Jessica the new home consultant and Matt the superintendent were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the complete process

We are very happy with our new Beazer home as well as the experience from contract to closing. We were helped throughout the contract and selection process, given weekly updates on the progress of our home and had all of our questions answered thoroughly. Our New Home Counselors, Bob and Penny, and our builder, Matt, were all exceptional.

The buying process was good but the finishing and walk through was sub par. I believe they rushed to finish and it showed . The painting inside was horrible and even paint spots on the floor. Our builder did not follow up on our walk through concerns. For the price of these houses I expected a much better finished product.

Very helpful they made the home buying experience very easy

Our home was purchased as a “spec” home which was well along in construction. We were unable to make modifications/upgrades prior to closing but we still felt that we were part of completing our home, which we love!

Many things made this a very good experience, we had things go wrong but Jessica was always helpful with suggestions and pointed us in the right direction. Matt made our new home,and very happy he was our builder.

Great service from selecting to building walk through

I am upset with the poor workmanship on many aspect of our finished product. From scratches and poorly working windows to uneven walls and crooked counter areas that make drawer lopsided and warranty responsiveness lacking for real issues.

getting repair work done is terrible experience.Nobody seems to care about any followthrough with any subcontractors.

From beginning to the end the Beazer crew was outstanding! Went above and beyond to smooth all the snags with a plethora of information, updates, tactful suggestions, pictures, video calls (out of state buyer) you name it and Monica Newman and Augie are the best very valuable asset to Beazer family on my humble opinion ! Happy with my new Beazer home !

Jonathan, our project and construction manager, was excellent. He was clear, efficient, and worked tirelessly for us to get everything right.

The sales person was very easy to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the home choices we were looking at. The builder kept us informed about all the steps that were occurring and how the schedule was going. closing walk through went very well and all concerns were addressed quickly.

The one negative thing we did not like about dealing with Beazer was their total lack of willingness to make changes that were not on their options list. I asked for a hot water stub out behind a toilet, "we don't do that". Well what about an electrical outlet behind the toilet, "we don't do that". We don't like the three interior paint colors, how about if we buy the same exact paint you use just a different color and your painters apply it, "we don't do that". On the other hand, our sales person, John and our job foreman Matt were a delight to deal with. They made sure we understood every step of the build and when things would be done. The quality of workmanship, fit and finish was very good. There were several items that needed correction or adjustment and all except two have been corrected. Very informational and knowledgeable about the homes

Monika is the first person you come in contact with for your Beazer experience. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and eager to help you along in the process. We purchased our home long distance, Monika and Augie (construction mgr.) would give us updates and pictures of the house in different stages being built. If we had any questions, they were answered as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our home, even though there are a few issues, their warranty people are on top of things rather quickly, and even Augie has gone out of his way to help even though these issues do not fall under his responsibilities. Beazer was very organized and the home has been without issues since purchase 2 months ago. We love our new home and the builder, Stacey Musser has been super-responsive to any needs and we appreciate it.

Great customer service and getting updates about home process.

From the beginning of the process, we had a much different experience with Beazer than we had with previous builders. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. It was an easy, seamless process. Chris and Jeff communicated with us throughout the building and buying process, and we were thrilled. Prior to closing, we met with someone from Beazer’s customer service, and were impressed with her (I can’t remember her name). Then we closed, and were turned over to Phil. We made our first call to customer service a week or two in for multiple issues, one of which was our air conditioning did not work. Phil contacted us relatively quickly to review the issues we were having. We discovered that there was a bad part in the A/C unit, and the finger pointing began. The contractor said this issue was known, Beazer said they were never aware, and to top it off, someone kept sending the wrong part. Three times. When the correct part finally came, it was discovered during the repair that the siding contractor had punctured a line and there was a leak that had to be fixed. Fixing it required cutting out drywall, so that meant the drywall contractor and painter would need to be scheduled. In speaking with Phil, he advised that WE had to call Beazer to submit another warranty claim for the repair caused by the warranty work that was being done. I was irritated by this - why should I spend my time on this? It was work that had to be done because of the repair work for the warranty item I already submitted. I called Beazer, and was informed that Phil was incorrect - HE could call and add the drywall/paint to our warranty request. When I advised Phil of this, he became very defensive, and copped an “it’s not my job” attitude. This completely turned me off, and I informed my husband that he would need to deal with Phil from then on, because I was done with him. It took over a month to get those initial warranty items fixed, HOURS on the phone, NUMEROUS days of having to sit and wait for contractors who often did not show up or call to let us know they weren’t coming. have been here 4 months any issues Beazer took care of quickly. Whole process was smooth from start to finish.
