Everyone at Beazer has been super making home buying a pleasure, solving any issues that came up in a timely manner. In particular, Ashley‘s been very responsive to issues that have come up, although there were very few. And then of course Corbin does a great job and has made this home very special.

I had a great experience with beazer. The house that we bought is perfect for our family. The staff is very helpful and very accommodating. The builder did a walk through with use and even pointed out thing they needed to fix before we even moved in. It only took use one month to finalize everything and move in. It was a great experience for our first home

Mrs. Belinda and Mr. Mark both did a great job in educating me and my fiancé as new homeowners. They both made the entire process far less stressful. Both very experienced and willing to go the extra mile on any request. Thank you Mark and Belinda

Leslie & Erica (design center), Tracy (project manager) and Chris (construction manager) were great unfortunately can't say the same about sales team nor preferred lending provider (VIP Mtg.). If new build I HIGHLY recommend checking on a weekly basis and getting independent inspection. Tracy and Chris had to clean up mess left by previous project manager, but they were Great and did a stellar job! Leslie and Erica with the design center went above and beyond securing all the upgrades I wanted.

My experience with Beazer has been great so far. The process has been smooth, and the team has been very helpful every step of the way. Corbin and Ashley have been amazing to work with — both have been responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions and provide updates. They’ve made this experience much easier and more enjoyable.

The builder was great. Everything was done as we asked and Eric is very informative and helpful. We had to close later than what we planned but it worked out in the end

The Beazer Family made this such an easy and fun experience for us. From the first day walking into the sales office to the last day of signing closing paperwork it was the best. They answered all of our questions and took care of all our concerns as well. Beazer builds quality homes and when you walk into one you can instantly see the difference from all the rest. Working with the Beazer on site sales counselor, the design center, and the building manager were all great experiences. The honest, and timely communication is what made this an easy journey. Any issues and questions were resolved/answered very fast.

I totally love my new Beazer home. My new Beazer Neighborhood. The entire experience has been exceptional. Chrissy and Hunter have always been there to answer any questions I’ve needed. My builder is great. He went above and beyond by make sure every little thing meets my expectations and happy about it. The warranty center is the another great thing about this company. They follow up with any order I request until it fixed. I’m very happy with my home

We were first introduced to Beazer in 2010-2011 by Trey (a sales consultant) in a single family subdivision west of Cinco Ranch. The build out looked very impressive, and although we eventually decided on another builder we’ve always had a very good impression of Beazer. So, when we decided to downsize we were excited to see that Beazer was involved with a 55+ multi-family community. We spoke with Ken (sales Consultant) and were happy to hear that the build quality that we saw in the single family homes was also in the multi-family units. Ken answered all of our "general" questions, and we were introduced to Ashley (customer care representative) to help with "specific" questions. Her knowledge of the unit and the complex was extensive and our comfort level regarding the unit was high and we decided to buy. During and after the move-in period, Ashley continued to provide high quality responses to our questions and repair concerns. We are happy with most of the aspects of the build out - layout, attention to detail, quality of materials, etc. However, after having been in the unit for a few months, we have some major concerns. We have been greatly disappointed by the noise level in the unit. The unit performs well in terms of adjacent units - we seldom hear our same floor neighbors except in the hallway through our front door. What we do hear to an unacceptable degree is our upstairs neighbor. Not only is the sound of their footsteps at a higher db than a comfortable TV volume level, the movement of the floor/ceiling causes a noticeable pressure wave in our unit. It's severe enough to be uncomfortable throughout the day and to wake us from sleep if the neighbor moves around during the night. We've noticed that just walking across our own kitchen or living area causes rattling of glasses and dishes as the movement of the floor shakes our furnishings and the kitchen island. There’s also a high level of noise coming from the upstairs toilet, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer. Outside noises are greater than expected through the exhaust system, especially during weather events like rainstorms or high wind. The kilowatt usage here for the past two months has been almost twice the usage of our 2500 sq. ft. house. This lack of energy efficiency and sound proofing is not what we expected from a Beazer home. Another matter is that the elevator went out in our building for two weeks, and at the same time the elevator in another building has been out for a month. For a 55+ community, this is especially disconcerting. We’ve been informed that the installation of surge protectors will help to minimize a reoccurrence. We were also unlucky about our choice of location within the complex. We are adjacent to an apartment complex, and the noise level from car engines and sound systems is high enough to be disruptive for sleep and the everyday enjoyment of retirement living. I’ve spoken to our neighbor two levels up from us and he does not experience this noise. In summary (for anyone still reading) is that the complex location and the resident community are what we were looking for, but if we had known then what we know now, we would not have bought this unit. ... Everyone I worked with was patient and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. It was exciting to watch the house go up each step of the way and I was kept in the loop for the build updates and the plans for the following week. I was even asked if I wanted to bless the site by burying a bible or to write scripture on the frame as some people apparently have a tradition of doing. I have no regrets with my decision for Beazer to build my first home and look forward to enjoying it for many more years.

The sales person Chrissy Wise was awesome ! Keep us well informed and always there to answer questions. She came from over 1 hour away to show us the available homes. Josh McGee was great as well making sure the property was completed on time and to our satisfaction! People make all the difference in a buyers experience. After we moved in we had a warranty claim that was handled by Darrell Zemault. He responded quickly and addressed our concerns fully. You have a great team supporting your product !! Areas for you improvement : You sales and promotions in this development is awful! It is hard to find this Beazer Development. Once you arrive at your he models the sales team is temporary and not well informed or helpful. You need to hire a new sales person and have Chrissy train them. You need to increase (by a lot) your advertising in this area. Beazer marketing sucks. The quality of paint is poor, should be a satin finish at a minimum. The quality of construction is outstanding. We were out of town for 2 months and came back to no dust at all!! The air quality system really works! I would recommend Beazer to anyone who asks!! Chris H is a total professional, knowledgeable and a credit to Beezer. Tracey is another totally professional and helpful person as well as a well informative representee of Beezer. Darryle is another true professional is accommodating, personable and a credit to his employer. US Bank, listed as a financier was horrible one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. They seemed to be an experienced lender. They were a horror to deal with; enough said of them. 5 stars to every Beezer representative. The quality of these homes is top-notch! My dad, who is an architect and builder, was so impressed with all of the building materials, insulation, advanced air conditioning/filter system, upgrades, and finishes. It gave me great peace of mind to know that he approved and recommended that I purchase this home. Our experience working with Shelley on the sales side and Hunter on the builder side was not only professional but also friendly and attentive. They both were quick to respond to any questions we had and provided information throughout our home-buying process. I've been in my home for a couple of months now, and Hunter continues to check in and respond to any questions I have or to any warranty issues that need attention. We had a wonderful experience buying from Beazer. Phil was great! He was upfront and honest about everything and got us all that we wanted in the house. The buying process was quick and painless. From the time we first toured the house to move in was about a month. There was a few warranty items that needed to be taken care of and Ashley got those fixed quick and easy. Overall great experience, we love our new house.

Brian was super helpful during our buying experience. He was responsive and made sure we were satisfied with everything.
