Beazer did a great job at keeping me informed through my first home buying experience with weekly updates and a detailed walk through prior to closing! Brandon and team have continued to check in even after closing and made sure I didn’t need anything.

Really loved building a home with Beazer! But really what took it the extra mile was working with Josh K! He went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and all my concerns were addressed along the way! Josh was the absolute best project manager ! Would totally build another home with Beazer !

I was a first time homebuyer and everyone at Beazer Homes made the process easy and overall a great experience. I really appreciated the weekly build updates as it allowed me to stay up-to-date with how my home was being built. Brandon and Dan have been very helpful before, during, and after the entire build process. Mark and Rob also were great New Home Counselors. They quickly answered all my questions ranging from design changes to lender choices. I highly recommend new builds from Beazer Homes!

From sale with Jennifer to Cynthia helping & knowledge as project manager to Mike working with details after the close to correct any issues has been a great experience! Love the area and community very happy with our purchase

The buying process was seamless, easy to understand from contract, design options, periodic reviews, final inspection till final closing. New Home center takes care of customer requests post move-in diligently. I am having issues being worked upon currently but frequency of finding issues in component/workmanship were limited from my previous new construction home. Overall, I am a happy customer

Great solid house! Enough options to make me happy. Anything that came up was taken care of to my satisfaction. Being a real estate agent, I was nervous about this build but I couldn't be happier! Congrats to the Beazer team! Janssen and his crew were amazing and so was Haley and the sales team!!

Home buying experience was seamless and smooth. First time homebuyer, and they walk you through every step of the way. Even after moving in, they continue to be available for your needs and any questions you may have.

We love our home but there were some things that were overlooked, rushed and sloppy. However, some of these have been attended to while others we are still waiting on someone to fix. Overall, however, the building was a great experience and we love our home and new community!

We enjoyed the process overall. There were a few things we think should be addressed but overall the experience was great. Our sales rep was very patient with us and she always answered our questions in a timely manner. She was totally professional at all times.

Justin was and continues to provide me with great information and customer service. The on-site crew consisting of Marc, Mike and Cynthia are always available to listen to my concerns and make suggestions. I am very pleased with the overall construction of my home.

i think beazer homes should also concentrate on the inner quality along with house outer quality.

It has been a terrible struggle for us. The design center failed us in selections and relaying them to the builder. We had 3 leaks in the roof before CO. The brick was wrong color, a urine yellow stain ran through it. The factory said it was a defect in the brick coloring. The company was forced to paint the brick. The painting and trim work is less than mediocre. The cement work is horrible. The fireplace stone work had to be redone over and over again. Toilet were not centered( instead of a 12 to six placing , they were a 1-7position. There is little plumb, squared or level. Work was done with little pride/well. The supervisors kept telling us this wasn’t a custom home and all they cared only about the energy rating. I honestly can never recommend this builder. The only saving grace for us has been the warranty supervisor. He is now having most our interior doors replaced due to defects as well as any other problems that may exists due to poor workmanship and poor quality materials(Our upstairs floors are now creaking after being here 6 weeks). Though we love the space and design of our home, the build, materials and contractors used are less than sub par. The builder doesn’t focus on customer satisfaction rather throwing the houses up and getting them sold to move on to the next. There isn’t one family I’ve spoken to in our new neighborhood who hasn’t had some sort of issue before and after closing. They have one person working all complaints after the closing period so nothing gets resolved quickly. Buyer beware if you go the Beazer route and I’m actually being nice!

Beazer Homes has a great model and are very responsive every step of the way for the purchase of your home. The homes themselves are excellent quality and follow up maintenance to fix any issues has been consistent & just as high of quality.

The buying and building of our new home was seamless. The experience with Beazer was exceptional. Hayley and Janssen did an great job of communicating and keeping us up to date on progress with our home. I would highly recommend Beazer to anyone looking at building or purchasing a new home.

Working with Beazer Homes was great , the best part was how they made you feel included, from the Kick off meeting to the final work through, they explained everything in the home as they were completing it.
