Any concerns that came up were readily and hastily resolved, Chase especially was very communicative about the whole process and willing to work with us with whatever we needed. From the warm welcome at our initial meeting through contracting, design center selections, and the construction process, every step was explained clearly and handled with professionalism. On the sales side, Kaylee consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions. On the construction side, Keith delivered the home on time and kept me informed with weekly progress updates, which I greatly appreciated. After speaking with 8 different home builders my wife and I came across Beazer Homes and we're glad we did! We were first time home buyers and the Beazer representative Ethan was able find use the perfect home, realtor and lender to make the deal work for what we were needing. And to top it off the home is energy efficient and built to high standards from what our inspector advised us. John with Beazer was also extremely helpful with any questions regarding the build of the home itself. I highly recommend going with a Beazer home if you're looking for a great experience.

The team at Beazer homes was absolutely amazing to work with. Our builder and new home counselor was very attentive to our needs and was always available to answer questions every step of the way. Our builder went out of his way to make sure everything was done on schedule, and he made sure to check up on us even after we moved in. The team was also very responsive when it came to submittimg warranty requests and completed them in a timely manner. We would love the opportunity to work again with Beazer in the future and wish them the best!

It was awesome just knowing that you would be building a house to my expectations, which gave me great confidence throughout. describing the quality and value of my new home, I feel that the overall value is good. However, I've noticed that the paint quality could be improved. Specifically, it doesn't seem to be a high-quality paint that is easy to clean, which is a concern for the long-term durability and maintenance of the home. Big House - Big Stove: a home of this size (5Br / 4BA) should be equipped with a larger stove. The current stove is super small, which makes it challenging to cook using all four burners at the same time. This is something I feel could be changed to better match the expectations for a large house. Regarding the builder's team, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Both my builder and sales person were awesome. They kept me informed through the whole process and were always timely in answering all my calls, which was greatly appreciated. ... More

Jay, the Construction Manager, was straightforward, responsive, and ensured everything met expectations. He kept me updated and handled issues quickly. Dee Dee, our sales rep, was straightforward, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process. Both made the experience smooth, and I appreciate their professionalism.

The home buying process with Beazer was simple enough, although we were cash buyers, so your mileage may vary. The design process was a little bit rushed, but they do send the design brochure in advance so you can make some tentative decisions before you go in and look at all the options. What was really outstanding was the build quality and attention to detail of the house itself. Plus, we were impressed by the value. Home prices are very low right now (even lower than when we bought), but I feel we got a lot of house for the money. Overall, we're very happy with our Beazer home.

From start to finish, the process was fairly quick. Once introduced to Cory, it felt like time flew to closing. The builder team, all teams really from design center to in person rep, we’re amazing. Cory went out of his way a few times to make sure we understood everything and stops by and checks on us. I can’t say enough great things about the builder team!

From my very first visit 5 years ago, Theresa not only remembered me, but also supported by frequent visits just to look at the models! Her response time and great communication and explanations made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire building process. My family and I are happy in our New Beazer Home! Beazer and their representatives were very timely and communicative during the buying process. All concerns and questions were clearly answered in a timely manner. This was my first home purchase and I chose to forego a realtor. Purchase a home without an agent was only possible thanks to a fair and transparent builder's representative like Connor. Garret has been easy to work with on the initial cosmetic items shortly after move in. So far I am happy with my purchase.

It has been a great buying experience. Jay our builder has been very attentive to every question or concern that we had. He has made the building process stress free and very quick to handle a few minor cosmetic issues after we moved into the house
