THE FOREMAN COMMUNICATED WELL AND SENT US PICTURES OF THE PROGRESS WITHOUT US EVEN ASKING. WARRANTY REACHED OUT TO US TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WENT WELL AFTER CLOSING. ALL AROUND A GREAT EXPERIENCE! THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO PLAYED A PART IN MAKING OUR TRANSITION INTO THIS NEW HOME EASY AND PAINLESS!

The representatives were great to work with, professional and responsive to our requests. From the sales rep, to the construction manager and the sign off to the warranty rep, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

From the moment we met with the Home Counselor, we were given all necessary details and choices in a timely and efficient manner. Since we were building this home remotely, the Beazer representatives were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs. The home was completed ahead of schedule, which saved us from potential problems with moving. Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful build homes. Make sure the sellers rep knows all the information that you get with the new build. We were misled on a few things that would have made this a 5 star review.

Purchased house in Sunset Landing in Little River, SC. Builder did not want to fix anything after closing. We very upset that builder built the same color house next to ours. Salas person promised us that they would not do that..

At Beazer Homes, you have options to configure your new dream home with optional floorplans. The NHC is available for the first 14 days to modify your options making the process easy. I recommend that you do your research prior to selecting your new home. The model home is well-staged helping you make a decision. We love our new Persimmon Art and Craft Elevation thanks to our builder Jeff aka "Buffalo Bills" and his Beazer Team for such careful attention to our beautiful, unique, cozy, and quality of craftsmanship of the Beazer Home experience.

This is one of the best and most exciting experience that we experienced in home buying. From picking out our options, to the vision of just getting what we wanted to bring that vision we were looking for come to light.

The process was easy and they were good about keeping me updated on the progress.

The house purchase process was very good. We are a bit disappointed with the mud and dirt in the street that gets carried into the driveway. The construction area is not very well maintained.

Everyone we dealt from the purchase to the closing made everything seamless. After closing our builder took the time to help us with some of the small issues we had and was very prompt to follow up.

Nine months they worked closely with us despite COvid and a delay in our move. Monika kept us informed every step of the way an insured the home we wanted was available. She took the time to send us photos!! Once we arrived Stacy welcomed us and throughly explained all aspects of all the nook and crannies within the home. Always availed to assist and explain with any questions we had. Both of them made our Beazer purchase exceptional.

Jenny was awesome. She showed me the house in the neighbourhood 11 different times to make the sale.

Pay attention to detail, guidelines, and false promises. The builder will contact the buyer constantly trying to get good marks on an after-closing survey in order to advance in the company and/or receive a bonus. After the survey was submitted, the builder has yet to complete prior promises. Multiple complaints from this new development regarding backyard fencing parameters and guidelines, we have been told three different fence lines at different instances. Basically all of the homes already built have lot drainage issues, some much worse than others. We have been told the gated entrances are "coming soon" for months now. Chris was amazing and so patient with us, as this was our first time buying a home! Our home is beautiful, and they included so many things that weren’t included with other builders that we were considering. We highly recommend!

Many good features with the house but also many deficiencies. Toilets had the bowl 14-1/2 inches off the floor which does not meet the ADA minimum limits. Like sitting on the floor. We had to replace the toilets. Salesman showed us the shower we were getting in the sample house. Well it was deficient and we had to replace the shower head system. Salesman said just because it was in the sample home doesn't mean we would get the features. The alarm company always puts a module in the master bedroom. Our bedroom doesn't have a phone line. All ventilation outlets and return air filter are the wrong size and the outlets and filter do not fit and cannot be regulated. I signed a document showing a double sink in the kitchen. We got a single sink. Two overflow valves drain into the garage. Salesman said the garage is not the house so it's OK. The house has no shower cutoff valves. Salesman said none of the houses have any so it's OK. Back yard is to steep to cut the grass. Salesman said the home owners association will cut it because it's in their right-of-way. Not true. No one will cut the grass. Salesman showed us the screened in porch we would get. Well we didn't get the screen. Etc. / etc. ... More

Very happy with my Beazer Home purchase. Park Place is a great community. Close to shopping and restaurants. Golf cart ride to the beach. Great location.
