Closing and moving went well. Working with Beazer team is always great, they will listen to our concerns and provide a solution to it. Quality of the house is nice. The only concern I have is Engineered Hardwood flooring easily getting damaged without placing Sofa or bigger items on the floor.

I have had an excellent experience with the Beazer team. They responded with minor issues I was having in a timely manner and did what they promised. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. A special thanks to Traci for all her help.

First time completely new home build so was unfamiliar with the process. Beazer Homes layouts are very nice and commensurate with today's fast past living. The design process had many great choices. Communication during the build process could have been better and more timely.

Not at all hard sells but more sincere cares and interest in prospective residents needs. Straightforward answers no hype.

From start to finish, Staci, was amazing. She kept me updated to the best of her knowledge. However, she lacked communication from her management Ashley has been wonderful from ore close to now.

Buying with beazer was super amazing! I first saw the home and fell in love with the floor plan. I had to wait to build but totally worth it cus the construction process went by super fast! My builder Josh was amazing ! He helped the process go by smoothly and kept me updated with how things were going with pictures and weekly updates. Could not imagine a better building experience!

Our Home builder, John, was amazing, he carried us along every step of the way. We love our home. Thank you to Beazer Home.

I love my condo and love the people in this community. There were a few construction related issues after I moved in, but the Warranty Team addressed them promptly and effectively. Ashley and Tracy are wonderful!

Deposits were non refundable so we had to buy a house.

Jackson has been exceptional in guiding me after move in, with anything that needs done. He has been so helpful in helping understand the maintenance and warranties of my new home. I am so thankful he is with Beazer!

The ladies who have handled the questions and issues we have notified them about have quickly responded by telephone, email and in person visits. They are an asset to the company.

Staci in sales and Ashley and Tracy with customer care have guided me through this process. They have answered my questions and addressed any concerns, always treated me with respect.

I would say the experience in buying was great but the wait was not so great. Many issues needed to be addressed once we moved in and they have done well in completing them but not enough information/instructions on appliances and functional items for future projects and repairs.

Move-in should have been much less difficult. There was no instruction to new owners about discarding boxes & trash after move-in. It was way to chaotic.

Although I do love my home very much, what makes Beazer stand out is the team. Keith, Jill, Bethany, and Michael went above and beyond to make sure my house was what I expected. I felt they were like family.

I will never recommend Beazer homes to anyone. We were repeatedly lied to by sales people, made to settle for what Beazer chose to give us, Mistakes were made from the design center up to closing. Our lives were turned upside down for months due to mismanagement and incompetent employees. We have built two homes prior to this and both experiences were very good. Nothing in our past could prepare us for our dealings with Beazer. We paid a premium price for very shoddy construction. Now we are dealing with mechanical issues with systems installed that we know nothing about. No information provided on how to live with the final product. Great home buying experience

Walls are not good Rest room upgrades have no quality Costly compared to other builders of same quality Worst plans Flooring is not same as what is shown in design studios Bad experience in design studio. People does not know anything there No coordination with design studio or builder or dates Keep changing options saying no availability though they took more than 10 months to close

Building with Beazer was a great experience! From the initial visit through closing, our sales representative (Joel) and general contractor (John) were very knowledgeable, highly competent, and incredibly prompt with responding to and resolving any concern. The quality of our new home (Laredo) is excellent! It is well-built and highly (energy & water) efficient. Our only frustration was with the design center, specifically the limited builder-grade options, significant upgrade costs, and less-than-timely responses. Overall, we would highly recommend building a Beazer home!

Overall we had a decent experience. OUr sales consultant was excellent. We had a great appointment with the design center and we were able to choose exactly what we were looking for. We did end up paying for a few things that we should not have, upgrades that were not requested, without an offer to back out those costs from the final cost of the house. That was disappointing. We had two different construction managers. The first was a complete train wreck. Tons of excuses. Constantly blaming problems on the trades saying that they didn’t follow through with what has been discussed, the list goes on and on. Holes were cut into the roof for venting that should not have been there, because our home was supposed to be a sealed envelope from top to bottom due the the type of insulation we were having installed. That led to piles of drywall being soaked by rain storms for over a month. After multiple conversations and reminders, the drywall was supposed to be removed from the premises before it got hung, but she never followed through with any of her agreements. After moldy drywall had been hung, we had to get the sales consultant to intervene, which ultimately led to us getting a new construction manager. The last several months of the build went smooth after that. He turned over the house on the exact day he promised he would when he took over the project. No excuses ever, he owned what he said and delivered on his promises. The quality of the work performed by the electrician was/is terrible. Loose wires in nearly every switch, light fixture and receptacle causing nuisance tripping on several circuits. As a licensed electrician I will never invite them back into my home. I paid a lot of money for a top of the line home and got a mediocre end product. ... More
