This is the place to buy!! The staff is amazing. The builder, Kevin, is VERY knowledgeable and makes your whole building process stress free and fun. Maria in the office keeps you up to date on progress and stays ahead of the curve. The beautiful lake is just about complete and what a view it is!!

We started the process with Beazer in January, they finished the house end of May. We have been in the house going on 2 months and have not yet run into any structural issues or issues with the house at all. Beazer was always transparent and answered all of our questions promptly. We had repairs that needed to be made after closing and they got them all done in 2 weeks or less. I feel they genuinely care about your experience as a homebuyer, and about delivering a quality build. I trust Beazer as an exceptional homebuilder.

The overall experience was good, not great. The home looked/felt rushed. During the first 30 days of owning the home it was obvious Beazer did poor quality control on the work performed on the home. Example the yard is poorly graded, asking about getting this fixed just gets patched not fixed. We love the house just felt Beazer could have done better.

We like the home we purchased We were surprised that our Ford F-150 Crew Cab fit in our garage with overall clearance of 3/4".

This is our second build and third total family build. The Beazer product held temperatures well when we experienced a 3 day power outage. Our family members were quite impressed when they thought we’d be super hot during Beryl in Texas. After closing, we had a normal “fix it” list. The list got “lost in translation”, but Hunter made sure he personally handled our concerns. We are pleased with our purchase overall.

The home is built really well and I have had great support from Eric Japp throughout the home purchasing process.

I was told my home would be ready toward the end of July and finally took possession Sept 30. It doesn’t seem that the trades have supervisory positions to follow up on work performed. Whole walls unpainted, tile floors that are tripping hazards due to uneven installation, outlet sheet rocked over. The drivewaya are dug up due to water leaks and repaired one section at a time so half the driveways in our area are patchwork. Poor quality workmanship. The folks at Beazer’s have been very nice but the trades people need more skilled workers. This house didn’t come at starter home prices per sq ft so the quality should have been there. ... More
