Fantastic experience! From the very first day we've met with builder's sales agent Mike. We've received weekly updates and were able to get in touch with Mike w/o any problems by phone, e-mail and/or text. At NHO we've met with the builder Joe who also ensured that everything is fully prepared and ready for the final walkthrough right before closing. Last but not least we had total support of warranty department represented by Randy. His attentiveness and swift response to claims we've made were simply put excellent. Great Home / Poor Building Process

We love our home but the building process lacked timely/detailed updates, timeline, and customer service. Mike M. (our designated salesperson) was not very helpful and lacked the customer experience during the process. However, Stephanie Hassell was very informative during the process especially since she was not our delegated sales rep. She went above and beyond just due to her kind nature and personality.

Once you find the home of your dreams, beazer in this case Stephanie helped us with finding lenders and guided us through the process. We asked and was given the answers we needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. All went well.

My home buying experience was very easy. I walked in one day, spoke to the on site agent and was taken on a tour of a home in my price budget. I put down the earnest money that day and was given information of everything I’ll need to know for the process. The coolest part was getting weekly photos and phone calls about the progress of the home. Michael answered or returned every phone call and was able to answer all my questions throughout the process. It couldn’t have been any easier dealing with Beazer.

Great House - Awful Experience and Communication

The house is great quality built with great materials. Beazer outsources all their work to local/regional trades so the quality is fantastic. The actual Beazer team is where we hit all the issues. The communication was awful throughout the building process, we often received false updates and our house was delayed 4 months. They are unwilling to push or try to pivot anything. They just say "This is the way it is now". Other family members of mine have used other builders during this same time and they all were completed on-time or early because beazers competitors made pivots.

This was our first home-building experience which made my husband and I extremely excited about the opportunity. Also, extremely nervous as we didn’t know what to expect. It was April of 2021 when we decided to sign up for this adventure. And what an adventure indeed. Everything was "hurry up decide" only to make us wait. Lack of attention to detail

I feel the house is qualm. However, the sales experience was terrible. Mistakes in the design of my build causes an over 3 month delay. Also, had a sales person tell me I could walk away, this was after waiting over 5 months.

We had a rocky start with Beazer as the communication was not always there, but they went the extra mile to make us happy as a customer. They communicate weekly, and do follow up well, however, sometimes you have to push to the point where you are doing it yourself in a way. I feel the quality of the home is great and they do have beautiful amenities and layouts available. The neighborhood has come a long way, and has great views. Just wish the move in was on time as it got delayed multiple times causing us personal struggles to move and get acclimated.

Incomplete work

Multiple delays in closing for 6 months and still the house isn't completely finished, 2 months after closing. Time will tell if this house was worth the hassle of a new build because I think I got the "rustic" style home with exposed nails, trim that doesn't line up, and splintered ends. Not a good experience.

I've been in my home for almost 4 month now. There are still things that have not been fixed, and emails go unanswered, promises made to come by with no show, or call, or email. Super disappointing. Buyer beware.
