My move from TN to TX was made seamless with the help of Chris and his team. Chris communicated very well on the progress of my new home. I enjoyed talking to Chris about my new home. He made me feel like part of the Bloomfield family.

Great company and trust worthy

Bloomfield honored the contract price even after one year of supply difficulties and supply price increases. They kept their promise to us. Outstanding.

Trent and his team did an awesome job getting the home together. After the home was completed, Trent made sure that if there were any deficiencies, which is to be expected when purchasing new, that he was there with his team to replace/repair immediately.

Very fair, even at the height of the market. They didn’t have us bid against other potential buyers. It was first come, first served, and that was much appreciated.

Compared to the previous two builders that I have done business with, by far and I mean very far, my experience with Bloomfield has been superior from start to finish. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and materials in my home and Bloomfield has stood by their word!

Community Manager Bill was great to work with as well as the loan team.

Doug was great throughout the whole process. He was very helpful from the day we picked our lot, and floor plan, till the day we closed. Brett, the building superintendent was attentive to all our concerns during the build. Overall we had a great experience with our first home.

Bloomfield homes provided me with a great experience. They accommodated for pretty much every need that I had and they were always in touch to provide me with the latest updates. They honored the price in the contract, and there were no surprises at closing. I'm very happy with the final product.

Can do better when it comes to workmanship , materials are good but workmanship is not up to the expectations.

I love my home but all the delays were really inconvenient when my home was getting built.

Jason the builder was easy to reach even though he was extremely busy he still answered all questions would meet at site when asked and preformed his own blue tape punch list before I did mine which took care of all the items I was going to point out. Good experience over all

Art and Dean stayed in close contact with us throughout the process.

It was so simple to pick our lot, the model and the finishes desired. Overall very happy with the build. A few issues have been resolved in the first 45 days with just a couple to complete. I'm not totally satisfied with the backsplash as it now looks incomplete by not extending to soffit between cabinets. We would definitely buy again with Bloomfield.

I was new in all of this process because It was the first time and David ( community manager) helped me a lot step by step. I was never feeling alone during the whole process and also the mortgage team was very nice too. I had in order all my documents and evidences; my process was fast since the beginning to the end . I’m very happy with my house, thank you .

Always kept us up to date with the progress of our home weekly. Answered questions in a timely manner. Did everything they could do to get our home finished on time ! Thank you!

We never heard anyone from Bloomfield say, "we don't do that!" They took every request under careful consideration and made a determination. Only once did they say they couldn't do what we wanted and they explained logiccally why they couldn't. They were extremly service oriented! We had been pretty badly burned and lied to on a previous build 3 years before. We told them this in the beginning and that we were paranoid about it. They were very sensitive to this and tolerated our questions with grace, I can't say enough great and wonderful things about everyone from Bloomfield! The home they delivered to us is a quality product with great attention to detail. The sales team will be coming over for a grill party after the pool is finished! Our sales Representative Mandy was the best my wife and I could have ever asked for!!! She had ever answer to all the questions we had. And there was a lot of them. She was such a great help when choosing the colors and what might go with what . And letting us know different things that we wouldn’t have thought of. Scott the GC was also great, he took the time to go over and explain everything and what was to be expected and why. He really really cares about the home he is building.

I really love the home.
