Great Experience from Christan and the Beazer team. Helped me thought the process and answered all of the questions I had!

I had an excellent experience building my new home with Beazer Homes, and I would like to take a moment to recognize the people who made the entire process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, our Sales Representative, Kim *****, was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. She guided us through the process from start to finish, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood each step along the way. She was always willing to help and made us feel comfortable throughout the home-buying and building process. I would also like to thank Michelle *****, who was very helpful after Kim introduced us to her. Michelle was always available to answer our questions, provide information, and help us whenever we needed assistance. Her communication and support were greatly appreciated. A special thank you goes to our Construction Manager/Project Manager, Paul *****. He was truly exceptional throughout the entire construction of our home. We were living in Florida while our home was being built in Texas, so staying informed from a distance could have been difficult. However, Paul made the process much easier for us. Paul provided regular updates and kept us informed from the beginning of construction all the way through completion. He gave us several walkthroughs at different stages of construction, and because we were in Florida, he even provided virtual tours and sometimes sent us videos showing the progress of our home. This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to feel involved even though we were not physically there. We also hired a third-party inspector to inspect our home. The inspection identified some minor items that needed attention, and Paul took the inspection report seriously and made sure those items were addressed. Even more impressively, there were a few things the inspector did not catch that Paul noticed himself, and he made sure those were corrected as well. What impressed me most about Paul was his honesty, attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism. He treated our home as if he were building and managing his own home. He was always willing to answer our questions, explain things clearly, and make sure everything was done properly. And importantly, Paul's support did not end when the house was completed. Even after we moved into our new home, he continued to be just as helpful and responsive. Whenever we had questions or noticed something that needed attention, he was available to help and made sure we were taken care of. That level of commitment after the sale and completion of the home really says a lot about his character and professionalism. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience with Beazer Homes. Building a new home can be stressful, especially when you are managing the process from another state, but having a great team made a huge difference. Kim *****, Michelle *****, and Paul ***** are a tremendous asset to the Beazer Homes team. Within the first few moments of meeting someone, you often get a sense of what you can expect from them moving forward. From the very beginning, it was clear to everyone in my family who met our builder, Corey, and our Beazer Representative, Elizabeth, that we were in exceptional hands. What we experienced throughout the entire process was nothing short of sustained, superior performance. In every way imaginable, Corey and his team went above and beyond to support us through what was a 90% site unseen, out of state home purchase, and to top it all off, it was our very first experience buying a home! Like any first-time homeowner, we had countless questions, concerns, and uncertainties. Corey and his team addressed every single one of them with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. From the very first text message welcoming us to the Beazer family, through the blue-tape inspection, and all the way to the final walkthrough, our experience was simply outstanding! Communication was consistent, questions were answered promptly, and we always felt that our best interests were being taken seriously. Even though we were not physically present for much of the build, Corey and his team gave us the confidence and peace of mind that everything was being handled properly. Everyone we worked with was excellent

The process on buying and building our current Beazer Home was an easy process. My wife and I are very happy with Jake and Theresa. Both of them helped us a lot. 10/10!!

A few things we are not satisfied with considering the price point: windows are not energy efficient, no ladder to the attic, and no useable attic space since wiring is exposed.

We had such an easy and wonderful experience with Beazer homes. We looked at many new builds in the ***** area and many many builders. We were and still are very impressed with the quality that Beazer provides. Our house is wonderful and feels like its built for the long haul. We had a great experience with the Beazer team and they were always super helpful and kind. I would absolutely buy another Beazer home one day!

Beazer made the home buying experience easy and simple to understand. Christian in the Sales office did a great job explaining home features and community details. Kyle on the construction project team did a great job doing the home walkthrough and responding and handling all warranty claims in the first 45 days

If I had any issues I was able to stay in contact with the Keith and he was open to what ever issues I had or needed addressed. He called every Monday with a update and made the buying experience smooth.

Overall experience was positive. From Sales, to Design, Build and Warranty personnel have been professional, transparent and communicate well.

Everyone was so friendly and kind. Everything went so smooth and fast.

Corey has been a Rockstar. He communicates well looked after our places while we were in transition and always stops by when in the neighborhood to ensure we haven't found a new ankle biter problem.

We are extremely happy with our experience buying our new home in Texas! The builder did an outstanding job and delivered everything that was promised. The quality of the home is excellent, and the layout is beautiful, spacious, and well designed for our family. A special thank you to Cory, our builder. We met with him several times in person throughout the process, and he was always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed, and made sure everything was done right. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the home and our experience as buyers. Although we haven’t officially moved in yet, we can’t wait to make this wonderful house our home at the end of June. Throughout the entire process, the builder was honest, attentive to details, and committed to delivering a quality home. Christian and Kyle with Beazer homes were so easy to work with. Christian put us in touch with all the right people, and Kyle made sure our new home was clean, yard mowed, and ready for move-in. They were patient with ALL our questions, and the home-buying process was smooth, simple and not stressful. This is our second Beazer home. We trust their experience, engineering and products.

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience! Starting with Joel - he answered every question we had and showed us several homes to help us decide which plan we wanted then he gave us some pointers for the customization. Then meeting with Coltin the smoothness continued! He was so patient throughout the whole building process. They were both more than happy to answer our questions even after closing. We really couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience and we will forever be Beazer fans!!
