Beazer Home builder for Erwin Farms really do care about their home buyers. For many who are new to the area, there's many codes and process(s) that are involved in building a home more than ever for the City of McKinney which I think is great. If you don't have patients for things to change or take longer than anticipated it might not be for you. I would share that we enjoyed the experience, we learned a lot both good and bad. For the new buyer, do your research, and it's not just the home but the community as well.

Beazer has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond with their warranty coverage as well. I can't say enough about Keith, Jill, Bethany and the team!

I love my Beazer Home! It comes with a year warranty, so the little things that needed fixed, are being fixed as we speak. However, I was not offered window blinds in the beginning of the build! I'm the only house in my neighborhood and block that don't have blinds, it bothers me! I spoke with several people whom still have not resolved the issue for me, I still have not received a call back. Tomatoes! The home is absolutely gorgeous other than that!

Brian in the buyers center was amazing to work with and helped us through the process. The design center day was a highlight as we were able to make those fun decisions. Chris was so good at keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect. Overall smooth process even with the unexpected delays due to supply and workforce problems in construction.

The builder was very responsive to our questions. Our new home was completed in a timely manner.

Lots of promises, not a lot of delivery. Get it in writing every time (though that still may not be enough)

From start to finish the staff in the office walked me through exactly what I needed to do to buy my dream home. They were very friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. There were some late emails or calls I may have sent and they were still there even after hours at times.I can’t imagine buying a home from noone else but Theresa and Joel, they are amazing.

Chris (builder) and Steve (sales) excelled at customer service and satisfaction throughout the home buying process. Chris has continued to be an excellent resource, going above and beyond to address any concerns that have come up. I am very appreciative of the personalized attention to ensuring all of my warranty issues are handled in a very timely manner.

They are following through after close, but it was a long painful build process. The lack of ability to remove the original general contractor has put the entire community behind schedule and at poor quality. Six weeks post close, we still do not have a functioning faucet in a bathroom.

After spending half million dollar in your new home we expect atleast great materials and good work, but our experience with Beazer homes got really bitter. They lack on communication, they will tell you house is ready for closing but upon checking lots of things are incompleted and Ofcourse broken too. We have to call them and ask them multiple times for status rather than them calling us. They donot do quality assurance check before the final walk through with customers. Please donot close your house if things are not completed, it takes ages for them to get it fix it. And never ever buy their inventory house with, their inventory house have cheap materials! Their inventory house are not cheap but house will have very old design sink, switches, door handles, lighting fixtures etc which you have to spend your money to change it later on future. Really low quality of work in brand new constructions, once we moved in we found lots of bad work on dry wall, internet cable was not done properly so they had to cut the ceiling in our garage to fix it, light fixtures were not installed properly, inside the cabinets lots of big unnessary holes were made, holes on tiles, cabinets are done so poorly that they literally didnot have completed work and didnot mention us till we found out by ourself. The list goes on! So over all we are not happy with Beazer homes. Their community donot have any play area for kids or any extra ammeties in Denton, TX. Beazer homes please hire better people, not some Mexican under age kids for doing constructions work! And please when you send someone to fix things, either communicate with properly first or send someone who can communicate! Another problem with Beazer homes looks like they love to hire who speaks Spanish only!! This one box is not enough for us to vent our issue with Beazer homes! Not recommending to anyone! Have better communication and better trades!!! Suggesation: If you want to sell cheap things like China then make price cheaper like them! If you want to sell better product then act like Brand and get better trades to work on it! ... More

Home location, price , and sqft are excellent.. its nice if you improve on the below points. 1) CheckListt/blueprint should be followed 2) review should be done for each and every task completion. 3) Give suggestions/ ideas to new home buyers 4) deliver to the customers whatever you are promised 5) Increase the quality. 6) Please provide ETA for each and every task if you are waiting for something. 7) I keep hearing the answer " I don't know". It's very bad to head. if you don know then re-route the person who can answer. 8) Explain the terminology and show the album/ photos to customers.

I looked at a few other builders and the care Joel took to walk me through model homes and listen to my needs to supply ideas on how different floor plans could work was great right from the start. Once my home was being built he and John really knocked it out of the park in terms of providing updates and options. Even during a tough time in building with delays and selections not being available they were upfront and tried to give advice and listen to any questions or concerns I had. When my oven/stove was going to delay closing they were able to work with the main company to find another way to get it in before closing. Highly recommend working with this team at Beazer! ... Our home was not even close to what was originally scheduled which created quite the financial burden on us as we had to move twice, pay for storage and overpay on short-term leases. Now that we are in the home we have an array of issues from flooring, sub-flooring, poorly installed cabinets, damaged tiles, roof leaks, damaged countertops, drywall cracks/water damage, incorrectly installed doors…the list goes on…we are essentially living through a renovation vs the turn-key home we were expecting. A recurring issue we’ve had to keep addressing is our driveway being blocked countless times by construction workers which is a safety concern - there should be designated parking for them. The loud music is frustrating as we work from homes and have to take calls with blaring music across from us. We’ve also caught workers using our water to fill buckets + wash their hands which makes a mess and has hiked our water bill. We’ve been told they have designated areas - prob should be communicated daily. The only silver-lining has been our warranty support Jackson. He’s been incredible and super responsive and supportive through this experience. Truly world-class service. He should probably get promoted as he goes above and beyond, is so knowledgeable and acts with integrity on helping us get things done right. I appreciate his flexibility in inspecting and checking in on the work as it gets completed and pushing back on contractors to make sure things are done right. If it wasn’t for him and the trust he’s earned (following our pre-move experience) this would probably be an even worse experience than it already is. Everyone here is great and every step of the way transitions smoothly from signing purchase agreement to walk through and closing!

The process was easy and comfortable from start to finish, the digital tools were very helpful, as was everything, the advice of the Beazer Home team. I recommend Beazer Home, as a first option, when buying a property in the US. Surely it is one of the best and only companies, which gives you options to make changes at no cost, according to your tastes and needs. They have an excellent team of very professional people who are committed to their clients, in search of achieving the acquisition of a home. I can tell you that of the different construction companies that I visited, Beazer Home was the one that met all my expectations, in relation to price, value, quality, designs and external and internal finishes of the property, as well as and not least, The delivery of the house was made for the date that was planned, complying with the times, despite the delays caused by the pandemic. Frank was a great salesman, very professional and nice. He went above and beyond! Brittany at Thrive Mortgage by far the best lender I’ve ever worked with. Her Patience, knowledge , professionalism and overall star service stood out.

The entire process was smooth. We had weekly videos of the progress of the house. Everyone is quick to respond when you have questions or want to make modifications. Phenomenal team to work with.

We love our new home at Gatherings. Beazer Homes age 55+ community is great. We have so many wonderful neighbors and new friends. A fun next chapter has begun for us here!!

Normally, I will give a 3 star based on my experience before and when I moved in. But my experience after I moved in has been superb. Especially with the help of the warranty guy named - Jackson. He is an outstanding guy. Always ready and willing to help with all my issues. He has made sure that everything I wanted was done and done promptly. I really wane give a shout out to Jackson. He is awesome!!!

We love our new house! Ryan and Brewer were awesome! Scott from the mortgage company was great too.
