My builder is great. He went above and beyond by make sure every little thing meets my expectations and happy about it. The warranty center is the another great thing about this company. They follow up with any order I request until it fixed. I’m very happy with my home

I came into my house hunting process with no idea what I wanted. I visited this property and was greeted with a feel of community. After the walk through of the house and the property we sat down and were walked through what to expect in next steps. A very easy process that made me comfortable with moving forward on my first home. This experience from beginning to end was amazing.

When my fiancée and I first decided to look into building a house, we were nervous we would be a little overwhelmed by the undertaking, but after years of shopping and never finding quite what we wanted, we decided to look into the option. Upon meeting with Justin from the Beazer team, we were beyond encouraged. He laid out the process in a way that was digestible and clear. Once we decided to move forward, Sydney from the design center was excellent, informative, and helpful. And when we finally broke ground, our build lead Cynthia was a rock star. The entire team was great, and we always felt informed, even though we were 900 miles away from the build site. We shopped for houses for 2 and a half years before deciding to make a move and build a home with Beazer, and we couldn’t be happier. We are in love with our house, and have been in touch with the team even after completion of our project. Great experience working with this builder! Everything was handled in a clear and professional manner from start to finish. The construction quality is excellent, timelines were met, and the team was always responsive and helpful. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Did I mention quality?? We are VERY happy with our new Beazer built home! From the moment you look at the house from the driveway, you can see the quality brimming from the walls. Step inside and you are greeted with the lovely look and feel of a beautiful home. Being “locals”, we were able to see the construction of the home from footers to completion. Beazer definitely takes the time to build a quality home. From first contact with Felicia, the onsite sales team member, to builder Bob, the onsite super, we could see the results of a very well built home. We recently bought our forever home as we had lived in an apartment for the last years. We came to visit Churchill and spent some time with Lezlie who listened and took care of our home needs. We looked at all the homes available and settled on a specific style. We thought let's check other neighborhoods. They were not as well priced or easily accessible as the Churchill community. It might be further away from Dallas but it was quicker to access than other communities closer to Dallas. Once we made our choice Jason (the community builder) walked me through the home to show me all of the items to upkeep plus gave me a quick and easy reference for that same purpose. The entire home buying experience was great. Cory and Elizabeth are a great team. Elizabeth showed genuine care and communicated from start to finish answering any questions we had. Cory was outstanding to work with. He consistently communicated providing weekly updates and answering any questions we had. His strong attention detail ensured everything was handled with precision. He truly went above and beyond.

Th whole process was exhalent. I was kept informed throughout the construction process. I am very satisfied with my new home and would recommend Beazer Homes to anyone .

I spent my first two years in Vegas looking at countless model homes from all builders, waiting to find the right builder and then the right location. I knew early on that Beazer was the one I wanted since they are so forward-thinking, energy efficient, etc. I am pretty sure I saw every Beazer model home in the entire Vegas area, and everyone from Beazer that I met was just great. Many of them lived in Beazer homes as well (always a good sign). When the Marigold community showed up, I was ready to pounce and I did. Once we started the process everyone was great as well. Most people spend 3 hours at the Design Center going over fixtures, colors, appliances, options, etc. We spent 3 DAYS there. It was wonderful. And then once the build process started, I visited the site almost weekly to check things out. The people at Beazer are great, and very helpful. Anytime I had questions, I'd contact my Beazer associates like Colin or Vito or Mischelle and I had answers right away. I value that Beazer stands by its product and does what it takes to make their customers happy, and I also just love their designs and aesthetics. I'm enjoying my new home but I would definitely buy another Beazer home down the road if I had to move or upgrade to a larger house. ... More

This was the best home buying experience we have ever had, and my wife and I have bought a lot of homes over the past 40 years. Beazer Homes were very open and honest, gave us a great price and provided an outstanding quality home that we now love!

Dawn and James made our home buying experience as painless as it possibly could be. Their communication was consistent and we never wondered about what was going on with our new build. Dawn and James answered all of our questions as they came up and were always responsive.

Everyone I worked with was patient and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. It was exciting to watch the house go up each step of the way and I was kept in the loop for the build updates and the plans for the following week. I was even asked if I wanted to bless the site by burying a bible or to write scripture on the frame as some people apparently have a tradition of doing. I have no regrets with my decision for Beazer to build my first home and look forward to enjoying it for many more years.

The sales person Chrissy Wise was awesome ! Keep us well informed and always there to answer questions. She came from over 1 hour away to show us the available homes. Josh McGee was great as well making sure the property was completed on time and to our satisfaction! People make all the difference in a buyers experience. After we moved in we had a warranty claim that was handled by Darrell Zemault. He responded quickly and addressed our concerns fully. You have a great team supporting your product !! Areas for you improvement : You sales and promotions in this development is awful! It is hard to find this Beazer Development. Once you arrive at your he models the sales team is temporary and not well informed or helpful. You need to hire a new sales person and have Chrissy train them. You need to increase (by a lot) your advertising in this area. Beazer marketing sucks. The quality of paint is poor, should be a satin finish at a minimum. The quality of construction is outstanding. We were out of town for 2 months and came back to no dust at all!! The air quality system really works! I would recommend Beazer to anyone who asks!! Wonderful home buying experience in 2026

Initially, we chose a house in the Lilly community and worked with Shawna for a couple of months. However, we ultimately decided on another house in the Poppy community and worked with Shannon because the house was completed earlier. Both agents are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are very understanding and not pushy at all.

Tanya was amazing to work with. She needs a big raise and promotion. The rest of the Beazer buying experience sucked

Tracy and Ryan were the greatest to work with. Tracy was always available whenever you had a question or concern. Ryan went out of his way to make sure all our concerns were met. These 3 people went above and beyond. Rouch the mortgage guy eas incredible always there as well when you had concerns he put your mind at ease.

The buying process was super smooth from beginning to end. We relocated from Reno. All of the legal documents were online making it easy to get the paperwork completed. From Felicia at Beazer to the closing team at Fidelity Title, every aspect was completed very professionally.

Nick was and is Awsome!! From our very first introduction he was very professional and personable. He showed us several homes until we eventually decided on which one suited us best. He informed of options, upgrades etc... From the beginning of the process to the end of closing. Nick was available anytime we needed him via text & phone or in person. The quality of appliances and fixtures, workmanship of the homes is top notch.
