We really had a great experience from start to finish. We knew that we loved Beazer homes after visiting a different location. We were hopeful that the homes in Arista would match our expectations and on our first visit to the models, we were not disappointed. The process was seamless. Cindi was our point person through the process and Jodi also was super helpful. We aren’t local so we appreciated updates from Cindi through the various steps in the process. Picking out finishes and extras was off site at an appointment that felt low pressure and was really enjoyable. The entire time, the communication was impeccable and even when we reached out via email after office hours, we were always suprised to receive replies quickly! Jeremiah was also great. He did our home walk through and assured us that we were on the same team. Rather than feeling pressure to point out every paint chip or imperfection, we felt comfortable in knowing that he would be our point of contact and we could reach out to him whenever we needed. He shared with us so many helpful tips and made sure we weren’t overwhelmed with the abundance of information and is still responsive months in from major issues to minor questions. We love our new home! Our only piece of constructive feedback would be for future models to offer a double sink in the upstairs secondary bathroom. While our home is perfect, a double sink for the secondary bedrooms would have really been the icing on the cake! Buying a home is a huge undertaking with a lot of moving pieces. Corey has been a Rockstar. He communicates well looked after our places while we were in transition and always stops by when in the neighborhood to ensure we haven't found a new ankle biter problem.

The entire process from putting in an offer to moving in was very smooth and the Beazer team walked me through each step. Every important date was outlined and clear, and each request I had pre-close was met intently and quickly. The quality of the home is amazing, and we’re very satisfied with our new home!

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Beazer Homes. The Design Studio experience was excellent, with a great selection of options and a team that made the process enjoyable and easy to navigate. The lending team was also fantastic, providing clear communication and helping keep everything on track throughout the transaction. A special shoutout to Vito for providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a significant difference. I also want to recognize Betsy, who was great to work with and always professional and helpful. My one area for improvement would be greater flexibility from Betsy's counterpart in the sales office when working with real estate agents. Builders have a tremendous opportunity to create long-term partnerships with agents who come from a resale background and are actively learning and promoting new construction. Likewise, buyer's agents who consistently bring future buyers into a community can become valuable advocates for the builder's brand. I would love to see more accommodation on deal structures, incentives, and relationship-building opportunities, especially for agents and teams participating in VIP programs or those who are committed to introducing future clients to new construction communities such as Beazer. Strong builder-agent partnerships benefit everyone involved—the builder, the agent, and most importantly, the homeowner. Overall, Beazer delivered a quality experience, and I would certainly consider working with them again and recommending their homes to future clients. ... More

We love our new home! The construction quality is much better than other builders. The few minor issues we had were repaired quickly. Our construction manager, Jaron was great with communication and quick to get things scheduled.

We purchased our Beazer home in March and have truly been amazed at the level of support we’ve had from the team. Jodi, Cindi, Jeremiah, Vaughn, Baruc just to name a few. The whole team is made up of genuinely kind people which is hard to find. They brought my daughter a birthday card and reached out and offered so much support after a last minute surgery I had. It goes beyond home selling to them and it shows through their actions. They truly do care. The few work orders we’ve had have been taken care of right away and the attention to detail has always been priority to them. You can tell the guys care about their work and what they leave behind. If I had to buy a home all over again, I’d choose Beazer without a second thought. I recommend them to everyone that will listen. Truly truly could not say enough good things about this team. Because if we’re all being honest, buying a new build home is half the battle, it’s the AFTER that’s important such as warranty fixes, team support, and company involvement. we have had just a few minor issues since moving in and both Dave and Vito have been right on it getting us answers to questions and getting the minor issues resolved.

Jeff was an amazing help every step of the way, if I had any questions in regard to the process, he was there to answer them and was available to take my calls with any issues that we came across. The home is awesome and have had miniscule issues that have been and or are being taken care of.

Christian and Kyle with Beazer homes were so easy to work with. Christian put us in touch with all the right people, and Kyle made sure our new home was clean, yard mowed, and ready for move-in. They were patient with ALL our questions, and the home-buying process was smooth, simple and not stressful. This is our second Beazer home. We trust their experience, engineering and products.

The Beazer family, especially Steve, made the entire experience the easiest home buying experience ever, from the first time walking through to closing. The quality construction and attention to detail are amazing, where functionality and beauty meet.
