Walls are not good Rest room upgrades have no quality Costly compared to other builders of same quality Worst plans Flooring is not same as what is shown in design studios Bad experience in design studio. People does not know anything there No coordination with design studio or builder or dates Keep changing options saying no availability though they took more than 10 months to close

I'me very disappointed in this builder, the house that was build has TONs of issues (I have the list of 35+ items right now there) which the builder is not fixing and addressing in a timely manner, I have to chase and ask to perform the review of the issue, the feedback to my emails is delayed. Some issues with the house are major are cannot be fixed easily - like for example the water heater was misplaced - we checked the location of the heater in other similar houses and it is differs. so not sure what to do about that. Overall experience with this builder is not satisfactory. Will not ...

Lack of communication and house is made of cheap materials

After spending half million dollar in your new home we expect atleast great materials and good work, but our experience with Beazer homes got really bitter. They lack on communication, they will tell you house is ready for closing but upon checking lots of things are incompleted and Ofcourse broken too. We have to call them and ask them multiple times for status rather than them calling us. They donot do quality assurance check before the final walk through with customers. Please donot close your house if things are not completed, it takes ages for them to get it fix it. And never ever buy ...

Poor planning and finishing

Our home was not even close to what was originally scheduled which created quite the financial burden on us as we had to move twice, pay for storage and overpay on short-term leases. Now that we are in the home we have an array of issues from flooring, sub-flooring, poorly installed cabinets, damaged tiles, roof leaks, damaged countertops, drywall cracks/water damage, incorrectly installed doors…the list goes on…we are essentially living through a renovation vs the turn-key home we were expecting. A recurring issue we’ve had to keep addressing is our driveway being blocked countless times ...

We had few things to be done after the closing and the builder promised to get them done as quickly as possible. It is now more than one and half month still they has not been a lot progress in completing the pending items. We had delays in the past but we understand 2021 was crazy for many of us and I totally understand your situation but now after I moved to the property I would be wanted everything to be done as quickly as possible. I would not like to live in an incomplete house. Off late there I did not see any responses or if there was one it is obviously very late when ever I reach ...

Where do I start. They buying process was Great Jill was always so kind and knowledgeable. After months of delays my house was finally completed and being a first time homebuyer how I imagine my home fell short on the bar. There’s been so many issues. I have a home warranty but that shouldn’t be used in the first 90days moving in but nonetheless here I am. I should be over joyed with my new build with Beazer but I’m remorseful that I didn’t go through another builder. It was not a good experience for me and I have so many issues with how my interior work that was completed. I would never ...

Delay delay dirty incomplete house

Delayed multiple months from initially quoted build time, house was not complete, very little care or response from the sales agent, builder, or company. We had paint on every window and all over the flooring. The house was obviously not cleaned, big muddy boot prints left in the carpet, drywall dust all over everything, nails and screws had to be picked up up all over the property. Our ac unit was not connected to electricity and took 3 different visits from the electrician to fix, they still have not properly installed the breaker for it. Several paid upgrade options were not installed ...

I have faced issues since the beginning of contract. Homes were not inspected well. There were issues because of the lazy workers or they might have been rushed to get things done. Issues were not addressed even with pictures sent. Contacted corporate office but no use. I do understand that there were shortage of material and other things but good communication and planning might have avoided some delays. I was forced to give good ratings at ever stage. And an unprofessional salesperson who always tends to use his threatening tactics to dictate his customers align to his lines. Usually every ...

Being that this was the 2nd house I built. The first with DR, I understand delays, but whew... the time frame was 9 months off!! The workmanship is subpar and there have been 1 too many issues with Beazer. Not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to build with Beazer.

Beazer Homes responded:
We certainly agree that the initial third party development delays prevented us from starting your home on time, creating a longer than anticipated closing window. We understand that this must have been frustrating and apologize for the delays this caused in the construction of your home. However, once the home did start we were able to build and complete your home without any setbacks. We want to ensure that your concerns are addressed and will have a team member from our Customer Care team reach out to you regarding any outstanding issues.
