I am extremely happy with my new home and experience with the builder. From the initial purchase through move-in, the team was professional, responsive, and attentive to questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the quality, craftsmanship, design, and value of my home. I would gladly recommend this builder to anyone considering a new home.

We were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Our construction manager, Grant *****, exhibited excellent technical and interpersonal skills throughout the building of our home. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the attic space as well as the rest of the house. He was prompt and professional in everything that he did. Dennis ***** provided us with excellent customer service and is still taking care of us. His advice is always on the mark and we appreciate his timely intervention with any issues.

We were one of the first few homes to be built by Beazer in this community. The construction manager and other members of the team kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we were happy, especially at the time of closing on the home.

The whole process went very smoothly. The team was very friendly and always answered my questions and helped me every step of the way. We're very happy with our home and the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend this builder.

Beazer and specifically Mr. Shawn have been amazing to us through the entire process, from answering our millons of questions to addressing any concerns we have. They are there throughout the entire process, including the warranty period after the closing date, the ensure we are happy and comfortable with our purchase. 5 stars every day, would always recommend!

The team was diligent throughout the whole process. There was no time where I did not feel Dylan was not on top of the project. He knew what was wrong before I came to him and had it fixed in a timely manner. Brad did a great job selling your product, he had the key selling features down cold and used them as the proper incentives to get us to close. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions of your life, and Beazer made the entire journey remarkably smooth and well-organized. From the moment we signed the paperwork all the way through closing and beyond, every step felt thoughtfully orchestrated with genuine attention to detail. What truly set this experience apart were the people. Chad, my sales representative, is a standout professional. He was diligent, attentive, and made it clear from day one that my needs mattered. He was always available — before signing, after signing, and even now that I've moved in — consistently going above and beyond to help wherever he could. You rarely find that ***** of commitment after the deal is done. Patrick, the building supervisor, was equally impressive. Throughout the construction process he was supportive, accommodating, and responsive. Now that I've moved in, he continues to be prompt in addressing any issues that come up — which speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work. The build quality has been excellent and Beazer was accommodating of most requests throughout the process. The one area I'd love to see improved is a wider selection of home finishing options — not a dealbreaker by any means, but more choices would be a welcome addition. We enjoyed working with all the professionals throughout our home buying process with Beazer.

My experience with Beazer was great. Everyone that assisted my family and me were great. My house is amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Mark *****was our construction manager and he was still is amazing. He’s patient, responsive, and honest. He helped us understand the ends and outs of maintaining our first home. When there was an issue, he answered every call. Without him, our first few months would have been a challenge. Having someone who is knowledgeable and willing to help was a benefit that we didn’t even anticipate. I hope every home that we purchase in the future is a Beazer home and I’ll take Mark too lol. Great customer service from sales, construction, to closing

I loved my team. We worked closely with Brice and Justin, and they were fantastic.

Easy build process. Jake did a great job at communicating with us along the way. Any issues we had with the home, we received a quick response and had it fixed in a timely manner. 10/10

Due to this being a smart home, I would have thought onboarding on how to set up and use the smart systems in the house would have been very helpful. Although, if there was a problem, staff was prompt and helpful to resolve my issues. My overall experience buying a Beazer home has been good. The sales department Sarah and Rafael have been a great help. On the construction side, Alex and Bobby have been great working with me on any issues that have arised. The quality of the house is great, very energy efficient . However, the landscaping needs work. No weed barrier was placed under the mulch. My plants are or were half deed. From beginning to moving in, we felt that our local agents and contractors were helpful and approachable through the entire process. We were out of state for most of the build and we were updated frequently and kept in the loop with photos and phone calls. We had a variety of moving parts to get into the home and we felt that our Beazer agents were really on our side and advocated for us to keep things moving along. It was a long process to get into the home, but definitely worth it. We chose Beazer over other builders in the area for their energy efficiency options, quality of the build and builder reputation.
