville, SC our new home. Beaver Homes was at the top of our list for home builders to look at in the area. We still did our due diligence and met with the other home builders in the area. However, we still thought Beazer Homes had the best quality product. So, we selected Beazer Homes to build our home here in Summerville, SC. From our very first meeting with Michael (Beazer’s Sales Associate) he was detailed and explained Beazer Homes product and their home buying process. They made the buying process very easy and straight forward. They also treated us like we were part of their extended family. So, it’s not about just building houses for them. It’s much more, it’s about making you feel like you are part of their Beazer Home family. And we loved that about them. They called us every week to let us know the progress they were making on the house. Michael our sales agent, and James were very supportive in the process of selling our home in VA. I would rate my experience with Beazer Home, a five out of five. When my husband and I decided on a Beazer Home , we decided to take a tour once we arrived at Jasmine point we were greeted by a very friendly, well informed funny sales rep Michael who throughout the process have become more than just a sales rep our contractor Dan was always on top of our weekly update always answered all her questions made sure that everything was done in a timely fashion. For example, I was charged full price for my kitchen but still have some issues, as equal I still have issues with the color of the stairs they did painted as they wish no mine, and few more details that I will need at least one page to escribe all the issues.

Mike took really good care of us, especially as we were moving here from our of state and had questions about the area etc. The first house we walked into was the one we purchased. We filled out paperwork that day to secure our home. Highly recommend Beazer Homes!

We have loved working with Dan to make sure our home has been perfect. From the start and 2 months later, Dan has been so helpful in making sure everything has met our satisfaction. I love knowing if we see him in the community, he always has time to answer any questions and is very helpful and responsive!

Dan and Michael have been fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Even better, Dan's continued follow up on the outstanding projects has been great and very much appreciated. Great people to work with!

My overall experience with the Beazer team was amazing!

Our experience was one of zero negotiation. We found a home we fell in love with and it was the last home available in Phase 2 of Jasmine Point. Our home was the Holly model and already built. Upon doing the final blue tape walk through, our real-estate agent found a list of minor fixes that were to be completed before we closed. Now I would like to mention the fact that our closing date was rushed and pushed. We are a military family and were moving here to South Carolina for a permanent duty station change. It was our desire to push the closing date out to accommodate a reporting date, however Beazer refused to move the date at all. They informed us that this was the last home in Phase 2 and they wanted it “off the books.” Moving forward to our closing date, they were unable to make the repairs in the home before the closing date they selected. This was unfortunate, as we now have to make a series of appointments to let different contractors in our home to make the needed repairs. Another inconvenience we experienced was the builder refusing to add a garage door opener. This are very common in new home builds and we felt slighted upon realizing this when a lot of our neighbors say their homes came standard with them. ... More

Everyone seemed very conscientious with multiple walk throughs I only did the second to final walk through. I felt like they had it covered but now I wish I had paid more attention as there were several things they missed. And it taking a long time to get these items taken care of! I've called about an AT&T cable on my front lawn multiple times but can't seem to get anything accomplished. They are supposed to fix the interior items and I believe they will but its taking a long time.

We had a great experience with Beazer! The team was great with communication every step of the way. Any issues were promptly addressed and we are very happy with the quality of our new home!

Everyone from our sales agent, Ben, to the builder, Dave, and our warranty guy, Aaron made us feel so cared for and like we were a TOP priority! They all truly went above and beyond to ensure our home was completed on time and the smallest of issues were taken care of prior to our move-in. I cannot recommend Beazer enough and will 100% recommend them to everyone we know!

Our overall experience was good but we did have delays in closing and there were some things that weren't completed on the final walk through. they told us that it would be completed but when we called back to follow up we were told that it would be handled under warranty, which is not what they said on closing day. it took several weeks to get it fixed so I feel like I was getting the runaround. In the future, I would not go to closing until all the punch items were fixed.

Our home buying experience was stress-free, exciting, and fast! We had a generous amount of assistance and hand-holding throughout the process that helped us speed the process along instead of consistently waiting for updates and "the next step". The team at the Marshes, led by Ben, that assisted us from the first day to closing made us feel comfortable and prepared in our decision making and purchasing of our first home! We are forever grateful!

Joe took care of us from the beginning, he was straight forward and honest with us the whole entire process which really allowed us to trust in him and trust the process it takes to buy a high quality built home. To this day, Joe still makes sure everything is going well and always makes sure that everyone in our community is taken care of. He really goes above and beyond what we expected and what we were honestly used to. It was refreshing to have someone like Joe to lean on. We have been living in our new home for 3 months and have loved every minute of it. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great experience. Beazer kept us up to date on all phases during the build including weekly phone calls and photos. Very pleased with the process.

Had a great experience! The whole team helped my wife and I from start to finish (plus post closing). They were all responsive and insanely nice!

I was living outside the Charleston area when my unit came on the market and did not want to wait to be back in town before I visit the unit. Ben worked with my agent to do a FaceTime call and walk through the two units that were on the market at the time. Ben made it pain less to get the paperwork signed and everything transferred so I was able to lock the place down. After that Ben and David made sure to call me weekly and give detailed updates. At my new home owner walk through David and Aaron were there way before time to open everything home and make it feel like home they walked me through the house and help to fix any issues I identified. Even after we closed Aaron and Davis have been so helpful to answer any of my questions and look at any issues I might have even if they were supper small. Trying to buy during a pandemic with supply shortages was a fairly stressful situation. Ben from Beazer Homes remained in contact with me throughout the entire process and kept me as updated as possible on progress and always answered any questions I had. Additionally, once my home was completed, Aaron, who was my New Home Customer Care contact, was always responsive and attentive to any questions/concerns I had (which, because the process had gone so well, there were not many). Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a newly constructed home!

My wife and I had a great overall experience building a home with Beazer. Michael and Joe kept us updated constantly with our home’s progress and were very helpful with addressing our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this company.
