The experience was great, would recommend to friends and family.

Robin and her support staff were fantastic. Held our hands throughout the buying process and navigated us around a few obstacles. The experience was stress free and I believe that’s because of the caring and professional approach of the Bloomfield Team.

Well, first of all the house was not professionally cleaned. I know I was out of state, but the Home Builder should have caught a lot of these problems. I've had to have warranty work fixed and I have an issue with having so many floor tiles to be replaced. Also, my two bathrooms need to be re-grouted and for being a new home they should've been grouted correctly the first time. I also have a window in my master bathroom that the windowsill is not finished so the workmanship is not there for me.

We love the new home and truly appreciate everything that the sales manager renee has done to help thru the process of purchasing our new home!!! It's been a great experience and we are very happy coming home yo venus everyday

Our home buying experience was very good as we have been eyeing this floor plan we got for years before we finally bought with Bloomfield, Jesse and Micheal were fantastic with all the help we needed and the whole process was extraordinary. If your looking to buy a new home please don’t look no further than Bloomfield Homes because their standard features and space is every other builder out there upgrades, you get your moneys worth with them and I highly recommend buying your home from Bloomfield Homes.

My family had been looking for a year, and we kept hitting walls with other builders. From money to false promises, we were exhausted. Bloomfield was definitely a God send. Easy home buying experience.

I recently purchased a home in the EV Wylie community, and I’m very pleased with both the home and the smooth process from the start. The inspection was completed before closing, and the Bloomfield team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. It’s a peaceful and wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to new home buyers. Working with Bloomfield Homes will be a great experience!

People typically say that building a home is stressful. I can truly say that with Bloomfield there wasn’t any stress at all for our build. Sara and Jeff made the process as smooth as possible and beat the time of completion estimate with a high quality of workmanship. We loved working with Bloomfield and would do so again in the future. We loved working our new home!!

This was my first time buying a home and I expected the worse. I’ve heard horror stories about the home buying process but that was not the case with Bloomfield. EVERYTHING WAS EASY. I didn’t believe it until I went to closing and even that was easy. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I thank GOD for leading me to Bloomfield Homes.

I have never had the privilege of owning a new home. At 76 I decided it was time. The gentleman over this new project could not have been nicer. Matt answered every question I had and provided so much help I could not have been more pleased. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our many questions from the contemplation stage before buying all the way thru the building process.

From start to end, this was the best house buying experience I’ve ever had. Dan showed me a few houses and once I decided on one the same day I was closed within 10 days. He even suggested other Bloomfield neighborhoods if he didn’t have inventory that I liked. I went to title for closing and the same great experience was there as well. Everyone was super nice. Everything was very smooth and fast. My one year old son was very active and the BH team all helped to keep him entertained. I left with a smile on my face and in my heart.

Hunters Ridge community has a serious field mice infestation that needs to be addressed by Bloomfield. They seem to think providing a few rat traps is the answer. I would not recommend doing business with this home builder based on my experience dealing with the sales manager Jack and his assistant who did not want to give me keys to our new home after closing in front of my realtor.
