Plenty of layouts to choose from, and I love their elevation options. Relatively easy process of buying for first time homebuyers. Structurally sound home.

Started out good, had a few miscommunication issues after that everything went good. Had a great builder James was awesome

The build quality, price, and overall feel of the house is great. We are really happy we went with the Beazer home over the Perry. Communication hasn't been great though, I had trouble getting through or getting information. My builder has been extremely difficult to get a hold of and when I do he never communicates back after that exchange.

Thankful for the Beazer Team, especially our Superintendent Troy! We were shocked to be moved in 5 months after with picked our lot. Though it was quick, the quality is great! We used a 3rd party inspector through out the build and got very little back-- they corrected all issues. Troy was amazing at delivering service and communicated with us weekly and every time we reached out. The design center was fun and the staff was super helpful on picking out items/style. We are very satisfied and would do the process all over again! I only gave 4 stars because I felt like the upgrades were a overpriced and EVERYTHING is an upgrade. Also, communication with our salesman was a little rocky but we just relied on Troy, if needed. Again, we are very satisfied/happy and would build another Beazer home! ... More

Well designed house

Beazer has a good purchasing method that makes buying and financing very easy. They provide you with Financing options that compete to give you the best interest rate. I just wish they will improve their Master bath designs and their choice of light switches, on most of their floor plans, otherwise they build very energy efficient homes.

I think everyone did a good job answering all our questions.

They were a joy to work with. Very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Even after everything was completed I continued to stay in touch with the builder and he continued to help me with odds and ends.

Overall good experience. With some sub workmanship lacking which required a lot of follow up.

Beazer has a great homes, employees, and service....but has some vendors, mainly one, the security people that like lying and taking advantage of new homeowners. I don’t understand how such a good company likes to be associated with such a company that admits to ripping people off.

Good except since I was living in SA buying here felt a bit diconnected from knowing what I could upgrade or design differently the day I moved into the house it was dirty sawdust on the floor and very dusty doors and counter tops and paint on the floor no welcome like a dusty welcome

Great, fast build! Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling went well about 90% of the time. The only issue we had was that we were not told that a garage door opener did not come standard in the house until we were in our second to last walk through. Otherwise no issues with our home!

Excellent home so far, very spaced

Shelly was awesome. She really did her best to go the beyond too help me with my concerns. She was a joy too work with and everybody else who were giving approvals were being patient with my issue. They were very understanding and patient. Thanks.

I selected Beazer due to the great sales person , location, and focus on quality and energy savings. I loved the community and selected Beazer over the other options in the community and over a larger home in another community for the same price. . I was pleased I could break my initial deposit into 3 equal installments. I believed my sales lady wanted to help me and she wasn’t pushy. She was always friendly and professional every time I came by to look at the model homes or had a question. I liked that they had several lenders that they used to help provide the best loan for me. It wasn’t until my first meeting with the builder that I learned that the lot I selected and already put the deposit on has a 14 ft utility easement. I think I should have been told that before I put the money down. I was kept informed / updated throughout the building process through weekly emails. My questions were answered. On the final walkthrough I learned my sales person no longer was working in my community ( I learned later she was not with Beazer, I didn’t know this either) . On closing day , which was a bit earlier than anticipated, I was informed that my home and the home next door were the fastest builds. I can now see why. Instead of hurrying to get things done early—-take the extra one- two weeks to check things - I have had to call on several items (not emergencies) but things that should have been taken care of if not in such a hurry. The following items are all less than 60 days from closing :clothes rod too short so when clothes were hanging it fell, brick broken, tape left on all recess lights inside and out, toilet paper holder not installed and the other was wobbly, transition plate not meeting up with the flooring, rotting fence boards, doors not correctly painted. This is just some to name a few. I have great service from the warranty person to get things fixed. My neighbors moved in and THEIR Beazer builder had the lawn people come mow a week after moving in ( the neighbors didn’t know/ didn’t request it— the lawn people just showed up). Additionally they now have a nice welcome home from Beazer sign in their yard. These things matter and make the company stand out. HOWEVER I did not receive either. So that’s a bit disheartening. Any reviews I gave up until now have been 5 stars, but as I reflect on the overall experience especially after getting in the home, unfortunately my rating be 4 ( maybe 3.5). ... More

James the contractor was spectacular.

