Customer Service fell off drastically the last 6 too 8 weeks before closing. The change of assignment to Beazer staff did not provide the Customer Service we expected. It also affected the quality of work on the home.

I used to be a custom home builder. I was extremely pleased with the quality of construction, finish and the latest technology that was incorporated in my new Garden home! The staff at Beazer were also very helpful prior to the sale, with the financing, keeping me informed with the building progress and covering the warranty prior to move in. I have found the experience frustrating. I was rushed to close and had issuers that needed to be fixed and addressed that I am still dealing with. I have to call repeatedly to get a response. When we met I got reassured things would be addressed and fixed but it’s been 11 days and I have heard nothing. I do not feel comfortable so far. Maybe it will improve but I would not close until things are done right.

Our homebuying experience was very good overall. We were living out of state and Jeff the building supervisor took videos everyweek and kept us up to date on progress of our build. Any questions that we had, Jeff got right back to us with an answer. The only negative is that downspouts and gutters do not come with the house (in South Carolina). We were never told that they were an option and had no idea that they did not come with the house. It was a cost that we were not expecting after moving into a new house.

Monika Newman was a wonderful & very knowledgeable sales rep who made the whole buying process very easy to follow. She had the perfect personality for the job & really presented herself as a community ambassador of sorts. I was saddened to learn however that she's no longer working for Beazer. There will be a void in her space, not everyone is as personable as she was.

The minute we walked into our home, we knew it was THE ONE! It is exactly what we had searched high and low to find! Our Construction Manager communicated with us throughout the completion of our home and met with us right before closing to make sure yet again that we were completely happy. It’s so incredibly energy efficient, our utility bills are a fraction of what we used to pay on a smaller home. Given the choice, we would choose Beazer again!

I would of gotten the same poor craftsmanship but saved 200k if bought a dr horton or Lennar. Beazer does not care about the customer there method is to make it so miserable for them to fix stuff you give up ask any of my neighbors

We purchased a move-in ready Garden Home so our experience is a bit different but we can say that our meetings with John, Bob and the Phils’ were great. Everything was explained and gone over and questions were answered promptly. The mortgage process was also very easy. Once we submitted our information we were contacted within the hour. All in all we’re very pleased with the progress and those people we dealt with.
