The homes are beautiful. Flat out!!! I only wish the detail in the work inside the home was beautiful as the look outside the home. Nothing is perfect however concerning the Detail for example the quality of paint and craftmanship work that doesn't need to be reworked or fixed is something that is just upsetting. However as stated in title management is the best even when contractors have bad days. Kudos to the Realtor an management team at Autumn run. Excellent to work with!!!

From start to finish The Bloomfield representatives were great to work with. They explained everything in detail and kept us updated on the process and where were with the build. Scott Gross was awesome to work with, he made sure any issues we had with the home were addressed and taken care of. Highly recommend this home builder.

Easy going people and helpful in all respects.

The wall in garage was not flat. When using a 6 foot flat edge easy to see wall was converted. Same issue with floors. There was 4 pokerchip height difference when using a 6 foot straight edge. We had the floor re leveled at our own exoense.

I love that I was able to customize my options.

We purchased the Carolina 2 with the media room. Overall we absolutely love the home but there are a few issues. The main issue is that we purchased wood like tile floor in the main level with dark color grout. The contractors removed all the paper that was placed down which allowed dust and dirt to be packed into the grout lines turning them white. We requested it be cleaned and a technician from the flooring company came out and did an acid wash on it. This removed a lot of the dirt but not all so we are still working to get it fully clean. The second issue was when the carpet was laid in the bedrooms the floor was not floated so there were multiple divots in the slab which made it feel like you were stepping in a hole. This repair had to be scheduled twice as the first work order was not put through correctly. The last issue is just all the minor paint imperfections that we have found this includes trim and wall paint. ... More

Of course with COVID and shortages of supplies along the way, there were some delays along the way. However, the staff was always informative and did their very best to complete our home in a timely manner. Once we closed, we were happy as a chipmunk living in an Oak Tree. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone!

The sales manager David and his design assistant Kim were great! They made the experience move smoothly and were attentive to the details. Because of their professionalism my move from another state to Texas went without any unpleasantness.

U was really surprised how fast the process was. They are very friendly and compassionate people.

Overall a great home buying experience. Simple for experienced homebuyers. First time homebuyers will struggle with initial setup. Pretty good response from the builder reps and technicians.

In-spite of the waiting time it was worth the wait. The house was an adjustment as it is much more open spaced and less in the way of walls which made placing furnishings somewhat difficult as how we arranged the house. We adjusted. Overall it was a great option for us. And btw we are glad to be a part of the Texas tradition.

Patricia is the best ..... Bloomfield takes it all. I ll definitely come back for our next home...somewhere down the line.

We said no to a neighborhood solely because we did not like the welcome we received at another Bloomfield property. Until we met Patrice, we didn’t even notice how unenthusiastic the other person was. Patrice literally pulled us in like we were family and made us feel welcomed from the start. Chuck kept us informed and made sure our concerns and questions were answered. Union Park is a lovely neighborhood, but the people in the office and at the home site made the difference.

Overall good experience buying home in Texas, Project manager was very good explaining and response.

easy to work with, updates are great, its a new build so of course there will be little things to address but very little and thats what the warranty is for

Well to start all the houses are SO beautiful & the price you get for them is just really unheard of. I truly LOVE our house it’s a joy to finally be in our forever home!
