Beazer homes set themselves apart from numerous builders I met with when I was deciding on building a house versus purchasing a resale.Beazer Homes offered a plethora of upgrade options to create your dream home based on your needs, style preferences and budget. This is where the other builders fell short for me. Other builders would not allow any style changes, I.e. cabinet color, carpet color or house color. I felt like with all the luxury upgrades available, in my opinion I was able to build a semi custom home for a reasonable price. In addition the level of service and communication provided by John in Sales and my Construction Manager Cary exceeded my expectations. We had a weekly touch base and I received feedback about the status of my project with next steps including pictures. No matter how many questions or concerns I had I never felt it was an issue. They encouraged me to call or text them any time I had questions. As with any project of this magnitude we had a few hiccups to resolve. The staff was there to help us through the whole process

Jessica and Jeff are consummate professionals, polite, prompt, thorough and responsive.

My Wife and I did not plan in buying a house in Little River we just wanted to rent. After three years of renting with a $750 rent increase we decided to buy. We came across the community of Sunset Landing just 3 miles away from where we were renting. We were impressed with the price and even more impressed with the sales person (Monika). We had a great experience talking with Monika and were really impressed with her knowledge. She is also very pleasant and represented Beazer well until she was let go for some reason. After our purchase, Monika introduced us to the project manager Jamie. Jamie just came on to work with Beazer. He is fantastic. Jamie was in touch with us several times a week to give up updates on our new home. He took videos to show us the progress. Our Beazer experience would not have been as positive if it were not for Jamie. We have a few minor fixes that need to be done under warranty but all in all building with Beazer has been a great experience. ... More

We had an exceptional experience with Beazer . They were there to help us throughout the planning to the building . You at the end felt like you have made a little family . Weekly meetings to insure your progress and take any questions you may have . Thanks to Jessica Hill & Brandon Smith for the flawless treatment No matter the day they always took care of us .Now as it’s all complete there isn’t a doubt about Beazer . They leave no question unanswered . They take full pride in their homes . Thank you Beazer !!

Moved into our new home on August 4. My wife and I had a great experience with the team of guys we were dealing with leading up to our closing. Brad, Mike and now Phil were nothing but professional and extremely courteous with s regardless how many times we bothered them with phone calls and texts. Having a home built in Myrtle Beach while living in New York could have led to major headaches and anxiety but Brad and Mike were able to alleviate those concerns.

Beazer needs to better select sub-contractors. Too much sloppy work that needed to be corrected. Should have been addressed AND NOT TOLERATED by management in real time

Our original home counselor was let go shortly after our buy which led to a few issues with our deal. For the most part they were worked out to the best of our local Beezer contacts' ability. When doing a corporate build, my best advice is to go slow as there is not much flexibility to make changes. Shoutout to Phil!! Thanks Much!!

It appears that all work is being done on homes nearing settlement and not the ones -ours especially-that have settled We’re lucky if we get 1-2 repairs done a week All the repairs are holding up us getting settled into our home—all we get are promises promise s

Customer Service fell off drastically the last 6 too 8 weeks before closing. The change of assignment to Beazer staff did not provide the Customer Service we expected. It also affected the quality of work on the home.

Because of the death of our son we haven't been in our new home very long. We found a few things that I know that they wiil take care of.

Brandon the construction manager worked with us from start to finish. We have built several homes in the past and this was by far the best experience we had.

I used to be a custom home builder. I was extremely pleased with the quality of construction, finish and the latest technology that was incorporated in my new Garden home! The staff at Beazer were also very helpful prior to the sale, with the financing, keeping me informed with the building progress and covering the warranty prior to move in. I highly recommend Beazer Homes and their staff at the Bella Vita complex!

My home was already completely built without my input. That being said, I’m very impressed with the quality of the materials used in my new home. Everyone, from the salesperson to the construction manager, has been very helpful and interested in my satisfaction. I love my new condominium and would recommend Beazer homes to people looking for a new place.

I have found the experience frustrating. I was rushed to close and had issuers that needed to be fixed and addressed that I am still dealing with. I have to call repeatedly to get a response. When we met I got reassured things would be addressed and fixed but it’s been 11 days and I have heard nothing. I do not feel comfortable so far. Maybe it will improve but I would not close until things are done right.

Our homebuying experience was very good overall. We were living out of state and Jeff the building supervisor took videos everyweek and kept us up to date on progress of our build. Any questions that we had, Jeff got right back to us with an answer. The only negative is that downspouts and gutters do not come with the house (in South Carolina). We were never told that they were an option and had no idea that they did not come with the house. It was a cost that we were not expecting after moving into a new house.

Philip and Jessica were up close and personal. Kept us informed the entire process. Went out of their way every week as we completed our build. They truly went over and beyond and continue to check in to be sure we are happy and satisfied. We are highly impressed with the Beazer family in our process of building.

Working with Brad was an easy and enjoyable experience.

I would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone, very happy with home, constructed very well and the entire team did a phenomenal job!

Beazer is customer-focused and driven; they committed to communicating with me weekly and did just that! The processes they have in place are top-notch, from the beginning and they deliver. I encourage anyone looking to build or to just purchase a new home to stop into Beazer.

Jeff the builder kept us updated with with a weekly video & we would have a weekly call with Jeff & Monica. We were kept well informed. We were very pleased with the experience of buying our home from Beazer.

Can’t say enough to the staff at Beazer homes at Sunset Landing special shout out goes to Jeff the builder who answered all the questions and took the time to explain, and answer any questions that I have .. good job keep up the good work and the quality home builds ..

Great service and good quality home built

Monika Newman was a wonderful & very knowledgeable sales rep who made the whole buying process very easy to follow. She had the perfect personality for the job & really presented herself as a community ambassador of sorts. I was saddened to learn however that she's no longer working for Beazer. There will be a void in her space, not everyone is as personable as she was.

Amazing staff all around that helped us find our dream home! The weekly updates via calls and emails with progress pictures were incredible and made us feel included in the process. Our GC and sales rep were the best. Shoutouts to Brandon and Jessica!
