I put earnest money down in November for a February completion date. The tilework, flooring, and framework appeared to have been rushed. I have had numerous repair requests in the past two months. The construction manager is responsive and timely to repair requests. Pam (in the sales office) is amazing and a plethora of knowledge. I wish she was my sales rep.

They made my decision on buying a house much easy because of the Bloomfield homes lay out and designs. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

What really stuck out for us is that Paul and Chad knew we were expecting a baby in March and did everything they could to try and get us in before her arrival. Unfortunately, she had different plans and came early but Bloomfield kept in touch with us through the whole process. If we ever build again, Paul will be our first call.

Our Home buying process was just seamless. We have been here 2 months and we love our new home.

The sales manager David and his design assistant Kim were great! They made the experience move smoothly and were attentive to the details. Because of their professionalism my move from another state to Texas went without any unpleasantness.

U was really surprised how fast the process was. They are very friendly and compassionate people.

Overall a great home buying experience. Simple for experienced homebuyers. First time homebuyers will struggle with initial setup. Pretty good response from the builder reps and technicians.

The buying process was smooth.I bought a spec home so didn't have to pick any items. If I had to do it over I would change a few of the selections.

VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, THE SALE PERSON GAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE DOESNT LISTEN AND NEVER ONCE DID HE INTRODUCE ME TO THE BUILDERS. THEY LEFT THINGS NOT DONE RIGHT, I HAD TO CALL THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND THE JOB STILL NOT FINISH. I WASTED TO MUCH MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

My wife and I purchased a Bloomfield home in Melissa, TX. The experience from the sales office to the design appointment was wonderful. Once we broke ground and began construction is when we started seeing things. Specifically, during construction, there was one area that was not framed correctly according to the blueprints. We mentioned this as soon as we noticed it in October of 2020 to our project manager Sam. He said this will get corrected at a later time. Weeks go by, and no resolution. Finally, they do a little work around, but it still looks terrible. We closed on the house in March of 2021. After countless texts and calls to Sam and corporate, we finally got them to reframe the area. This would’ve been an extremely easy fix if it was addressed initially in October. We were told by Sam that the architects don’t think about the people in the field when drawing plans. He said each framing crew puts their own “touch” on the plan. Closing team work very hard to finalize walk through items and were very meticulous in their work.

The house is spacious, and the style of the building is elegant.

Overall, pretty solid experience. However, we were delayed a lot, understandably due to the pandemic. But with the extra time, we expected better workmanship. A few issues that we are just not pleased with such as several cracks in the driveway already, drywall and texture eye sores, few areas that needed cocking, cracked tile pieces in the shower, “lumpy” landscaping, a giant hole in my front yard that still hasn’t been filled, and several “hollow” spots on the floors... we’ve addressed a few issues but at this point it just feels like we are bugging Michael and we feel we shouldn’t have to be begging for work to be completed. Chet Cameron was my builder he was amazing. He was on top of everything and if he didn’t notice anything and I told him he was on it right away with out hesitation. And just made the home building the best it could be during the pandemic.

Kathy was friendly sometimes. Other times it was as though she was doing me a favor. She was very unfriendly once he knew that I could not close on the date she wanted me to. Moreover after the house was sold to me and I found out some problems she shoved me off to the warranty company. So many things were not explained to me like the sprinkler system, alarms and pest control services.... these are all extras that were unknown to me. Your sales reps should take the time to educate the novices and first time home buyers well. Outside of these complaints my home is beautiful inside and outside. ... More

The Builder seem to care about HIS product, beyond the company. It felt like he wanted to provide a genuine product because it represented him. During our orientation if we noticed issues he was taking pictures right then and sending them to his tradesmen and speaking with them to get things taken care of. No waiting around.

Bloomfield staff was great to work with. I am very happy with my home.