This is our second home our first was a KB home and it was not built well. This Beazer home is built much better. This home is an inventory home which means we did not choose anything as far as most new homes go, it came built. It was nicely built with many nice upgrades. The Beazer people were very supporting and helpful. Of course nothing is perfect but this home is by far very good and we are extremely happy and would recommend these homes to anyone. Thank you Beazer for our beautiful new home!

Builder's staff was friendly, communicative, and provided information of the entire building and purchase process. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Beaver homes are well built with great insulation. Adding only their additional options, because these are not "custom homes". as I was told more than once, limits the purchaser to add-ons that they make available at their price in the show room. Subsequently, expect to pay more than you might initially anticipate. Or, wait until after closing and DIY.

Great house in a great neighborhood. Kevin at Beazer did a good job on our home. I’d build with them again.

Leslie & Erica (design center), Tracy (project manager) and Chris (construction manager) were great unfortunately can't say the same about sales team nor preferred lending provider (VIP Mtg.). If new build I HIGHLY recommend checking on a weekly basis and getting independent inspection. Tracy and Chris had to clean up mess left by previous project manager, but they were Great and did a stellar job! Leslie and Erica with the design center went above and beyond securing all the upgrades I wanted.

We were first introduced to Beazer in 2010-2011 by Trey (a sales consultant) in a single family subdivision west of Cinco Ranch. The build out looked very impressive, and although we eventually decided on another builder we’ve always had a very good impression of Beazer. So, when we decided to downsize we were excited to see that Beazer was involved with a 55+ multi-family community. We spoke with Ken (sales Consultant) and were happy to hear that the build quality that we saw in the single family homes was also in the multi-family units. Ken answered all of our "general" questions, and we were introduced to Ashley (customer care representative) to help with "specific" questions. Her knowledge of the unit and the complex was extensive and our comfort level regarding the unit was high and we decided to buy. During and after the move-in period, Ashley continued to provide high quality responses to our questions and repair concerns. We are happy with most of the aspects of the build out - layout, attention to detail, quality of materials, etc. However, after having been in the unit for a few months, we have some major concerns. We have been greatly disappointed by the noise level in the unit. The unit performs well in terms of adjacent units - we seldom hear our same floor neighbors except in the hallway through our front door. What we do hear to an unacceptable degree is our upstairs neighbor. Not only is the sound of their footsteps at a higher db than a comfortable TV volume level, the movement of the floor/ceiling causes a noticeable pressure wave in our unit. It's severe enough to be uncomfortable throughout the day and to wake us from sleep if the neighbor moves around during the night. We've noticed that just walking across our own kitchen or living area causes rattling of glasses and dishes as the movement of the floor shakes our furnishings and the kitchen island. There’s also a high level of noise coming from the upstairs toilet, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer. Outside noises are greater than expected through the exhaust system, especially during weather events like rainstorms or high wind. The kilowatt usage here for the past two months has been almost twice the usage of our 2500 sq. ft. house. This lack of energy efficiency and sound proofing is not what we expected from a Beazer home. Another matter is that the elevator went out in our building for two weeks, and at the same time the elevator in another building has been out for a month. For a 55+ community, this is especially disconcerting. We’ve been informed that the installation of surge protectors will help to minimize a reoccurrence. We were also unlucky about our choice of location within the complex. We are adjacent to an apartment complex, and the noise level from car engines and sound systems is high enough to be disruptive for sleep and the everyday enjoyment of retirement living. I’ve spoken to our neighbor two levels up from us and he does not experience this noise. In summary (for anyone still reading) is that the complex location and the resident community are what we were looking for, but if we had known then what we know now, we would not have bought this unit. ...
