The customer service is outstanding! Everyone was very friendly and communicated very well throughout the whole process! We love our new home!

When we signed the contract to purchase, we signed for a garage. At closing the garage had been switched and a less attractive alternative designated. There was no recompense for the less desirable alternative. Also there has been very poor follow up on repairing/replacing items designated at the final walk through. We have been in the house for going on 2 months and there are several items that have not been corrected. For example, on a cabinet door to be replaced, the contractors have made an appointment 3 times and never showed and, in fact, didn't even call. Also, there are several pieces of blue tape that have not been addressed. Further, the hole in the concrete on the patio has not been patched. ... More

Very good communication during the build process. Even weeks after closing on the house, we routinely have someone from Beazer stop by if we are outside.

Very pleased with quality of our home. Outstanding communication from Brian and Chris as they worked through supply chain issues.

All the issues are sorted out on timely manner

There were lot of outstanding issues with when Beazer hand over the home and they missed lot of upgrade options that we opted for. You need to pay much attention throughout their construction process .

The Beazer team top to bottom has been a delight to work with! Couldn't have asked for a better ground up home buying experience. They were all very attentive to our needs/requests, did a great job keeping us on schedule, & constructed a beautiful home. So happy we decided to use Beazer!

The home was built with solid materials and great standards

Beazer builds a beautiful home that you can live in for years and years to come! My build manager, Greg, was responsive and supportive through the whole process!

Brian & Paul were great to work with in Chalk Hill Celina. There were a few issues after the home was completed. They are doing their best to complete them. It's a tough time to buy a home right now. I did go through the mayhem and it was not as bad. This is a good company that does what they say.

Easy to do the deal and was helpful with the lender

The girls at the Sales Office are doing a great job. They are always patient and never get bored to answer our multiple questions. Stacy and Wendy in particular have been very helpful throughout this process of purchasing the condo. Both are very efficient managers. Magdalene

Sales Agents: A+. Pre-and post sales support is truly excellent. Project Management: C-. Created unrealistic and unsupportable dates. Quality : B (overall). Would have rated higher, but too many dumb mistakes and errors. Your rush to close was obvious in the mistakes I found. -Bad. Warranty: B (So far). HOA: F-

Great homes and communication with the builder

Started our home build in February 2021 and we closed Dec 2022. Construction delays aside, Beazer didn’t fully commit to keeping us in the loop of what was going on a weekly basis until the last few months of construction. We recognize that the pandemic made all things anything but normal, but we expected to be well informed at every step of the way and that wasn’t always the case. In the end, our home was completed the exact we wanted it and Beazer has had frequent contact with us to make sure that it stays that way.

Delayed multiple months from initially quoted build time, house was not complete, very little care or response from the sales agent, builder, or company. We had paint on every window and all over the flooring. The house was obviously not cleaned, big muddy boot prints left in the carpet, drywall dust all over everything, nails and screws had to be picked up up all over the property. Our ac unit was not connected to electricity and took 3 different visits from the electrician to fix, they still have not properly installed the breaker for it. Several paid upgrade options were not installed properly, media outlet boxes had no cables pulled to them, media cables were not terminated anywhere. Poor poor service, poor quality control, most people seemed unknowledgeable and unwilling to help. They were more concerned about closing the house than finishing it. From the initial sale through construction and even after we moved in, the service has been outstanding. We love our new Beazer home.

The people involved in the sales process were great. Made everything understandable.

I can’t express how easy Josh and Sean made the process with the purchase . Being a furry tint home buyer you don’t know really what to expect , such as the timelines of finishing the home . I got weekly calls to go over the progress and they were always very honest about any delays . Furthermore , during the end of the build they made sure to address any issues the home had . I appreciate the patience and honestly .

Great floor plan options. Fair prices. Horrible forecasting on schedule … even allowing for supply chain surprises. Quality overall OK … but some disappointing details …. Blinds are cheap. Some cut corners on finish out materials, more walk thru issues than expected given the full court press they had before/ after getting Certificate of Occupancy. The current amenities are good but will need more ( space - mainly Social Place & gym) space as the future buildings get populated. The current space will be woefully inadequate. Also - Beazer needs to take ownership, and leadership in driving closing & move-in dates … and make the process fair, understood & transparent. Delegating this to the Property Mgt firm is a formula for frustration & confusion. And customer did-satisfaction. And don’t push this on Sales. Beazer should have some sort of Admin Chief to drive this. ... More

I have faced issues since the beginning of contract. Homes were not inspected well. There were issues because of the lazy workers or they might have been rushed to get things done. Issues were not addressed even with pictures sent. Contacted corporate office but no use. I do understand that there were shortage of material and other things but good communication and planning might have avoided some delays. I was forced to give good ratings at ever stage. And an unprofessional salesperson who always tends to use his threatening tactics to dictate his customers align to his lines. Usually every builder gives a 60+ days notice towards the closing date. This salesperson seem to have some kickback with his preferred lenders and tends to push customers stick to the lender he decides us to go with.. He gives a 45 day notice and says if you wanna make noise u don't want to hear something that's not pleasant. ... More

Everything went pretty well up until moving in. The day of closing the stairs still had not been stained but I was assured it would be done by the time I moved in later that day. When I arrived later that evening to move in I noticed the stairs were the wrong color from what I selected in the design studio. I immediately emailed the builder to let them know of the discrepancy. Additionally the stairs were still wet so it created a mess as the movers moved in furniture. Several days and emails later, I had to push back very hard to get the stairs re-stained to the color I originally selected in the design studio and finally they agreed. Unfortunately they refused to also re-stain the handrails so they currently don’t even match the stairs. I’ve tried pushing back to get the handrails re-done but have not been successful and it’s been nearly 3 months now since I’ve moved in. I’ve had quite a few other issues after moving in that have been addressed by the builder but none of the other issues were as significant as the stairs. It’s a shame that my first home buying experience didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped and that what I chose in the design studio isn’t what I got. ... More

Definitely recommend! We love our new home!

Great experience with the team and cannot complain about their service. Time Expectation though was the hard part. It made it word because of COVID as the closing got delayed multiple times which affected my plans heavily. Aside from that, Will for sure purchase from Beazer again in the future.
