Excellent insulation and very confortable environment. However, I suggest to expand the smaller bedrooms to at least 12x12

After purchase of home

I had a good experience buying the home after having to fight for some changes. However, after the purchase, there were people coming around to pressure me into using them for home, car Insurance and security system that were affiliated with Beazer. As a recently widowed woman, this was all very stressful for me. I felt pressured to go with these companies, and since then have had issues with them and cancelled services. I do not recommend people coming around to pressure homeowners to buy their services.

I especially enjoyed the ability to visit multiple times and ask questions pertaining to the building process and technical aspects of the various interior appliances. I continue to adjust to the different heating and tankless systems; the team has been very responsive to all questions and concerns. I suggest placing a light above the bathroom mirror in the second bathroom as it is difficult to apply facial makeup without this lighting. Great house, except…

The Beazer Duet Messina is a great option for us and we are excited about living here. It’s a very good house. However, that next level of care was missing. The home was never cleaned properly despite multiple requests, so we did it ourselves. And lots of little details in the finish work suggest speed was more important than quality (e.g., painting, grouting, landscaping). I understand the business, but I wish the finish work was done with greater care.

Details matter

For the home price, workers should pay more attention to details. Trim work painting and caulking is bad. Back porch concrete left stained and chipped. Cleaning team needs to do a better job. Had to vacuum my cabinets left with debris and clean the tub. Kitchen sink had scratches. Overall content with our home, just wish someone would pay more attention to details.

Actually, I had 3 building managers, but Rich was the best. He kept me inform every step of the way and took care of all my need during final walk through. Since I have taken ownership of my home, I have called for his assistance, and he didn't hesitate to assist me.

Buying process with Amore at Beazer was smooth! I admit that I had concerns because of the negative reviews that I had read but dealing with Amore, our builder, has been pleasant. He actually has gone above and beyond with minor request AFTER the closing of our home when we should have been calling the warranty dept. I have and will continue to tell people about our great experience.

Great people, some headaches after purchase

Our project manager Merl is the real deal. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful and he genuinely cares about the people he's building for and takes pride in his work. We had quite a few blemishes on the house with certain things not working they way they're supposed to or small things not being finished, but over all our experience was extremely positive. Beazer provides a lot of bang for buck in the quality of their home builds. I would happily recommend any house Merl is working on to any person who asks.

Team was good but the construction quality was modest at best! We feel taking out the refrigerator from the house after we were shown one in the model unit was kind of lame …specially after we signed the contract!

Chris is Awesome! He is very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about his job and keeps the buyer in the loop every step of the way while addressing all your questions and concerns. One word to describe the Location, Amenities, Floor Plans, Flood Safety, Affordability, Local Community retail and services = Great However...Disappointing but not disqualifiers were: lack of personal customization and a highly restrictive condo association.

For the most part things went fairly smooth. There were some pretty big mess ups in the beginning but they were corrected quickly. Waited a long time (2 months) for windows but that wasn't the builders fault. The trim paint is pretty sloppy but other than that i did get a beautiful home.

Overall you will get a nicely built home. The foam installation really helps and there are great options and plans. It's a journey and nothing is perfect but Beazer will do what they can and take care of everything. Jason, Rich, Jacob and Danielle were great
