Construction manager was let go during the build process and we were never told. We had to continually ask for a status. Once we closed we didn’t receive a welcome package. We had to ask how does warranty service does work. We were never told Ranger offered free automation. Every time we asked questions we were made to feel like we were a burden on them. Once we moved in we were unaware there was a small gas leak in the fireplace. All the network jacks we had requested were installed with phone jacks. When we brought it up to warranty service guy he rejected it because he said it would cost Bloomfield money. I had to contact VP of Bloomfield just to get a resolution. This was such an awesome and amazing experience for my wife and I. We were treated well throughout the entire process. It was seamless, they were friendly and the quality of the home is amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are extremely friendly. From start to close it was the best experience we could have hoped for and we closed when they said we would. Highly recommend these homes to anyone looking.

I love my home now, but I did not enjoy the home buying process with the Bloomfield sales representative who I found difficult to work with as he often did not like to answer questions and was rude when he did not know the answer. I also received inaccurate information on many occasions. Also, the original project manager assigned to me was terrible and never provided me with updates. I had to ask for updates along the way and missed a lot of the home building progress because if this. I eventually was paired with an excellent project manager but this was only about a month before the home was completed. ... More

Francis is the best to deal with. She made this whole experience worth it.

Both the sales consultant and builder failed to communicate pertinent information during the construction of the home. Many assumptions were made regarding design, construction, and even internet capability, but at no point was I notified of any changes that would impact me. If there was a foreseeable or discoverable issue it was Bloomfield’s responsibility to convey this information so that I, the consumer, could make an informed decision.

Everything was great! The house was already completed when we looked at it but Jeremy was great at the walk thru and had everything ready to go for close. Our closing was on time and quick.

The one thing I appreciated was Bloomfield’s integrity from the start. As I searched for builders I found myself being placed in a biding war situation to drive up the price of the home. Bloomfield had a fair process and even corrected prices as the market changed not because I asked but because they felt it was the right thing to do for their customers. Quality is high, Responsiveness is high, Integrity is high. I love my home and the community.

Name: Sam The dishwasher is very basic. It do not even perform dry after washing. Atleast give better grade products for high priced house. Similarly many such products are basic.

Positive Experience throughout! Simply states would work with them again, ok maybe in 5 years!

Chris and Brandon were great to work with. Some materials Bloomfield uses are not equal in quality to the price of the home.

The salesperson (Rhonda & Rob) were super nice throughout. The builder Jeremy has also been nice with handling some of the after closing issues. I think the selected vendors could be more detailed.

Bloomfield treated me like a family. I had to swith lenders, so it took longer to close my house. But bloomfield was wth me every step of the way. They were very patient and did everything they needed to do, to help me to close my house. Thanks so much .

My overall experience in building with Bloomfield Homes was just okay nothing to rave about. Communication from the builders was not proactive and the overall quality of materials and workmanship is below expectations. When selecting upgrades, It's important to keep in mind that you paying for the aesthetics not the aesthetics, quality material, and quality workmanship. For example, selecting shaker cabinets and the premium kitchen upgrade came with visible nail holes, rail hardware that doesn't support the drawers, and dinged-up drawers. We are also still trying to clean up residual gunk that was left on our upgraded tile floors... During the final walk-through, we were constantly reminded that those items were just “cosmetic” issues and that would be fixed... ... More

Every step from the initial sales contact on through to the final walk through and closing was very smooth. We we found the staff and company to be very trustworthy. I would recommend Bloomfield Homes unconditionally.

there is lot of pending works when were not completed when the house was handed over to us.

I am very please with my Sell manager experience but the Project manager experience wasn't good at all. Given my experience, I would still recommend Bloomfield. I love our home for the most part but I would not recommend building with the Project manager for our home. Again, I think that Bloomfield is a very good builder but we just had a bad experience with our Project manager.

Buying our ecent home from Bloomfield was a very exciting be experience. Steve was very kind, generous, welcoming and very friendly. When I was initially looking for a home, Bloomfield was not on my mind but the moment I walked into their office, Steve made it happen. The process was stress free and took very little time till closing. I will highly recommend Bloomfield if you are looking for a new home.

I love my new home, and working with Bloomfield has been great. I have had some minor issues post-purchase, and they have each been promptly addressed. I have recommended friends buy a Bloomfield home because it was a smart decision I would make again.
