The home itself is nice but the finishing touches not so much. In some spots the baseboards are awful, grout in the showers seem to be painted and one out of the three pendent lighting in our kitchen is a wrong shade of color and another cracked. We’ve been in our home for a little over a month and already had a/c problems and one of the toilets doesn’t work properly. We’re a little disappointed because the quality doesn’t compare to the price of the home and location.

I love the customer service and the willing to help with any information they can provide when asked a lot of questions. The home is beautiful and plan on living in it for a while.

They were a joy to work with. Very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Even after everything was completed I continued to stay in touch with the builder and he continued to help me with odds and ends.

Love our new home. So glad we stopped by here while looking for a new home. Thanks to Corey and Troy.

We loved the idea of a duplex where the lawn was taken care of, all we did was live. I had some concerns about the noise level from a neighbor separated by a wall, but I saw the sound proofing methods used and knew that it would be a quiet house. Everyone was helpful from the sales to the closing. I love the value and comfort of the house and know that we will spend many happy years living in our wonderful new home.

5 star rating. Beazer Homes delivers a timely well built home. The sales and building process were not stressful due to the good communication skills of the sales force and builders.

Will the builder and Val the sales expert and truly both experts at their jobs! They were so helpful before the move and continue to answer our questions and help in the process of moving. We were in our home for over forty years and these two young people have really helped!

Beazer made the entire home buying experience very easy and were beyond willing to work with extenuating circumstances .

First time home buyer here, I would recommend you go see Bryan in the Amira community, he made the whole experience simple and painless as I know someone buying in another non Beazer community that is having a horrible experience.

Beazer has a great homes, employees, and service....but has some vendors, mainly one, the security people that like lying and taking advantage of new homeowners. I don’t understand how such a good company likes to be associated with such a company that admits to ripping people off.

Good except since I was living in SA buying here felt a bit diconnected from knowing what I could upgrade or design differently the day I moved into the house it was dirty sawdust on the floor and very dusty doors and counter tops and paint on the floor no welcome like a dusty welcome

All I can say is Beazer is a Sloppy builder. Their workmanship is that of a handyman not a professional builder. I cannot and will not recommend Beazer to anyone.

The Communication between the sales and project supervisor with myself is very poor they don't respond to things promptly.

I love my new Maxwell - Beazer home. This was my second Beazer home built and purchased. My salesman, Cory was awesome, he made everything run smoothly and kept me up-to-date from start to finish. I am enjoying the Amira community.

Several items not revealed from Beazer during the building process. I only found out because of others building in the neighborhood. They do not provide a list of all standard features for your home design, and then are not forthcoming with what your upgrade options are (e.g. 8' interior doors, bricking on back patio concrete, etc.). Basically they give you a 20 page list of all upgradable fixtures and then you have to figure out what is already upgraded in your model vs. what you can upgrade to; its a basic "highlight" activity put on the buyer. Closing was so disorganized that it basically ruined what should have been a very exciting day! Notary showed up an hour and a half late, funding took nearly two hours, Beazer did not include the plot plan that is required to be signed by the purchaser in the closing documentation so a delay of nearly an hour, wasn't even offered to take a photo of the purchase or signing. Nearly $400k and without even the basic standard celebration or captured memory by the Beazer-chosen Title company. It was a wait, sign, wait, wait, wait, "here ya go", leave exercise. 35 - 40 Beazer closings a week at that location (per the Title company) and complete disorganization. A gentleman buying 1 street over from me was there for 3 hours waiting on funding just to find out that it had funded earlier in the day. He was equally upset. Both of my neighbors finished building before me and when they closed they were welcomed home with celebration signs in the yard from Beazer. Me? Nothing. May seem petty, but a HUGE investment for a single female and without even a word from the receiving builder. You're welcome, Beazer.
