My home buying experience with Beazer Homes was excellent. Everyone was courteous, professional and very helpful. My home buying experience was a pleasant process.

Beazer stole us from Taylor Morrison thanks to Thuan. Thuan was amazing from the beginning and even now that we have been in our Beazer home for 2 months. Jake on the other hand was not pleasant to work with. From making excuses, lying, no communication like the paperwork said, to not Mentioning even the hiccups in building. Also with issues that were addressed that were never fixed and now us having to put in work orders to get them done even when we asked about them before closing. This is why I gave 3 stars. I recommend family and friends to Beazer but not deal with Jake but to try and get someone else. ... More

The home is beautiful and the quality of the materials is good. But you need to stay on top of the small details towards the end of the build as they are moving very quickly through all these builds and no one pays attention to the little things like yourself. Also check the furnishings against the what you have selected. Items can be easily missed. Associates are friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience with beazer homes and most of all with our builder Kc. He was always available for us when we needed him, regardless of the time. We really appreciate everything he has done for us and for our beautiful home we have now. We have had no issues with our home. KC is one of a kind because he still checks up on us and makes sure we are having no issues. To this day, he is still actively available for us even though he finished our home almost 3 months ago. We thank you KC and beazer homes for everything you all have done for us and our dream home.

I love my new home, even though there were delays in delivery I feel it was worth it. I love new technology what's in construction. Estefanía

This is my first home buying experience. Of course i went with a great recommendation from my friend on choosing Beazer homes, Apparently they had a very good experience and build quality which pushed my interest in pursuing my purchase experience with Beazer. The sales was very good, very high expectations and had a smiling welcome. The build plan didn't start for 3 months and then slowly it moved inches and inches to get to a decent level. It took over all 12 months to complete a 3500 sq feet home. The builder had to give so many reasons for not completing the project on time. Design studio was excellent, compared to many other builders Beazer has an advantage of giving you options but it comes with high cost. I did get a hand full of upgrade in my home. Then the builder construction manager left the company in the middle of the project and provide me with a challenging builder. I had to follow up for every single task on hand to get him to complete the home. The most frustrating part was the closing date got postponed 4 times officially and 1 time unofficially. They dragged to the end to make my life miserable, i lost interest in enjoying into a new home moving. The worst comes next, due to poor quality they had to re-do painting for entire home and caused multiple delays, still now there are items that were promised to be done within 30 days has things unfinished. Now i call the supervisor, he would not pick up the call nor return the call back. Ultimatum- Called the warranty for any issues t home, registered a warranty complaint on window latch lock damaged. Its been more than a month i did my warranty claims, no one answered me nor checked on the issue. I have to pay money from my pocket to fix the issue as my family safety is my priority. Hopeless and careless administration and no customer empathy for the staffs who worked on my project. They were all keen on making money but not building the dream home of a hard working human. I would not recommend or buy another home from Beazer due to these poor and pathetic culture they have as a company. Some may disregard to read my entire summary of feedback. However there were some positives of this builder. When you put a feedback, they valued it and reached back to me to resolve it. The only way i could make my concerns heard was through the feedback. Tiffany and Will kept me well informed throughout my homebuying process. They were always there for questions or called back soon there after.

Great customer service from beginning to end from both Turquoise and Jake. They both communicated well with me on the process of my home. Jake explained everything in detail during and on the last walk thru on what us as new homeowners needed to do to enjoy the new and safety of our home. Thank you Turquoise and Jake for such great customer service.

Am loving my new home so far! Looking forward to the community and all the amenities being finished and to meeting more neighbors. Love the Sherwood floor plan!

The represenatives changed several times during the sales process and some were more helpful/knowledgeable about the Gatherings Community.

The buying experience was great and offered me more than I expected. Brandon made everything easy and was always available to answer my questions. Some slight miscommunications between the PM and myself were easily cleared up by Brandon or Donnie directly. The only issue I had was a floating closing date, but they covered my loan extension costs and we were good to go. Them partnering with Offerpad made the experience even easier!

Let me tell you our first time home buying experience was just amazing!! Robert, our builder, was just amazing the whole way through. He continually updated me weekly or every time something was done to our home. He was the greatest. If something was going to be delivered late due to COVID he let me know. If there was a time I couldn’t get to the house to take pictures for our family scrapbook then he would take them for me and made sure I had them. He became part of our family and now that our house is completed he continues to ask how is everything. We had some minor work that needed to be tended to after moving in and he made sure the workers were out to fix them without question in a timely manner. After we closed, our Beazer new home rep, Annette, greeted us with open arms and sent us a welcome home cake. This was the most amazing experience ever. The buying process was very smooth. Shelley ensured that we had all of our questions answered and kept us updated weekly on the progress of our home. Matthew has been great post move in. He is quick to answer our questions and has ensured that all home maintenance has been completed in a timely manner.
