Was lucky enough to stumble upon a ready-built Bloomfield home in Watescape, Royse City. Compared to other builders in the same price range, immediately noticed the quality of workmanship, choice of materials, and design features were far superior. (Also noticed consistency of qualities listed above in the various other new home developments I looked at.) The buying process was easy stress-free. Kevin (Project manager) & Jeff (Sales) were a pleasure to work with! Very satisfied with my new home & highly recommend B. Homes.

With so many home buying options Bloomfield delivered what it was expected. Even with the current health crisis a lot of suppliers have been affected and the building process was definitely impacted by that; however Bloomfield maintained a consistent communication with us and how things were developing during the process. Also, my experience using Bloomfield’s own financial mortgage services was excellent. Happy with our decision of buying a home here in Somerset.

As a first time home buyer, this process was stress free for me due in part to Community Sales Manager Robin and Builder Eric.

From the time we signed our contract the quality of customer service was exemplary. Our salesman, Scott, was very responsive and organized. He made sure to communicate with us as to what was going on with our house at all times. Our Project Manager, Dean, runs a well oiled machine he definitely stayed on top of things. The quality of build was good although there were a few issues after we moved in that were immediately taken care of. We would highly recommend Bloomfield to others.

Bill the salesman was great. He was very accommodating and actually listened to our desires and came up with solutions to make them happen. Jason the builder is phenomenal. We had a few "issues" after we moved in and Jason has been very responsive and timely in getting them resolved. Can't say enough good things about these two!

Matt with sales is amazing, Sam and the entire building process was absolutely incredible! The warranty team however is pathetic, almost nonexistent. Takes several days just to get the guy to answer the phone and then 2 to 3 more weeks to get something actually looked at. The home is still very well built and just absolutely beautiful!

It is my second home with bloomfield. Very supportive sales team and building engineers. Very trustworthy team. I like to give 5 star, but after moving into the home we have realized the current home is build with less quality materials and accessories compare to previous home. My previous home was $100K less than this home, but still we felt other one was good with quality.

Working with Francis through the entire process was an amazing experience, and she also gave very good incentives for our new home. Our house came out just like we envisioned it. We highly recommend Bloomfield homes to anyone in the market for value for your money and beautiful homes.

Good honest homebuilder. Outstanding and trustworthy staff. If there are any issues they are quick to respond. The own up to mistakes and fix things. No builder is perfect, and for what my money can afford, they were the builder that fits our needs and wants. thanks bloomfield this is our second home built by you guys! I was very pleased with the process and how overall simple it was. Anytime I had a question or concern the project manager and community manager were quick to respond with feedback. I would definitely build with Bloomfield again if the opportunity comes up.

THE BATHROOMS ARE SO SMALL YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH THE DOOR WITHOUT SCRATCHING YOURSELF. PUDDY SMEARED AROUND TRIM IN BATHROOMS. NO HANDLES ON CABINETS AT ALL. GUEST BEDROOMS IS TOO SMALL. CABINETS SLAM REALLY LOUD! Hate it!

Sib was professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately our dealings with the project manager are less than ideal. We are waiting for issues to be corrected almost 60 days past closing. Some issues identified during a “blue tape” walkthrough and some discovered since. The issues run from a defective water heater to landscaping. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and follow through.

Over all pretty easy, as we were cash buyers. The people who sold the house were really nice. The house should come with French drains as it “ floods when it gets rainy on the side of the house on both sides, and per and expert outside option that can be problematic. It depends on what kind of foundation and hill it’s built on though, so I’m sure not every home has that.

Our journey started just coming to Godley to see a pre-existing home. It was a Bloomfield home, but was unavailable to see. So we decided to see a model, The Carolina, and fell in love with it. Ms. Francine was wonderful. She walked us thru the process and built our excitement. Kyle, our project manager, was patient and accepted every call of concern during the process. Overall it was a great experience. Ms. Lola and Rita were very helpful in picking our selections for our new home as well. Great location and great builders!

My family looks forward to making making many memories in our new Bloomfield home. We loved this home from the moment we saw it. Thank you Bloomfield for the build?

This is truly my dream home. The move in experience was extremely easy. I had my own realtor and mortgage broker who were both very knowledgeable about the process which made a difference.
