I am very please with my Sell manager experience but the Project manager experience wasn't good at all. Given my experience, I would still recommend Bloomfield. I love our home for the most part but I would not recommend building with the Project manager for our home. Again, I think that Bloomfield is a very good builder but we just had a bad experience with our Project manager.

Buying our ecent home from Bloomfield was a very exciting be experience. Steve was very kind, generous, welcoming and very friendly. When I was initially looking for a home, Bloomfield was not on my mind but the moment I walked into their office, Steve made it happen. The process was stress free and took very little time till closing. I will highly recommend Bloomfield if you are looking for a new home.

Was a pleasure to work with and easy

I love my new home, and working with Bloomfield has been great. I have had some minor issues post-purchase, and they have each been promptly addressed. I have recommended friends buy a Bloomfield home because it was a smart decision I would make again.

On the day of closing we saw many issues left unaddressed but it wasn’t admitted properly. Coming to the cleaning of the home we saw dirty fans, paint on carpet and also on the flooring and when we ask regarding those builder mentioned it is our perspective. Never excepted that answer. Finally we excepted a better look of our new home

We love working with Bloomfield. They made things so easy during the buying process and the home they built us has exceeded our expectations in quality. We love our new home! Also, any warranty issues that have come up Bloomfield and their partners have addressed in a timely manner to make sure they have been resolved and we are happy. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking to build a new home.

The entire Bloomfield team at Claremont did an amazing job. They all worked with us from the day we walked into the model to after we moved in. Great experience.

Our overall experience with Bloomfield Homes was great! This was our first time building a home and Scott & Chad were awesome and continue to be. Their commutation was awesome. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were available via email, text and phone calls whenever we needed to reach them. There were a few hiccups along the way with some of the work the contractors were doing, and some supply issues, which I think can be expected, but any concern we had or made them aware of was rectified right away. Any items that were on back order, we were made aware of before we ever had any questions about it. A+++ customer service and communication! Very good for house , any beautiful

The homes are pretty well built. I’ve already had workers here doing upgrades and they said it was well built as well. However, absolutely no attention was paid to the outside when I comes to grading and drainage. Water sits stagnant on both sides of the houses. I don’t know what to do to get it addressed but I’ll keep trying. Additionally when I comes to coordinating with outside partners like cable, power trash and even the HOA I have never seen such incompetence. The HOA said they don’t have any way of giving access to the amenities unless we go in during business hours so someone can let us in. Almost 2 months of living here we just got trash can and the internet is still on all of our wish lists which for a lot of us is kind of a big deal since we work from home so we can pay our mortgages. You wouldn’t build houses without power and water so why would you build them without Internet or without having all the other necessities aligned. ... More

Atleast you have to use tankless water heater. Doors and paints are less quality materials.

Extremely poor workmanship as our home flooded and several parts of the home begin to breakdown in 48hrs after closing. Pathetic, inept building engineer, issues that have continued to THIS DAY. Needless to say, I continue to advise everyone I’ve come across to stay away from BH.

Overall good experience however after move in there were multiple workmanship issues. However, Sales manager and project manager were very responsive in correcting issues

This experience has been so awesome!!! The staff is amazing and very welcoming!!! Communications were very informative and updating throughout the whole process!!! Started my new year in my home and it’s heaven from the first step walking in as a homeowner!!! Thank you so much!!!

I am having a hard time in seeing the quality of Bloomfield homes. While installing landscape lighting in the flower bed, I found trash below the mulch. It was full of brick and stone debris from the construction of the house, as well as water bottles and food wrappers. Whatever dirt was on the trim on the inside and outside of the house was never cleaned, it was just painted over. The trim around the front door was also gouged from where they brought things into the house and was just painted over. The caulking on the patio looks like a child did it, there is more caulk on both sides of the joint then there is in the joint. Overall I am very disappointed. ... More

Building a new home is typically an experience like no other and there are things that Bloomfield allowed us to do that many builders at the time we were purchasing and building did not allow such as making changes and picking out our own colors, flooring, countertops, cabinets and much much more. This was individualized and not a package deal which my wife and I liked very much. Bloomfield was true to their word in our contract and did not make drastic pricing changes and pushing people away. The vast majority of the home was built well though we do have some items to turn into warranty which we have not experienced that process yet and hope that it goes well and smoothly. There are some items that should have been taken care of from the walk through and was not plus we were told that it would not be fixed that we are going to still turn into warranty and hope that we have a better outcome than we did before moving in. The floorplan we chose is a wonderful floorplan (Primrose) and we love the built-ins that Bloomfield has in the bedrooms, plus all the art niche areas. We would say that the materials used are like of great quality, however, some of the workmanship on the finish out is not. Our main issues lie with the workmanship on certain items and the timeline to go from start to finish. We don't count this against Bloomfield directly as it had to do with Vendors untimeliness in the building process, however, Bloomfield is the company that is making arrangements as to the Vendors they choose to use. We hope that there changes that are being made as a company to correct the Vendor issues that were had through the processes in our area. Overall we rated 4 stars because there are so many things we love about our home, but there is room for improvement that could have been there to make it a 5 star experience for us. ... More

We had a great home buying experience with the Bloomfield Homes. Their team is very helpful and accommodating. They are versatile and work with your needs and concern. Jeff was so nice, accommodating, kind and professional person. He helped us a lot on this buying process and guide us to find the right home for us and the family. Shout out to him and a 5-star rating. Adding Daisy, Jennifer, Josh and Channa on the 5-star list, they are all nice person and accommodating to work with this whole process. An outstanding experience with the builder from beginning to the end.

Customer service is practically non-existent. Sales person is great, but everyone else was poor; particularly the person who did the walk-through with me.

My closing date was charged several times. Finally moved in with a lot of issues needing to be resolved. House plan is beautiful but craftsmanship is poor; paint stains all over, crooked wall lines, chipped concrete floors, etc.

Not pleased with the staff and their response time, regarding concerns. Contractors were messy, inconsiderate of property and patched up a lot of flaws. Project manager had poor communication skills and failed to monitor job site to ensure accuracy. Third home purchased and this was the only place the agent did not show appreciation by sending a housewarming gift, not even a plant :( Wish I had given the commission to someone more hospitable/appreciative.

The house is very nice whoever did the yard did a terrible job. The slope in the back yard is huge, there is missing sod and very uneven. I would be embarrassed to claim the workmanship.

The buying experience was not bad at all. The house that we purchased is beautiful. The only thing I wish could have happened was at least one ceiling fan given as a courtesy. Especially for the price of the house that we purchased.
