My Beazer team was incredible from sales, design and the punch list guys. Building a home during the pandemic was stressful but it was lessened by the team I worked with.

The purchase was easy. The agent was great. The quality is fair. Garage is small. Refrigerator still not working properly after three repairs. The water smells and is very dirty. I have a serious mold issue in HVAC closet. The ERV system is noisy. Paint is the lowest quality Sherwin Williams. Why would a quality builder put wire closet organizers in a quality home? And the remote fan is an issue- due to the limited frequency of each remote, randomly, the light or fan will come on due to someone else in the building using their remote. I searched for about two years and did not find anything that comes close to my current condo. Very spacious rooms , plenty of storage all throughout, big and beautiful kitchen with lots of cabinets. What sold me on this condo was the walk-in pantry room and the walk-in laundry room (I did not see this anywhere else I looked while searching). The only negative thing is the size of the garage and the lack of enough parking spaces .

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? the process was straight forward and the sales team helped to coordinate times for the move in. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Quality is quite good and the value of a new build compared to other options at the price point in the area is great. How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? My unit was complete when I looked at it. However, the builder team was attentive and timely in addressing items highlighted at the preclose walk through/inspection. This was important because of the tight timeline of offer and closing dates. What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? Good new built homes. Great use of space. During and after sale follow up. Everything is new

Open floor plan, light and airy! Large bedrooms with adequate bathrooms. Well built with little noise from other units. No stairs except for emergencies. I love the elevators!

Closing was easy. I do wish I had an outside inspector to check over the place. I do appreciate everything is under warranty, but trying to find out if it is a builder issue or a warranty issue isn't always straight forward. So far, all issues have been addressed. Craftsmanship is a little sloppy, I had to clean up putty, silicone, uneven walls, light fixtures, etc. I do consider these minor issues.

Overall, a reasonable experience. Our negative experience is the focus on the extended delays in the construction schedule which resulted in needless complications for us in terms of selling our existing home (Beazer requires listing your home within 30 days which is fine provided they stay on schedule). Beazer didn't make adequate financial adjustments to account for these costs experienced on our behalf. On the plus side, Jeff and Shawn kept us informed of progress during these extended delays.

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. All sales staff and Todd were great.

Not happy at all at this point. No one will call me back to get the things taken care of that were missing, broken, ruined by painters tape etc…

I was impressed with all company employee and the townhouse. I did not a five star rating because 1) The kitchen appliances are not top quality, 2) The bathroom appliances are not top quality, 3) The entrance/exit is a disappointment.

I'd like to thank the team at Beazer Homes, especially the head builder, as he paid very close attention to minor flaws that were found in the condo during the initial walk through. He ensured that everything would be fixed, and there was a quick turnaround, specifically with the touch up in painting up the stairwell. Thanks again for the wonderful service!

Had a very good homebuying experience. The sales representative did a great job of keeping us updated in the home build progress. As a sight unseen buyer on the initial home layout we would’ve appreciated more directional orientation so as to see where the river views, sunrise and porch and bathroom layout would all fall.

Overall it’s a great experience with Beazer. Our first home is also from Beazer and we are like returning customer. It was a great experience starting from contract to closing of the home.

The overall experience wasn't bad for a first-time home buyer however, I wish they could have been straight up with us (buyer) about the construction time frame. I know it's not their (builder) fault due to shortages but it would have been fair to both parties to have an open conversation from the beginning. Also, the sales associates should not showcase a model home that would not be in a different site. This is very misleading because not all buyers might be able to interpret the paper layout of the newly build.

I gave it a 4 star because I live my house. However the privacy fencing around the community was poorly built. We have foxes crawling under the “privacy fence” that was built. I have personally seen people crawling under those fences during night time trespassing. I do not feel safe in my house even with all my security system.
