We are in love with our home... great space and love the design and arquitectural built

The process from start to finish went smoothly. We are very pleased with our new home. Any issues we had were promptly addressed. Jeff was in constant communication with us, which made the process simple and easy. This is the second home we built in Texas, and we had a much better experience with Bloomfield. We have recommended Bloomfield to several of our friends, who are now building with Jeff.

Experience with Bloomfield was awesome. Took care of all our needs and then some. Best home buying experience i have had. Highly recommend Bloomfield for all your new home needs.

Everyone was very helpful

Our house was delivered on time and the closing process was quick and easy.

Exploring a new build was always a scary thing for me. I didn’t want the pressure, the process or the fears of building. From the first 5 minutes my fears were subsided as Brian explained our options and features of our home. We chose a home that had already been started and we closed in less than 45 days. The process was not only easy, but it’s our favorite house we’ve owned to date. We’ve found zero flaws and our slab and frame is now our home we’re proud of. Don’t be timid in pulling in a Bloomfield neighborhood if you’re house shopping. You’ll probably end up as happy as we are!

This is our 2nd Bloomfield home and even though there were major things missed in the completion of the first home we decided to give Bloomfield another chance I do love my new home however, I think there are small details that should not have happened in this process, even though that they are going to be and some have been addressed I feel that there were a mistakes that should not have happened this time around.

Our family recently completed our home buying journey with Bloomfield Homes in Justin, Texas, and I can confidently say this has been the BEST experience we’ve ever had….HANDS DOWN! From start to finish, every person we worked with made this such a smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable process. It all began with Michael and Jeff, the power house sales reps who guided us through selecting our dream home. They were patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer my wife’s endless questions. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel completely at ease and assured us we were in great hands. But what truly set this experience apart was our incredible builder, Jeremy. From the very first meeting, Jeremy’s efficiency and attention to detail were unmatched. He’s the real MVP. Super efficient, never missed a beat, and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of! Jeff, Michael and Jeremy’s commitment and care turned what could have been a stressful process into something we actually enjoyed and looked forward to. We trusted them completely! I also can’t say enough about Kathy, our design rep. She helped bring our vision to life with such patience. Purchasing home with Bloomfield was a blessing. We had awesome experience with Toni ,starting from the first day to the closing .I will recommend Bloomfield home for anyone. Toni made our journey seamless, she respond to calls alway with a calm spirit, making sure she explain things clearly and in details.

My wife and I have lived in Melissa since 2019 and we have always been attracted to the Liberty Community. After looking at some of the lots and some of the homes offered by Bloomfield, we decided to go with them to build our custom dream home. The process of designing the home and seeing its progress week-to-week was a fun and exciting experience. There were some minor hiccups during the build that were quickly fixed (a door going into the 3rd car garage, a vent needing to be rerouted, some changes in light placement) and some things that needed to be fixed after close (overspray on the floors, leaky roof, and lights that were not centered over the sinks in the bathrooms). My only serious complaint is where some of the fixtures meet the ceiling or where the railing meets the wall, it's a little sloppy. Now the project manager has been great and has been very responsive in attempting to fix these issues, but it's still not a crisp finish as you would expect when you pay this particular price for a custom home. ... Mike and Jeff were amazing, attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. They really listened and wanted to make the experience a great one. Our builder Jeremy was also awesome! We were scared at first because we didn’t know what we were doing, but these three, and their support staff made us comfortable the whole time. Thank you all

Sib was professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately our dealings with the project manager are less than ideal. We are waiting for issues to be corrected almost 60 days past closing. Some issues identified during a “blue tape” walkthrough and some discovered since. The issues run from a defective water heater to landscaping. Very frustrated with the lack of communication and follow through.

This is the second time we have had Bloomfield build a home for us. We feel they are by far the best home builder in the area. We just love our new home. Thank you so much Dona for working with us.

We’ve enjoyed our new home buying process with Bloomfield homes. I would buy with them again and send my friends and family to them. :-)

My journey in finding my home was wonderful as I worked with Dona B. and Lynn to find the perfect home for me. Dona was so friendly and patient as I explored other options and I never felt pressured, which is what ultimately brought me back to Dona at Bloomfield Homes. My walk-through with Eric L. was very thorough and he ensured all my questions and concerns were quickly answered. Working with wonderful people made all the difference in my home-buying process. The entire process was outstanding! Starting with April (Outstanding) in sales thru closing was top notch. Chet was great to work with on blue tape review as well as following up on minor issues before/after closing. All folks were great, after 6 weeks being in new home, house is solid and energy efficient as we expected/hoped. Thanks Bloomfield.

We are so in love with our new Bloomfield home! We did look at other communities and other builder properties but nothing compared to our Bloomfield property. The craftsmanship of the homes are superior to other builders. The attention to detail and design of the home are all well thought out. Nothing in our home feels like an after thought. We had such a great experience with Jeff! Thank you Bloomfield for making gorgeous homes and for hiring exceptional agents to help close the deal!
