So far the home has been great and other than some fit and finish issues, a gas leak, and lack of yard drainage, we have had no significant issues so far (yes that's sarcasm - but this isn't strictly a Bloomfield issue and what matters to me is how they handle it). Mrs. Sonia, Miss Pat and Mr. Dean were awesome to work with during and after my home purchase. The only issue I ran into was poor paint quality. After leaving painter's tape during our walkthrough for missed areas, once we moved in, there were still a lot of areas needed painted.

Overall we had good experience. I want to point out areas where there are shortcomings 1) We got different granite than what we choose. We choose moon white every where. We got moon white near stove but all other place its not moon white. We could have proved it different but that would have delayed closing. I think Bloomfield ordered correct stone but vendor didn’t delivered right one. 2) House was not cleaned properly and finishing touches were not perfect. There are paint stains over fan and silicon sealant was on basin and drains. 3) Garage door is not properly installed. ...

The overall process with Bloomfield has been and was great. Value was okay for the home but I would recommend that the driveways for some homes be a little wider. There have been a few minor issues but the response time has been great with these.

We got a home that was "discounted" ~100k. Clearly a marketing tactic as the discount was probably closer to 20k. However, I have very little complaints about the overall quality. Been here a couple months now and all maintenance requests have been answered timely. There are some issues with build quality such as low quality cabinets and some minor issues with window ledges. Overall the issues are on the minor side and I would not consider Bloomfield to be a top tier builder. They feel like a mid tier above the likes of Dr Horton and Lennar. The overall home buying experience was great, but I had to pitch in at the last couple weeks in order to ensure fine details are properly completed. I would have appreciated much if this work had been completed few days before closing but unfortunately it had to drag until the day just before closing.

From start to finish, the process was efficient. The realtor get us informed and educated us through the process of selling our home. I love the way my garage door was situated, not facing the road. The design of the building is awesome. Unfortunately, the back door security was not put into consideration as it has a glass door. Overall, the building has a quality material with modern design and is awesome to live.

Our new home was built without our choices of colors, materials, items new homes can come with. The over all look, floor plan, designs, amenities were what we liked. The neighborhood is peaceful!
