Our sales Representative Mandy was the best my wife and I could have ever asked for!!! She had ever answer to all the questions we had. And there was a lot of them. She was such a great help when choosing the colors and what might go with what . And letting us know different things that we wouldn’t have thought of. Scott the GC was also great, he took the time to go over and explain everything and what was to be expected and why. He really really cares about the home he is building.

Builder cannot finish as promised (house came without study room shelves, without ordered garage doors, no door knobs, etc

I give Bloomfield homes a 2 start rate based on the lack of attention to detail on the craftsmanship of my home. The lack of communication between the sales team and builder with buyer, lack of communication between the warranty department and contractors doing the job. For a first time home buyer our experience was not one filled with milestones and excitement. We had updated our self with may calls and trips to the house. The sales team lacks communication and organization skills. The builder did not get updated on change orders and that led to use having to settle for materials we did not ...

Slow, rushed, and no communication

Our house took 13 months to complete, was only supposed to take 6. Communication from the sales and builder side is awful. We didn't have a closing date until 2 days before we actually closed. End product of home was great, and they stand by their warranty but they need new sales staff and much better communication.

The non stopping lies

Sales person lies and uses selective language to help lock you into a contract. During the construction the lies won’t stop even if you present evidence to the staff. The quality of work needs much more supervision from the project manager. From broken tiles to areas where grout is was missing by to areas where tape and beading is is flaking to areas not taped. Glass shower enclosure glass was loose and scullion wasn’t applied yet project manager presumes this is how it should be.

Of course we went under contract during challenging times so it took a little longer but Bloomfield has a price guarantee saw a price was locked in and we never had to worry about increases due to materials. Delays were minimum. Communication with a project manager was outstanding and still is. I would build another home with Bloomfield if I could have the same project manager.
