My experience in purchasing a new Beazer home was outstanding. Communication with Brian G. and Paul S. was awesome. They explained the process and always kept me updated with the progress of our new home. Also, our home was finished in the time frame originally given to us, no delays! we did have a lot of delays but i do know that is part of the COVID situation. Closed on Feb 14th and there were a lot of things that did require to be fixed but the team at Beazer especially Todd, Shaun, and Jackson were super quick to fix issues that did pop up.

When we signed the contract to purchase, we signed for a garage. At closing the garage had been switched and a less attractive alternative designated. There was no recompense for the less desirable alternative. Also there has been very poor follow up on repairing/replacing items designated at the final walk through. We have been in the house for going on 2 months and there are several items that have not been corrected. For example, on a cabinet door to be replaced, the contractors have made an appointment 3 times and never showed and, in fact, didn't even call. Also, there are several ...

Brian & Paul were great to work with in Chalk Hill Celina. There were a few issues after the home was completed. They are doing their best to complete them. It's a tough time to buy a home right now. I did go through the mayhem and it was not as bad. This is a good company that does what they say.

Started our home build in February 2021 and we closed Dec 2022. Construction delays aside, Beazer didn’t fully commit to keeping us in the loop of what was going on a weekly basis until the last few months of construction. We recognize that the pandemic made all things anything but normal, but we expected to be well informed at every step of the way and that wasn’t always the case. In the end, our home was completed the exact we wanted it and Beazer has had frequent contact with us to make sure that it stays that way.
