THE FOREMAN COMMUNICATED WELL AND SENT US PICTURES OF THE PROGRESS WITHOUT US EVEN ASKING. WARRANTY REACHED OUT TO US TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WENT WELL AFTER CLOSING. ALL AROUND A GREAT EXPERIENCE! THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO PLAYED A PART IN MAKING OUR TRANSITION INTO THIS NEW HOME EASY AND PAINLESS!

The representatives were great to work with, professional and responsive to our requests. From the sales rep, to the construction manager and the sign off to the warranty rep, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

From the moment we met with the Home Counselor, we were given all necessary details and choices in a timely and efficient manner. Since we were building this home remotely, the Beazer representatives were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs. The home was completed ahead of schedule, which saved us from potential problems with moving. Thanks for a great experience!

I recommend that you do your research prior to selecting your new home. The model home is well-staged helping you make a decision. Everyone we dealt from the purchase to the closing made everything seamless. After closing our builder took the time to help us with some of the small issues we had and was very prompt to follow up.

Nine months they worked closely with us despite COvid and a delay in our move. Monika kept us informed every step of the way an insured the home we wanted was available. She took the time to send us photos!! Once we arrived Stacy welcomed us and throughly explained all aspects of all the nook and crannies within the home. Always availed to assist and explain with any questions we had. Both of them made our Beazer purchase exceptional.

Jenny was awesome. She showed me the house in the neighbourhood 11 different times to make the sale.

Brad, Kelly and Lonnie were great to work with. They all addressed any of our concerns quickly. Few things that were potential problems were 1) sod laid was not watered as needed and sod soil was full of rocks we are still removing revealing poor quality. 2) some of the plants planted in landscaping in front yard died and were replaced after final walk through then died again. We were told what WE could do to fix the problem but no help from Beazer. Seems they have had this problem with most homes built in this community. However they continued to plant shrubs incorrectly anyway! I feel they should fix the issue not the homeowners at the homeowners expense. Buying a new home you would expect these issues to be non existent. ... More

The builder of this home was great!!! Thank you Jaime, he took videos every week and quality job!! Cross Country mortgage, ( Cathi) super awesome to deal with!! W. Tiffany as well!! Was not to happy w/ the realtor for beezer, never really answered things till 1/2 days later, never in… etc.!! my realtor Jaimie did it all!! She was the star of the show!!! Ty Jaimie w/ Keller/ Williams!!!

I'm finding that walls and ceilings are painted but not primed first. Ceiling lighting is not centered in some spots. Toilets are very low. Overall, the house and structure are well built.

Building a home from a different state was difficult because you could not be here daily to see the craftsmanship. If I were here I would have checked the building processes daily and haven been able to have input of my dislikes or concerns. Possibly because of my daily visits, contractors would not have been so sloppy. Going backwards and fixing rushed and sloppy work should have been avoided. Many simply things now take several weeks to be resolved if at all.
