There were some delays during the building process. Overall they honored my wishes and made the process smooth. I Love my new home! I would recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone!

The salesman Jason at Bloomfield homes is awesome and great guy! His staff is wonderful and answer all questions and details. So in Lavon it is a great experience and great people to deal with.

Responding to and finishing multiple issues post purchase needs immediate attention from Bloomfield company.

While the buying of the home was very easy the repair of things missed was not. This is my 3rd Bloomfield home and I would recommend them to anyone.

We bought our home, it did not appraise and we weren’t told until the 11th hour of the sale. We have outstanding issues with the fire place that we can’t get resolved in the coldest months of the year.

Bad service to warranty concerns. The homebuyer must know maintenance of floor based on flooring before hand. Absurd. No maintenance discussed or disclosed.

If the quality of the home matched the price or if this wasn’t a new build the review wouldn’t be bad but considering it’s a new build and high price I shouldn’t be fighting to get hole repaired.

Paul, Sandy, Ty and Jason were very responsive. During most of the construction I visited every day and was very impressed with the build. If I noticed anything unusual I would bring it to their attention and it was addressed- thanks. My only disappointment came with how the workers would toss their trash and construction debris into the front yard and then mash into the ground with the bulldozer, and it becomes a landfill. It doesn’t allow for the soaker hoses to absorb the water and when planting new shrubs, trees or anything often there will be debris in the ground. My suggestion would be invest in trash cans for the workers and trash containers to toss the debris in to avoid creating landfills, especially in the front yard. ... More

The overall experience was very frustrating and most of the frustration was unavoidable due to the Covid effect. Jeff always responded though no matter how many questions I had about my home. One thing I did come to appreciate is Bloomfield not cutting corners like I heard other builders were doing leaving buyers very upset with the quality of their home. The thing I hated most at times was the picture updates when the house was at a standstill. Sara was always a joy to chat with during those extended delays as well. Great company and quality home builders.

What stood out the most in this homebuying process was the people we encountered. From start to finish, they were caring, listened to our concerns, coached us along the way, and made us feel as if we were the only homebuyers in the world. Although we experience delays due to supply chain issues, I wouldn’t change anything. I’m all about service. From the day we walked into the model home to express interest, to the day we picked up our keys to move in, the Bloomfield team was simply amazing! From the start, they listened to our concerns regarding our contract as we were previously under contract which was canceled without notice from another builder. The Bloomfield team assured us that our contract would not be canceled on their end under any circumstances. Excellent home value, and quality worksmanship!

There were no delays in building our home. The purchase and construction process was a pleasant experience. There are a few things we noticed after we moved in that we are not happy with.

Great sale experience. Easy to make changes as time progressed. However, more attention to detail would be recommended. I feel this would cut down on future warranty claims as we are dealing with now. I understand true perfection is not attainable in anything, but some things are truly obvious with workmanship. No need to cut corners on the trades end. I will say, everything was addressed by the project manager that was brought to his attention in a timely manner. Overall, good experience.

Our house was delivered on time and the closing process was quick and easy.

Bloomfield Homes exceeded our expectations, thanks to Jeff and Josh. Jeff's knowledge and flexibility helped us navigate the process with ease, while Josh's construction expertise and friendly demeanor made our experience stress-free. We appreciate their professionalism and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

The Builder has made our home buying experience a lot smoother. We are first time home buyer and had no idea how the process works and what are all the steps involved, but the builder guided us through and have helped us each step of the way. We are very happy with it and would definitely recommend Bloomfield Homes

Bloomfield is a great construction company. I made a deep search before deciding on what company I will work with. And found out Bloomfield is the one best fits my expectations. In overall material and laborhood looks great although house design could be better at some aspects. In short, I’d definitely recommend Bloomfield who is looking for a new place.

Great experience in general.

We have been very pleased with our Bloomfield home. Our construction manager has been great.

The buying process and quality of the home is impeccable.......my only high disappointment was we were told this neighborhood could have unground pools upon going to the city they stated the lots are not big enough per city code. When we asked the subdivision to help get a PD amendment for the community so we could have pools they told us NO we would get no help from them. The PD amendment will cost EACH of us residents who apply over $1000. As we were misinformed the subdivision should pay for this! Or at a minimum waive our HOA for next year that is also $1000. Very very very disappointing buying your dream house with plans (which was 100 % stated at the buying process) to have our oasis backyard to enjoy our home then to be told NO and the subdivision won't help. ...
