From start to end, this was the best house buying experience I’ve ever had. Dan showed me a few houses and once I decided on one the same day I was closed within 10 days. He even suggested other Bloomfield neighborhoods if he didn’t have inventory that I liked. I went to title for closing and the same great experience was there as well. Everyone was super nice. Everything was very smooth and fast. My one year old son was very active and the BH team all helped to keep him entertained. I left with a smile on my face and in my heart.

It was a wonderful experience and pretty some for a person who has purchased a couple of houses over the years

Coming to closing, there were some issues that pm took on himself to insure a smooth move in. Couldn’t be happier.

The entire Maplewood Estates team provided our family with constant updates and feedback throughout our newly constructed home. The confidence and experience Carson, Jared and Michelle was incredible. Then there’s the valuable commitment and communication that they all provide to seal the deal. Hunters Ridge community has a serious field mice infestation that needs to be addressed by Bloomfield. They seem to think providing a few rat traps is the answer. I would not recommend doing business with this home builder based on my experience dealing with the sales manager Jack and his assistant who did not want to give me keys to our new home after closing in front of my realtor.

Jack along his team was the best part of the process. It was a smooth process no worries for a second.

This builder provide options that other builder don't. My experience was such a pleasing one. I was also able to change things to my liking. To watch my build from the beginning to the end was an experience as well. Everyone that I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Bloomfield homes provided a good experience for me.

We built with Bloomfield in the summer of 24’. Our rep Sara K. Was very thorough in explaining our options, price point and intimate details of what to and should expect from our home. She has extensive knowledge of color and material coordination and built a great canvas of what our style desires were. Overall the building experience was excellent. We lived local so time to time our family would stop by the house to see it take shape. Move in date came and we were pleased that everything in the home was clean and functioned without any issues. Small details became apparent such as a loose tile or doors not latching but bear in mind, it was build by humans. Our Project manager Ralph was over the top attentive to resolve these minor issues pretty much immediately without question. Our home came with a 1 year warranty which gave me major peace of mind. In my opinion, the project manager makes or breaks the after purchase experience. Overall the quality is excellent on workmanship and material with the framing, brickwork and tile laying being top of my list as impressive for the price. I have raised lot of concerns when buying home , which was not fixed by builder and even after purchase I sent him all the picture but he never fixed it , builder was awful in fixing issues and I didn’t feel quality was that great .

Our home was completed earlier than anticipated and it is the best. Bloomfield staff, both Mandy and Scott handled everything perfectly. The workmanship was outstanding. If we could do it all again, I doubt we would change a thing. Thanks

I would like to suggest in future to develop all lake in community areas with fountain, walk trails

Overall experience purchasing a Bloomfield Home was good.

Our build went flawless however we’ve had a battle with faulty tile installed. They’ve been great about fixing it, but the tile should have been caught before being installed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we were kept very informed.

My experience with Bloomfield Homes was phenomenal!! From the sales team, project management and the selection process everyone was very attentive to my needs and wants. This was my first time building a home and they made the whole process trouble-free no stress and I was at ease knowing the quality home I would receive.

Everything that was promised upfront was delivered on very informative throughout the entire process and kept us informed by weekly emails and was resourceful when we had questions or needed guidance. I can’t comment enough on how nice it work with Travis at Wildflower Ranch. Every interaction was positive, He was extremely professional, but yet genuine and truly cared about us as clients.

From the moment we walked into the beautiful model and met Sara, I knew this was the right neighborhood for us! She was informative, super knowledgeable, fun and listened to my needs. The choices on interior and exterior were great. Building process was seamless and just as promised. Jeff was great to work with and took care of every detail. We love our floorplan and the quality of home that Bloomfield builds for the price point, and I am also a Realtor. I highly recommend

Our home buying and building experience was absolutely top shelf. We have had many homes built in our, almost, 40 years of marriage and this by far was the best experience of them all. The team is responsive and communicates well. They treated our home as if they were building it for their own family.

Over all experience is good, We love the floor plan of the house. The experience with agent and walk through person. Nick was very good. Over all we love the house. The carpet grade is not great. The appliances are good. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well done.
