Buying process was not complicated. Keith our builder addressed all questions and concerns. After moving to our home, issues that popped are being promptly addressed by Warranty Mgr Michael. There is no lag in response times and he makes communication smooth, Professional and friendly. House is nice.

The sales and building phases are great. Design upgrade center really screws the customer. It has to really flexible for the amount of money poured by the customer. Also no inspection team from Beazer for first walkthrough to measure the quality of construction by the contractors. Average ratings from me.

Talking and dealing with Beazer Homes builder's team was very nice. they were very approachable, friendly and very attentive for customers questions and concern. They did a great job and worked very hard to finish the project on time. The home is worth for the money and the design & workmanship is really praiseworthy. Compare to other builders Beazer Homes builders are far better.

Great builder to work with. From sale consultant to construction manager, very easy to work with. If you build new home from scratch, do your homework about upgrade options. Add those upgrades during design center's appointment. After certain building stage, they won't allow you to make even a very minor change. Construction managers in this community are super responsive. They handle a few minor issues after close, without I submit warranty request.

Complete disappointment

I'me very disappointed in this builder, the house that was build has TONs of issues (I have the list of 35+ items right now there) which the builder is not fixing and addressing in a timely manner, I have to chase and ask to perform the review of the issue, the feedback to my emails is delayed. Some issues with the house are major are cannot be fixed easily - like for example the water heater was misplaced - we checked the location of the heater in other similar houses and it is differs. so not sure what to do about that. Once the builder took over, the process was extremely transparent and the speed increased dramatically. after move-in, still takes care of the pending items and is very helpful. very appreciative of the work they put in.

Over all we had a great experience in our first new home with a few bumps. Our New Home Counselor was Frank C. and I have no negative input and wish I could give him a 10/5 stars. He made me change my mind about pulling out of the build. Reason below: So when we first started our first Construction Manager did a good job, but lacked the communication and we felt that we had to constantly remind or request for an update. My closing was messed up. In the morning of closing date I got call from construction manager that they can’t close it on the same day due tom some document didn’t received from city. They need to more pro active. When house was delivered to me it was not at all clean. I told several times and highlighted the same to my construction manager but no result. I am expecting better service from Beazer. I will already to recommend about Beazer to someone. Thanks
