From start to finish, the staff at Beazers was amazing. Chrissy helping us with viewing the home and getting everything organized to move truly made it easy. Will was great and always on it if we need something looked at or fixed. I have already recommended this builder to friends and would recommend them to whoever reads this review.

I had been dreaming of buying a new home for years, and when I finally decided to make the move, I knew I wanted to work with Beazer Homes. I had heard great things about their quality construction and customer service, and I was impressed with the variety of floor plans and upgrades they offered. I started my journey by working with Hassan, a Beazer sales consultant. Hassan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Beazer process, and he took the time to understand my needs and wants. He showed me several different floor plans, and he was patient and helpful as I made my decision. Once I had chosen a floor plan, Hassan helped me with the financing and closing process. He was always available to answer my questions, and he made sure that I understood everything that was happening. The construction of my home was overseen by Darius, a Beazer construction manager. Darius kept me updated on the progress of my home, and he was always available to answer my questions. He also made sure that my home was built to Beazer's high standards of quality. I moved into my new Beazer home a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. I love the way it looks, and I love the way it feels. I'm so glad that I chose Beazer Homes, and I'm grateful for the help of Hassan and Darius. Here are some specific things that I appreciated about Hassan and Darius: They were both knowledgeable and experienced. They were patient and helpful. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. They made sure that I understood everything that was happening. They made the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our experience was pleasant; from the showing of the house to closing it was all a seamless process. Our Beazer home is so beautiful and spacious, built with quality in mind and we’re soaking in every moment of being in our new home. We’ve also had the pleasure of enjoying the support of the builder and sales agent in ensuring we settle in nicely and comfortably!

From the moment I stepped into the beazer model home I was sold. From the warm greeting to the detailed explanations by both the builder supervisor and the beazer rep. They both explained the process and the beazer built home in great detail, even answering questions over and over. The home is even better. The subdivision is still in the building process and the builder supervisor keeps it very neat and organized around here. He (Donnie) is even still around for current home owners! I’m glad to have gotten a beazer home thus far!

Working with Rich(richard) and Ken at Beazer Homes was an outstanding experience. Ken helped us through our home buying process and made it super easy and wasn’t pushy as some other builders sales teams were. Rich has been amazing to work with as our builder rep as he made sure everything was in order before closing and continues to go above and beyond with checking in on us to ensure everything is going well and helping resolve any issues we may have with the home. Been a great experience overall. There were a few hiccups in the process, but our builder Lee was proactive and fixed them as they came up. Lee has been a pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were up to date and satisfied with the entire process. Communication is one of Lee’s greatest strengths!

Easy build from start to finish. We enjoyed working with Jake and the communication along the way.

Awesome Beazer Team and buying experience

The Beazer home representative was there for me through the entire buying process. Showed me all the features of the home and I was sold. Beazer homes are just the perfect size. No wasted space. I would describe them as efficiently luxurious.

We purchased a Beazer Duet in The Highlands and closed in May 2023. The sales representative, Pam, has been absolutely fantastic both before and AFTER the sale! Can't say enough wonderful things about her - she is an asset to Beazer! We purchased an inventory townhome and had no input in its design. We noted several issues in our final walk-thru prior to closing. Then noticed several more issues after closing. The tankless water heater made a very loud noise every time the hot water was turned on. After half a dozen reports with a plumber coming out each time, the tankless water heater was finally replaced with a new one (although an older model). Our water takes a VERY long time to get hot, which adds to water being wasted as it runs. I don't know if there are better hot water heater brands out there, but I would recommend that Beazer look into this issue as I am aware we are not the only ones with this complaint. We also have had water leaking into our attic - a roof leak - discovered during two separate rain storms. Beazer sent a roofer immediately both times we found it, but it's disconcerting to know this home had been sitting available for months and the water leak was never discovered. There was also the issue of our pantry room door not being properly installed. Beazer addressed this prior to our closing. There was floor sealant missing from an area in the utility room. We had a dripping and air noise in one of the sinks in the master bath. No sink stopper for the kitchen sink. Rattling noises in the upstairs bedroom AC vent. Broken wood support planks in the attic. Multiple paint touch-ups, re-dos required prior to closing. Dishwasher in place, but not installed and screwed in. Gas stove that makes a banging noise every time we use it AND it causes the temperature in our home to increase by 3 degrees every time we use it. Beazer has worked with us to get things corrected, and we have really appreciated their quick response to most, but not all, issues. But there is no doubt that quality control was completely missed on our particular townhome. Lastly, our two main reasons for purchasing a Beazer townhome was because we were VERY excited to know that as owners, we would not be responsible for maintenance or insurance on the dwelling itself. In a recent HOA meeting, all that changed, which has left us feeling like a "bait and switch" victim. We are now responsible for providing all maintenance and a full homeowners policy, as opposed to the previously purchased (and much less expensive) "walls in" policy we had to have at closing. We have been here about 6 weeks and those are significant changes that, had we know of this prior to closing, we probably would have just purchased a single family home in this community. We do understand the rising cost of property insurance. But our two top reasons for purchasing the Beazer Duet are now gone - maintenance and insurance. I am not sure at this point that I would recommend the Beazer Duet experience to others. ... More

I was kind of upset about my purchase with Beazer Homes. This is my 2nd house and the second experience was not good. I have a lot of issues, some ot them still not resolved. Jason, my sales person was the best, but the builder…

Love this Duet living. Beazer takes pride in their attics and infrastructure. Some of that could have been transferred to some everyday upgrades i.e. larger shower in master. Builders might get some very competitive floor plans for future developments, if they asked existing homeowners -"what we would change".

Great experience with the building and purchase of the house.

Donnie the building manager is lazy and only worried about a review. He will do anything you need until you give him a review. He told me to make a bad review on dahlia and now that we have mice in our home, he can't help. His construction people are disgusting and leave food and trash and drinks everywhere which bring mice into a home you just paid 300,000 for. It's repulsive.

We bought the condo because its new construction and in a good location, but it's not worth it to experience poor service and construction workmanship! First, the sale person Alej was only nice before contract signed, then he continued "threating" me that if i terminate the contract, I will loose my earnest money! There were leaks on the ceiling and uneven patches on the drywalls that were supposed to be done but since assigned project manager was out for personal leaves for 1 1/2 week, I have to wait until he gets back because no one at Beazer Homes takes over the responsibility. Two weeks after we closed, the leaks on the ceiling happens again in the same area. Obviously, they didn't check & repair on the issue the first time, just patched up the damage area. At this point, they still giving me the running around when it can be done. The excuse was they need to get permit from the City of Houston office to go up on the roof. by the 2nd week, i filed a claim with the Warranty Service (3rd party) and got a call from the manager. He then told me, it's the building interior problem, they don't need permit to from the city. Beside the leaks problem, the walls and doors are painted badly, strokes were uneven. The paints in the hallway was also awful. Very poor workmanship for a $390,000-$550,000 price! ... More

We absolutely fell in love with this Beazer Home!!!! My realtor found the listing and we our now owners. Thanks to Kevin the builders supervisor who got us to the finish line. Without Kevin we would probably still be looking for our next home. Big thanks to Kevin with Beazer for making this big dream for our family becoming a reality. :)

Excellent insulation and very confortable environment. However, I suggest to expand the smaller bedrooms to at least 12x12

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Beazer. We have a beautifully built home but just as important is our experience from start to finish. We are so pleased with everything and everyone. They’ve been proactive, responsive and have great follow up. We highly recommend Beazer!
