Jeremy our Sales Representative and Brett our PM were outstanding and made this potentially highly stressful experience one of the best low stress experience a new construction purchase could be! Our sales agent was wonderfully helpful and quickly answered questions or took care of concerns. Even after possession, he’s gone above and beyond to help us iron out the small kinks that come with moving into a new home. We are so pleased with the home and love everything, from floor to ceiling!

When we signed the contract, we were told we had to move quickly through design and then the new home kick-off. After our design appointment, it was almost one month before we had the initial home project kick-off. Project updates weren't as frequent as we expected. Our realtor had to reach out on a couple of occasions to get a status update. We found out there was an issue with our plot being filed incorrectly. Beazer was very apologetic and worked with us on how to correct this issue. We may have decided on another home if we knew that the walls are insulated for efficiency but not ...

I've had homes built elsewhere and this experience with Beazer Homes was exceptional. I was living over 1000 miles away during the built and I was kept advised of all stages of the build and sent pictures. Any concerns or questions that I had during the build were address immediately. The Design Center was well appointed and our consultant never rushed us and made great design suggestions. Overall, we are very pleased with how everything came together in our new home.

Your home will not even closely resemble the model in any way. Nothing is centered, paint is sloppy, caulking and grout is sloppy. Doors and transition strips (none between wood and carpet) poorly installed. Security doors don't close and latch correctly. The contractors leave their trash & mess everywhere. Poor design with no visitor parking (nobody mentioned that in the sales pitch!) It is not what I would expect from a premier, "trust" builder! Cheap. I will eventually have to replace almost everything in this cheaply built, poorly designed place! 2 stars just because I love the location ...

Earnest money deposit requirement should be disclosed at earliest buyer interest and showing. Other builders do not require this I am told. Although I had this covered, it impacted my overall budget for funds needed for moving and logistics.

The process of having a new construction home built with Beazer builder was not stressful and they made it easier for us! Throughout the whole building process they always kept us informed of each stage of building our new home. They also have great customer service and answered questions in a timely manner. - The Sales representative was great and I appreciate all what he did. - The issue that I have is with the builder, where he has to surface my front and back porch due to some wholes and damages, he promised to do it the next week of closing when the weather is worm, but unfortunately I am almost two months now and every time he says next week and this next week never comes.

Enjoy our Home, but Warranty Process not great.

Love my home, but it does feel like a constant battle with the Warranty process. After you submit and you have to constantly prove what's wrong for them to come back and just say no. Then when you get a no, they tell you how to fix it that costs the buyer extra money. I would look at how you can make the Warranty process simple especially when you are building homes around someone's finished home.
