We had a wonderful experience buying and building our new home with Beazer! We got very detailed information upfront about how the process would work, which helped answer a lot of our questions and made us feel comfortable. The Counselors were extremely kind and knowledgeable about the new home building process. We got great customer service as they helped us picked out the designs and materials from thousands of miles away! We also loved that we got pictures every week so we could see the house’s progress at each step. Any issues we had, they were quick to fix them for us, and worked with us to make sure we were happy. While this was not our first experience with closing on a home . It is our first experience with working with a builder and it’d representative . Jeff ( the builder ) I had noted in my phone , showed excellent concern for us . What I really appreciated was our weekly updates video .I was told that he was the only one that did this , it was extremely helpful and kept our expectations and excitement on high ! Monika help me to feel confident that although we were out of State the communication was extremely helpful and we were well informed . The workmanship and the cleaning were not up to standard. Bob was great, keeping me up with the progress of the build.

Bob was the best,always there to answer questions and called once a week with updates.very happy with the home it's 100% what they said it would be.would proudly recommend it to anyone looking to buy

From walk through to taking occupation went like a dream, Bob has been so helpful and Laura checking in to see if we have all settled well, we are delighted with our new home, will highly recommend Beazer Home

The house is beautiful! We love living in it. Our family loves coming to visit us. The community is so family friendly. We had a positive buying experience, and look forward to many years in our brand new home!

Wow, Where do I begin. My wife and I were told by Beazer after purchasing the house to mark areas with painters tape so those areas can be repaired. My wife and I spent 3 hours- TWICE applying tape. After they attempted to make repairs-over half of the issues were not addressed as the tape was still all over the house. We had work order set up through Beazer for a carpenter and an electrician. They both came by and both indicated that the order they received had one or two items on it- not the 5-6 we told Beazer about. The electrician was able to spend the extra time to fix our issue, but the carpenter was dumbfounded and told me he would have to come back to make a list of supplies needed and then come back again to do the work. This has yet to happen. There are exterior siding issues, molding and paint issues though out the house, countertop issues in both bathrooms, etc. We live 12 hours away and have notified Beazer weeks in advance when we will be in the area to try and set up the repairs. We are going down next Wednesday, and all we have is that a Beazer rep will be there at 9 am Thursday to discuss the painting issues. We have had the house for 2 months, and this will be our 3rd trip and we only have the electrical work to show for it - and that would not have been completed but for the fact that we were there to make sure it was done completely. This has been a nightmare for my wife and I. We would not have bought this house if we knew how difficult the repairs would be and that we would have to babysit the contractors to make sure the repairs were done properly. ... More

Be aware of verbal commitments. Not in writing, they will not back it up.

From start to finish Jessica walked us thru the process. Her experience and knowledge of the Beazer Homes made us feel confident in choosing the right home and community for our family. She is always professional and patient, always made us feel comfortable to reach out to her no matter what questions we had. We know this journey was less stressful because of Jessica.

What continues to be a problem is that we have not received a copy of the hoa guidelines. Beazer was suppose to deliver a paper copy at the closing. We are seniors and I cannot download the info. As far as issues go, we are waiting on a few that have now gone into the 3rd or 4th week.

I am trying to get organized, haven't dealt with anyone other than Bob and Phil and have found both to be excellent representatives of your company

The purchasing experience was wonderful. I feel the home quality could improve. They have not responded to many items on the 30 day punch list and now I have new items. Walls and windows are not plum. Paint job is lacking.

Very friendly people work on the homes and are very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home here.

Brandon, the builder, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date on what was happening each week, along with John, the sales rep. Brandon was always available to answer all of our questions. He still stops by and checks in on us.

We purchased a spec house that was approx. 70% completed and signed contract in early August. At that time the estimated completion date was on or about November 1. Based on this date we contracted the sale of our current residence with a closing date of December 1st which based on buyer mortgage commiments we excuted on such date. As December approached I could not get a firm closing date and closing finally took place on December 27. This delayed essentially left us homeless and necessitated a double move, rental of storage facitilites, and renting a place to live for the month at a cost in excess of $3,000 at my expense. Also, it left my wife very distraught in that we missed the holiday season and she could not decorate and enjoy the season which she looks forward to every year. Another item is that we were told that certain trimmings were standard in the house which were not installed and were later told that the plans were changed after we signed the contract. As to warratny work our 30 day puch list was submitted three weeks ago and as of today only one item has been fixed and a second scheduled for next week. No contact on the remainder of list so far. Over all the house is very good howver the workmanship has sliiped since two years ago when we purchased our first Beazer home. Number of smalll items that were result of just plain sloppy work. I will say the most of these were corrected immediately upon talking to Beazer personnel. On a positive note Beazer worked with us to eliminate the sprinkler system due to planned installation of a pool. Also, our forman Brandon, salesperson Jessica, and warranty contact Rudy have been a joy to work with and couldn't ask for nicer and better people. Kudos to each of them individually. ... More

Our Beazer experience has been awesome. John, Rudy, Mike and everyone we have worked with have been professional, friendly, informative and made our moving experience smooth.

We are very pleased with our new home. The customer service we received from John and Mike was superb!! We received weekly updates as promised and that was very reassuring knowing how far along in the process they were. Even now we can count on John and Mike with anything that might arise. Great job on the house and excellent with customer service!

from my experience AVOID this company or I give you 99% that you will regret...you will hear a lot of promises but I'm telling you from my experience everything is bad and nobody will care about the quality..... nothing is level in the house the house is very bad painted inside all the updates that I pay extra a lot of money are f... u!!! Each problem that you will mark before to by the house they will just try to escape or they will fix only for the eye to look so so but trust me only after couple of days all the bad job that they do will pump back...Again from my experience Try to AVOID or you will regret a lot!!! ... From our first step onto Sunset Landing until now we have truly been blessed!! The buying process was a great experience! It was pressure free and very honest salespeople. Monica is AWESOME!!! So friendly, bubbly and treated us like family! Always available for any questions or concerns we might have had and addressed them immediately!! The builder,Jeff, was very thorough, attentive and he fulfilled on every promise in a timely manner. He takes an enormous amount of pride in everything he does. Overall a great experience. As an out of town buyer I was kept informed every step of the way with weekly videos and calls once construction began. My sales rep. Monica and builder Jeff were awesome to work with and talk to. Happy to know them both.

The Beazer team at Harbor View was amazing. From the time we visited the model home, till we moved in our home the team was first class. Brad the salesman was first class, he was honest and open about the whole new build process. He made time to answer all our questions. Matt the building manager was on top of the build every step. He knew exactly when things were going to be started and completed. One of the best things about buying a beazer home is the weekly progress call from Matt and Brad.
