We are very happy with our Bloomfield home and this new development (Terracina Rockwall) that we had been waiting for! From start to finish, sales manager Sara and her team provided us w/ weekly progress updates and making sure any questions were answered. Any minor issues were addressed immediately. We like this builder because of the quality and extra, unique added features. We highly recommend this builder and community!

Standard process with no unexpected surprises. House was ready ahead of schedule.

Everything was good but some of the builders rushed in some places and we had to call to get some things fixed but overall everything is good, a price we can afford and no major issues so far

Jesse and Ryan were very helpful and responsive. This is the second home that I am purchasing in paloma creek in 6 months and both experiences have been great!

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges. Overall the issues are on the minor side and I would not consider Bloomfield to be a top tier builder. They feel like a mid tier above the likes of Dr Horton and Lennar. No major issues and overall a solid building for the price. Overall a good experience. Would probably not buy from again because I expect to be upgrading but this is certainly a good entry point that avoids most of the horror stories I've seen from lower quality builders. ... More

Very happy with the floor plan, price, and quality. Communication is good. Warranty requests get responded quickly. Would highly recommend BH to friends and family.

The houses are beautiful. The builders are marvelous. However, the loan officers, and the closing process was torturous. There were too many unnecessary huddles we had to jump over. It was very frustrating. Honestly, I won't recommend your mortgage lender to anybody.

Great house and great people

Make sure you know exactly. What color you won't inside and outside your house done, Because they will not change the color later. Be certain on what you want done up front., Because there will be no changes later.

We made your builder aware that the Ac wasn’t working upstairs 6 weeks prior to closing. It wasn’t fixed on time and we were forced to move our closing back. We did our blue tape walk through and some of the issues were ignored. I brought this up to the builder and he told us that he could move the closing back again when he knew that we had to be out of our other house by a certain date. We could not move our closing back again. For us this ruined what would have been a great experience.

Sara was outstanding to work with as we were making selections for our new home and she kept us updated weekly as our house was being built. Ralph was our builder and he was every bit as outstanding as Sara. It was apparent they both take pride in their work. After closing Ralph was extremely responsive to a few minor issues as well. I highly recommend Bloomfield Homes.

The overall home buying experience was great, but I had to pitch in at the last couple weeks in order to ensure fine details are properly completed. I would have appreciated much if this work had been completed few days before closing but unfortunately it had to drag until the day just before closing.

From start to finish, the process was efficient. The realtor get us informed and educated us through the process of selling our home. The process of buying our new home was made simple through our location manager Jaque. The closing process was conveniently scheduled and that process was smooth and efficient. This our final home, and we are able to say that we are home at last.

Overall, a really good experience. I enjoyed working with everyone during the process.

Great communication and the team was great to work with.

I love the way my garage door was situated, not facing the road. The design of the building is awesome. Unfortunately, the back door security was not put into consideration as it has a glass door. Overall, the building has a quality material with modern design and is awesome to live.

I will first start with the only shout out and complement which is our sales guy John. And that is the only thing good I can say about Bloomfield Homes and it’s because of the Construction manager Mike, which I can not say anything good about him. He is one of the rudest people I have ever felt with and I work in the home building industry and have dealt with rude people a lot. He is also untrustworthy non helpful and treats people with no respect Things Mike did after we signed the contract 1) I went in and punched the house and tagged everything that needed to be done from drywall, paint, tile, cabinet touch up, rust stains in the bath tubs, dead landscaping and grass, no rods for the bath tubs (industry standard all builders have the installed even if they are cheap ones, closet rods not stained (industry standard all builder stain them), wrong size ac filters called Goodman and they said the require the 4 inch media filter and even you ac company said the same thing Goodman also said putting the filters he put in will void the manufacturer warranty which means Bloomfield will be responsible for anything that goes wrong with the unit It’s not just us that have issues with Mike. 10 of our neighbors including both of our next door neighbors said the same thing good luck getting anything done Mike won’t do any thing. I would like the President to call me since everybody else just wants to defend Mike instead of holding him responsible ... More

Had a great experience with our viewing, negotiating and closing. We love our home!

My construction manager Josh was amazing. He was honest, receptive to my questions and concerns, and just a good guy! I closed in June and Josh has been a continued support! This was a great experience with him on the team! Thanks Josh… you rock!!!
