Overall it was a pleasant experience. Workmanship and attention to detail on cabinets was lacking as many of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms had significant damage and scratches. Paint in several areas have already started to crack and some areas were missed when tapping and beading and never got painted. The leveling of the yard is horrible, not sure they even rolled the grass after laying it down. Outside of these issues, which will or have been corrected we love our home.

Our salesman Steve was awesome as well as our project manager Shaun. The process was made simple and easy.

So far the home has been great and other than some fit and finish issues, a gas leak, and lack of yard drainage, we have had no significant issues so far (yes that's sarcasm - but this isn't strictly a Bloomfield issue and what matters to me is how they handle it). Those pain points aside, Matt, our home warranty contact has gone above and beyond ensuring all those previously mentioned issues were addressed quickly and my concerns heard and responded to in a professional and expedient manner. Additionally, our sales manager, Travis, went above and beyond when we were down to the 11th hour on closing and the mortgage broker we went with was either flat out lying to us from day one or was just completely inept. Travis put us in touch with Bloomfield's preferred lender and we came very close to putting off closing another two weeks which he would have had to take a personal hit on but he wanted to ensure we were taken care of properly. He absolutely had no incentive to do this for us as the builder would have had to shell out for another month's worth of mortgage but that just speaks to his character. We ended up closing on time (sort of) and I would not hesitate to buy another house from Travis in a heartbeat, which we sort of did when my elderly mother bought the Bloomfield next door to us. Also, hats off to Bloomfield for honoring our earnest money we had paid for on a previous home that we had started building in another community but backed out during the build due to the insane interest rate increases pricing us out of the home - they did not need to do that. ... Mrs. Sonia, Miss Pat and Mr. Dean were awesome to work with during and after my home purchase. The only issue I ran into was poor paint quality. After leaving painter's tape during our walkthrough for missed areas, once we moved in, there were still a lot of areas needed painted.

Michelle and Kevin were knowledgeable and helpful. Great people! Five stars.

Nice experience, good price and quality

Overall it was a great experience. Amanda was amazing to work with. It can be very overwhelming having to pick everything out when building a new home but she made it so fun and easy. Chet was great too. He made sure that all issues were addressed in a timely manner and dealt with. I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes. We love our home!!

Overall we had good experience. I want to point out areas where there are shortcomings 1) We got different granite than what we choose. We choose moon white every where. We got moon white near stove but all other place its not moon white. We could have proved it different but that would have delayed closing. I think Bloomfield ordered correct stone but vendor didn’t delivered right one. 2) House was not cleaned properly and finishing touches were not perfect. There are paint stains over fan and silicon sealant was on basin and drains. 3) Garage door is not properly installed. Backyard fence has panel broken and paint missing on roof siding. I have reported issue 2 months ago but haven’t been fixed yet. 4) Water heater gas inlet was loose and we had gas leak. It was fixed promptly. We were lucky that it didn’t cause any major harm. 5) Roof leak we noticed today. Hope it get fixed asap. ... More

The overall process with Bloomfield has been and was great. Value was okay for the home but I would recommend that the driveways for some homes be a little wider. There have been a few minor issues but the response time has been great with these.

The process was great from the beginning to the end. Robin and her team are great people. All questions asked during the process was answered promptly. I would use them again anytime. Robin and I work on the selections of building materials, and I love her taste for quality which helps to guide me in picking the best for our new home. Since we have moved in they have been prompt in fixing anything we want to be fix. Understand that it is a new home so there maybe some minor things to fix there and there and it is normal. Standard process with no unexpected surprises. House was ready ahead of schedule.

Jesse and Ryan were very helpful and responsive. This is the second home that I am purchasing in paloma creek in 6 months and both experiences have been great!

This was my first time buying a home and Valiente and Todd made sure to go above and beyond to make it super easy and stress free.

Bloomfield homes are excellent. I love the way their homes are built.

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges. Overall the issues are on the minor side and I would not consider Bloomfield to be a top tier builder. They feel like a mid tier above the likes of Dr Horton and Lennar. No major issues and overall a solid building for the price. Overall a good experience. Would probably not buy from again because I expect to be upgrading but this is certainly a good entry point that avoids most of the horror stories I've seen from lower quality builders. ... More

This is the third home we’ve had built and the best experience and quality. Glad we chose Bloomfield.

Overall, we had a great experience. Can't say enough good things about Patric and his help always. He really goes above and beyond! Were a little disappointed in the final clean up before move in. Paint on the carpet, spots on floors, windows, crooked wall plates. a lot of things not taken care of that should have been Mitchel!!!

The overall home buying experience was great, but I had to pitch in at the last couple weeks in order to ensure fine details are properly completed. I would have appreciated much if this work had been completed few days before closing but unfortunately it had to drag until the day just before closing.

From start to finish, the process was efficient. The realtor get us informed and educated us through the process of selling our home. The process of buying our new home was made simple through our location manager Jaque. The closing process was conveniently scheduled and that process was smooth and efficient. This our final home, and we are able to say that we are home at last.

I love the way my garage door was situated, not facing the road. The design of the building is awesome. Unfortunately, the back door security was not put into consideration as it has a glass door. Overall, the building has a quality material with modern design and is awesome to live.
