From the initial meeting with the Salesman and Builder to going to Southlake to close, very smooth transition throughout. I was shocked to see how many options there were with Bloomfield. I would definitely build again with Bloomfield Homes.

We were pleased with the initial contact with Bloomfield Homes‘ community manager. The process was very involved and we loved it. The Project Manager and financial team were exceptional, professional, friendly and very accommodating to say the lease. We are excited to be a Bloomfield Home owner!

Quality, professionalism, and support from staff was amazing.

From my personal experience, don't expect to get all of the deficiencies corrected . You may be left with problems to repair yourself or hire someone else to repair. Some are major issues and some are minor.

Since materials and the housing market went through the roof, customer service, holding up to agreements and finishing build errors have gone straight downhill. It’s sad to realize 3 months in and just a few things left to correct and complete, I and my new home no longer seem matter to Bloomfield. I understand the market has shaken builders and buyers, but customer service should never be sacrificed in any industry or market.

It was great communication from the start to finish

The sales experience was good and the Sales Manager made it good. However, the Construction Manager changed up and I was not informed and I had been calling with no returned calls. The new manager seemed to not care. Some things were resolved and others were not. Several times my calls were not returned. Some things seemed important and were not handled. I had to handle these issues myself, and I shouldn't have had to. Because I had real estate experience, I was able to handle many issues. I would advise the first-time home buyer to stay on the builder if you have issues because that is their job. ... More

They did their best to complete the home on time.

My new home turned out so Beautiful...I look forward to getting home everyday!! The open floor plan, the high ceilings and gorgeous kitchen was worth the wait!!! Thank You!!!

Of course with COVID and shortages of supplies along the way, there were some delays along the way. However, the staff was always informative and did their very best to complete our home in a timely manner. Once we closed, we were happy as a chipmunk living in an Oak Tree. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone!

Our experience was wonderful with the sales staff, customer service and the project management. Our only two negative experiences were with AMSW and the electrician. There was a terrible lack of communication with Wes at AMSW. And when we did have questions or concerns he seemed to not care. We were almost homeless because Wes was really disorganized and made multiple mistakes. Closing was wonderful and so easy. After, we moved in we had a problem with the dryer tripping the breaker. The electrician came out and was extremely rude. My wife had to call me home to deal with him. The electrician told us it was our brand new dryer causing the problem. So, we did our due diligence and had an appliance repair person come out. He could find nothing wrong. The appliance company gave us a brand new dryer. Once the new dryer was delivered the breaker still tripped. We were now 2 weeks without a dryer. The electrician was again rude and condescending on the phone, but sent another person out. This person found that the panel was wired incorrectly and this was causing the problem. We never received an apology for the terrible customer service. I hope we never have another problem with the electrical because Fox is awful with warranty issues. This is not a reflection on Bloomfield because Mitch and Stephanie were so kind and helpful, but I hope they have a conversation with their contractor about the terrible service they offer. Very smooth experience and all personnel were attentive and helpful.

From start to finish entire process was seamless and easy.

What sold us the most was Chris. He was always there to answer our many many questions and guide is the right direction. He was honest when most people wouldn't be. Even after we have moved in they are still here for us helping when needed. The quality was great and you can tell they truly care about their homes and the homeowners.
