Michelle Davis Guided me every step of the way threw out my new home being built she took videos of my new Beazer Home and showed me, I liked that so very much… she also took me to Best Buy to help me purchase my washer and dryer that was so nice of Michelle also I love my new Beazer Home

I want to thank Troy and Shelley for all their hard work in making the process of building a new home a better experience. Troy always reassured me that he would correct any issues or concerns I had, and he did just that. Shelley always kept me informed and explained the process as well, which made things run smoothly. We are very unhappy with the process right from the day we signed the contract till date. The quality of service was very disappointing. I would never recommend this builder. It’s been almost 2 months since we moved in and there are still things pending from the builder..

Throughout the building process, our sales rep and our construction manager stayed in regular contact and addressed any questions and concerns we had promptly. We could tell that they truly cared that our home was being built to the highest standards and that we were happy with the process.

The buying experience was world class and great! But after the house was sold to us, the GC and the Beazer representative totally dropped off the face of the earth and did not care about customer service after the sale was made. I understand everything cannot be fixed or addressed, but it takes zero effort to just respond or follow at the least.

This is the home I’ve dreamed about for so long. I can’t say enough about the quality and craftsmanship of my new Beazer home. Michelle, my sales rep went above and beyond communicating with me every step of the way. I wasn’t always able to make it out to see my home while it was being built but Michelle sent me a video every week with all of the new progress and I cherish those memories to this day. We love our new home! Val was amazing! She has helped us a lot all through out the process and has shown concern and reliability since Day 1. The thing that disappointed us though were the overall finish of the house. There were areas that need paint touch ups, caulk was not done properly, stains on the bath tub and on the floor, electrical wiring issues etc. We cannot blame our construction manager as he just took over the whole process near closing and he did try his best to deliver and make us happy before we close. Beazer built us a very wonderful home, even with the supply and labor shortages. We love everything about the house and the quality seems fantastic, compared to most other home builders in the same price-range. My only disappointment was with the lawn that was provided; there are a lot of areas that I need to repair/rebuild. Despite that, they have provided a very pleasant home and experience. We recommend them to everyone.

Over we had a great experience with purchasing our home and love our home. Curtis and Brain was really helpful answering all our questions and keeping us updated. What I’m not pleased about is the finishing of our home. The paint job, caulking, and overall cleaning of the home for turnover was disappointing. We had of lots paint drips throughout house and even with taping for final run serval times, items were not addressed, however Brian said he will send painters back in to retouch items that may have been seen at the final walkthrough as well as touch up any scuff marks through the moving ...

Our builder, Troy R., was absolutely amazing! His attention to detail and his willingness to listen to us with concerns was so appreciated. Our sales associates were awesome as well. We had a very positive experience building our home. Shelley and Troy communicated consistently and went out of their way to resolve any issues that came up. We had minimal delays but when we did it was obvious that Troy did everything he could to keep making progress on the home. Troy also welcomed our 3rd party inspector and made sure all of his concerns were addressed. All throughout the building process and after closing we have had all of our concerns resolved in a timely manner.
