Name: Sam The dishwasher is very basic. It do not even perform dry after washing. Atleast give better grade products for high priced house. Similarly many such products are basic.

Atleast you have to use tankless water heater. Doors and paints are less quality materials.

Good home slow on repairs. Our home was not cleaned upon more in, allot of broken glass was in our carpet. We should be granted a free house cleaning.

I am overall happy with our experience with Bloomfield Homes. We decided to select them since were willing to make a few custom changes for us, but it was unfortunate those items had to be managed by myself! Our so called project manager dropped the ball so many times I had to ask Community Manager who is really managing this construction. We selected the Carolina IV floor plan, but here are our top 10 items for future buyers to consider (especially those in master bathroom): 1) The entry rotunda lacks a closet if that’s important feature. 2) The master bathroom lacks a linen closet ...

Sales Manager Jeff at Bloomfield Homes Aubrey, TX was great at walking us through the whole process and updated us on each stage. Decided to get a private inspector in Phase 2 and well, let me just say I’m glad I did. If you are building I’d recommend to often visit home and take pictures (keep them for records). Inspection before closing Phase 3 was great and they had to fix all listed on the list. Now, the workmanship was average for the value of the home. I dislike how they do cocking, very tacky. Buyer pay close attention. When they tell you to point out any issues, DO IT. The builder is not checking any quality. They just let to contractors do as they please. I was surprised at what we had to point out to be fixed. I thought obvious issues would be dealt with but no. They use the cheapest constructed cabinets I’ve ever seen. Zero quality. Zero pride in workmanship. Instead of making cabinet seems fit they just stick trim over the seam. Cabinet guides were bent and not parallel. Obvious from the beginning. Tough Year But Finally Done

This was a challenging year to build a house due to supply chain issues that created shortages in material but Bloomfield stuck to their price. Potential delays were communicated in advance and the sales rep did a solid job of maneuvering around the land mines. There are still a few cosmetic things that need to be worked on but I'm confident Bloomfield will take care of them. Overall, we're satisfied with the product and the process.

Make sure to ask that all weeds are cleared before they lay your sod. If not you will have crab grass and weeds coming through the sod. Other than that Michael and the builder Jason were a pleasure to work with.

Overall it was a good experience, we love the home and the neighborhood. So far we haven't had quality issues, our only criticism would be that at the move in pieces of garbage were left in the back yard, bottles, old banana peels, there were cans of beer left in the dishwasher and upstairs bathroom. And the lawn grass was getting a bit high.

The buying process was almost flawless. Unfortunately, two of the tubs placed in my home has stains in them as well as there are some areas that looks to be rushed jobs. There was something wasted on my carpet and a couple of panels/baseboards broken and installed.

I have only 1 issue out of over 20 fixed since I bought the home. I'm asking multiple times for final dates with very little response. Communication is one way mostly.

My wife and I looked at homes from several builders and Bloomfield appeared to be in the top 2 builders for quality from what we could see. It’s hard to judge because when we bought our house, the marker was bad….supplies were low and costs were continuing to go up. We purchased our Bloomfield home at a time when prices were rising and the builder did not provide any incentives. However they used quality building materials and we were always in contact with our sales agent Dona and builder Eric. They always responded to any inquiries we had and our home came up great. We had most of the things we wanted but passed on some upgrades which we were able to do later. The experience was great but the bathrooms were not painted with semi gloss paint which we ended up doing ourselves. That needs standard on all their homes.

Overall the building processed lacked communication. Very slow to respond to serious questions. However, home did come out very nice. Now that we have a few warranty issues the lack of communication and follow up seems disorganized and or non-existent.

Despite purchasing / building our home during the COVID-19 pandemic, the process was smooth. Sam, the project manager was very courteous as well. The only drawback to the entire process, was the attention to detail in the finishing process. I felt that was lacking in more ways than one.

You should Get better contractors.I feel the painters and flooring contractors were losey could have done a better job, , also issues with plumbing, had issues with cabinets uneven. The inspector should have picked up on alot of issues of peoples homes. Your style of homes are too nice not to be done properly.
