We built a Duet home in Sienna in May 2024 and are very happy with our decision. The entire process from purchase to design through build has been smooth. We had Ronnie as our GC and he has been by our side the entire time. He addressed all of our questions and concerns and was very detailed. We would recommend!

Working with the team at Beazer has been so easy. The process of buying our home with Ken was so simple. We were totally impressed with the quality of the homes and how the homes were built. After we moved in the construction supervisor, Eric, was extremely helpful in getting the little things tidied up. We have been extremely pleased with our home purchase. We are grateful for the team at Beazer and would totally buy another home from them in the future.

Brady has been fantastic with the build. Gordon has been fantastic with the warranty!

It was my first time buying a home. I was expecting it to be stressful like I’ve heard. The team at Beazer made it seamless. They updated me through the process. I was able to stop and see the progress.

My home buying experience was very good with Beazer homes. I had a few challenges with my personal things that I needed to fix prior to purchasing my home. Although I had challenges the Beazer team kept me informed 100% of the way. Heather from Loan Depot was excellent at making sure to keep me updated with any changes or additional information that I needed. She was very caring, professional and hardworking. I have never seen anyone work as hard with dedication like she has. In the future if I decide to get another home loan I will definitely go through Home Depot again and refer friends and family. Mike from home sales was a joy to work with and always positive for me throughout my home buying experience. Mike always made sure to go the extra mile when it came to getting the best deal for me. Our whole experience with Beazer Homes was AMAZING! We visited multiple communities but we felt at ease once we toured with our sales representative Nadia. She was very patient with us and took the time to show us different homes in different communities and ensured we got the best deal. Once we decided on a home and went through the lender process, we were introduce to our construction manager Josh. Since this was our first build we needed extra guidance through the process. Josh was extremely efficient and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We can’t thank him enough for his patience and knowledge. Even after closing on our home, he is checking in on us and answering any questions we have. He has gone above and beyond any expectations. There’s a lot of moving pieces in a new build and we appreciate Beazer Homes for having a lender choice program where we were introduced to our lender representative Jonathan, who also took his time to keep us informed and provided guidance throughout this process. Hunter did an excellent job with keeping us updated on our building progress. Hunter was very flexible with us although we were on two different time zones, with virtual meetings, and sending out progress photos. Chrissy was always there to answer any questions that we had. From beginning to end thank you so much Chrissy, Leslie, Erica, and Hunter you guys are an amazing team!

Sales staff was informative throughout the home buying process. Our second construction manager did a great walkthrough of the home and addressed all our concerns with professionalism and respect.

Product overall is highly over priced! Right now a/c is not working correctly. Called a/c service several times since it is on warranty and get the same old story each time. Door knobs came off the first day of move-in, very little water pressure upstairs, no towel racks installed (had to call on this too) Seems like this condo has more problems than what it is worth! Have told many friends and family to steer clear of Beazer!

Michael and Corbin go above and beyond. Attention to detail, open communication, great listeners and flexible. Whatever it takes to make things and the magic happen. Corbin even helped us out on a Saturday and Sunday when we needed.

Home buying experience was decent but not exceptional given that some of the information provided wasnt accurate and also had some timeline and home quality issues. To their credit the issues were resolved quickly however having things repaired versus getting the correct first hand makes a difference.

There were a few hiccups during the home buying process, build and post close, but overall it was a great experience. We have bought several homes and the best part about the process was our Superintendent in charge of our build and once we moved in. He really went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed. Prior homebuilders once the home was built they moved on, but Rich was proactive in checking in on us and was always accessible. He was the absolute best part of the home buying experience, and I really hope this feedback makes it back to him! Great home buying experience

From beginning to end we had a great experience with them. They answered every question we have had even after closing they still continue to answer questions. Or concerns we have.

Home construction was very quick and easy to make selections on the house. Different options to choose from from layouts to outside finishes. Would like to have been able to get more feedback as steps progressed but it was so speedy I see why some things we missed. Great incentives from the preferred lenders. Very helpful post close as well

Great communication throughout the process and home was completed on time. Warranty items have been addressed immediately as well.

Josh was very attentive and gave great communication to us and our agent throughout the build of our Beazer home. He would give us great updates on the process and that kept us at ease. He was very thorough with the final walks and even before our walks he was making sure the house was 100% complete for us. The little things we did find he was on them right away and got them done. Could not have asked for a more thorough closing walk with Josh our builder.

Our home is beautiful and we love it. Great quality which was the biggest thing for us. Communication about concerns or little fixes have been easy thanks to Josh. We can tell he really cares about us loving our first home.

My experience with Beazer Homes was great! Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. House is great the general contractor was awesome, along with the studio. All other aspect with mortgage company and follow-up with sale team here not as expected. They were not knowledgeable.
