This is the first home I built with Beazer homes, and I would highly recommend the team I worked with. The sales person Monique understood my needs and was patient while I wanted to make sure I chose the plan and lot that best suited my needs. While my first construction manager was a cause for concern he was quickly replaced by Aneta who was professional and responsive. As a single woman building my first home she listened and addressed all my concerns which were not many. She addressed things before I even had a chance. She with detail oriented and professional. Working with Cynthia at Beazer was an absolute pleasure! She kept me updated every step of the way and always made time for me to stop by and see the progress. The quality of the work and materials was top-notch, and I really appreciated how she handled any challenges that came up — always doing the right thing, no shortcuts. Buying the home process is smooth and without incident. But once you sign, immediate assistance is switched to the quality assistance section and it is slow to respondl It feels like once you sign, beazer is done with you.

I was in my old house for 33 years. I was a little hesitant when this process began, but the Salespersons were great. At every step from looking at sites and house plans, purchase and construction, they were helpful and knowledgeable. The builder texted me each monday with progress on the build. Will definitely recommend Beezer for your next home. I love my new home.

Buying a home in Bradshaw Farms was so easy. Everyone we worked with were knowledgeable and professional. They met all our needs which made purchasing a home less stressful. Haley kept us well informed of the progress being made during the building process. Cynthia made sure the work was done correctly, checking every detail as she would if it was her own home. Mike is quick to respond with our questions after our closing. We would definitely recommend purchasing a home in Bradshaw Farms to others.

The quality of the house is good over all. We like the plan/design of the community. However, we have some HVAC and water issue very early on, and is still working with warranty to resolve the issues.

The builder is great, home is beautiful! Everyone we worked with at Beazer has been nothing but wonderful! However, their preferred lender was a nightmare and almost ruined everything for us, cost us an additional $10k, delayed our closing for almost a month where we had to go to a different lender when we had waited 10 months for the home to be built. The most dishearting part was Beazer not doing anything about the lender, after an epic disaster like this, I can not believe Beazer is still referring customers to them which is just so incrediblly irresponsible. I would recommend Beazer because i do think they do a good job, but be VERY careful with their preferred lenders, do your homework! ... More

I can't recommend Bryce enough! From start to finish, Bryce demonstrated professionalism and a personal touch that made our experience exceptional. Even after the completion of our home, he made it a point to check in and ensure we were satisfied with everything. Recently, we encountered an issue with the drainage in our backyard. Although it was no longer Bryce's responsibility, he went above and beyond to ensure the problem was addressed. He kept us informed throughout the process and frequently stopped by our house to update us on the progress. Bryce’s attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Buying a home can be very stressful but not with Beazer and especially not when you work with Hayley and Cynthia. Any questions, concerns and even if an issue did arise both Hayley and Cynthia took the time to assist and I felt they truly cared about any concerns. The communication about timelines through the entire building process was exceptional! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Robert in sales was super helpful choosing the right plan and lot, and a pleasure to work with. Brice and Nathan were always responsive to answering questions throughout the construction process. They were available to walk through and explain things as the house was built, and were helpful with any changes or fixes that needed to be addressed. Love the new house!

My experience purchasing a townhome in Tulip Hills was great! Rob was and continues to be extremely personable and responsive. He made me feel welcome, and like it really matters to him that the property is well-maintained. Whenever I have had a question or concern, he has gone over and above to address them. Travis has been very easy to work with, and is super friendly, as well. The quality of the craftmanship is important to him. We recently completed our homebuilding journey and wanted to share our appreciation for Pamela Wilson and Brett Mosley who supported us throughout the process. From the beginning, Pamela was approachable and patient, taking time to understand our needs and working with us through several rounds of clarifications and customizations. Whenever we raised questions or concerns, she always made sure they were addressed. One example was the kitchen cabinet layout — after sharing our feedback, she facilitated a change that better suited our requirements, which we truly appreciated. Brett also played a key role in delivering a home that met our expectations. He was accessible and receptive to feedback during the build process. One standout moment was how he handled the backyard grading — after we expressed concerns about the slope, he ensured the area was properly leveled and the elevation significantly improved. That made a big difference for our outdoor space and long-term usability. What stood out even more was Brett continued support after closing. He went out of his way to help with post-purchase maintenance, including watering the newly seeded backyard lawn for a couple of weeks — something we didn’t expect but greatly appreciated. I feel like the house will fall apart in one year The customer service is awful. I have moved in this house for 2 months I don’t have the mailbox key l know I have a lot of bills in there I contacted several people to resolve this problem from hoa to office and even builder no response this is only the small issue I hate to talk about the main issues that is embarrassing for the new house it is so unconvinient To after all moving hassles they have to tear the walls to try to fix the problem I don’t know what kind of design this house has the light switch for the bathroom is inside away from door even the person who lives there has to look for the switch if he doesn’t fall and hurt himself The humidity in the house is so much that l have to empty the dehumidifier at least 3 times a day I think the house needs to be tear down and build again. ... Building a home is never easy and moving across states makes it harder. Our builder was very professional responsive and attentive to our asks. She was a pleasure to work with.
