This is our 2nd Bloomfield home and even though there were major things missed in the completion of the first home we decided to give Bloomfield another chance I do love my new home however, I think there are small details that should not have happened in this process, even though that they are going to be and some have been addressed I feel that there were a mistakes that should not have happened this time around.

Purchasing home with Bloomfield was a blessing. We had awesome experience with Toni ,starting from the first day to the closing .I will recommend Bloomfield home for anyone. Toni made our journey seamless, she respond to calls alway with a calm spirit, making sure she explain things clearly and in details.

Communication with both the construction manager and the neighborhood lead were exceptional. Rapid follow up and responses to questions were fantastic. My highest recommendation to potential buyers for Bloomfield.

My home buying experience was wonder even down to closing and signing the last page the before was great met some wonderful people.

We were impressed with the quality of Bloomfield Homes the first time we looked at one. There are many extra touches included that other builders don’t provide. The overall process was great and they were willing to work with us when we were met with struggles. They were also willing to incorporate most of our requests and ideas into our home. The only thing that was less impressive was that there were not options on lighting inside or outside the home. We love our home!

We built with Bloomfield in the summer of 24’. Our rep Sara K. Was very thorough in explaining our options, price point and intimate details of what to and should expect from our home. She has extensive knowledge of color and material coordination and built a great canvas of what our style desires were. Overall the building experience was excellent. We lived local so time to time our family would stop by the house to see it take shape. Move in date came and we were pleased that everything in the home was clean and functioned without any issues. Small details became apparent such as a loose tile or doors not latching but bear in mind, it was build by humans. Our Project manager Ralph was over the top attentive to resolve these minor issues pretty much immediately without question. Our home came with a 1 year warranty which gave me major peace of mind. In my opinion, the project manager makes or breaks the after purchase experience. Overall the quality is excellent on workmanship and material with the framing, brickwork and tile laying being top of my list as impressive for the price. Me and my family relocated to Texas a couple of months ago. I had been coming to Texas since last year looking to start over. I must have looked at 20 plus homes. Soon as I came to look at the Bloomfield homes the staff made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet.

I went in to view a Bloomfield home and never came out of it! They are so beautiful contemporary and have all the upgrades you need! I love living in a smart Bloomfield home...

We got a newly built home from Bloomfield in Timberbrook. The process was smooth and stress free while dealing with our representative, Michael Herzog. We talked initially about what our needs were and we had nice options made available to consider. Michael was always quick to respond to questions or concerns, and he was genuinely engaging during the entire process. The home has been a nice living space that we will enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend a Bloomfield home to anyone considering new construction or an existing home.

Very quick build after breaking ground. Construction manager and sales team were very knowledgeable and eager to help.

The best part of buying from Bloomfield was getting to meet Sara and her staff. They made the process easy to follow and you could take what they said to the bank. Every step was explained and made as enjoyable as possible. No gimmicks, no hard sell, no bs. Great people and a great experience.

Well, we have purchased a number of homes over the 64 years we have been married. We are very happy with our experience here at Bloomfield. The house was s spec home. It was what we were looking for - smaller, but well built, attractive, and with a great front porch. Ther was just one issue, we wanted taller toilets, but the builder does not normally do that. We were able to work out a solution between the builder and our real estate agent and got what we needed.

From beginning to end, my experience with Bloomfield Homes has been great. We have been in our house about six weeks now and have not found any real problems and any little problems we have found. They have been very responsive to.

From the get go David made our experience wonderful. He was authentic and honest with everything he told us and helped us out with any first time questions we had. He one of a kind. The material selection meeting is a an eye opener as all the good stuff is extra but expected. The building process was a little different because they let you know that everything has to be drawn per plan but when confronted that an area was not built per the plan they had an excuse or push backed. In the end somethings were picked up and other were not. Overall a good experience but could have been great.
