Very happy with our Bloomfield home purchase! Floorplan and options available fit our needs perfectly. Community team took great care of us.

Bloomfield was great from the first time we met until closing day. It did take a long time for our home to be built, but that was mainly due to covid related issues that have affected materials supplies. I would recommend them to anyone.

If there was any issues or problems along the way, I was always notified no matter what. The builder and manager made me feel like I was part of the family and not just another customer.

Channa was a great project manager. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even after I closed on the home. There were some hiccups along the way but she did what she could to remedy them.

Leslie was really great and attentive to my home buying needs. Doug is a great great builder who really cares about what the customer wants. He made sure to keep me posted on the progress of the house. He and his team worked very hard to make sure everything was right. I love my home!

There was an issue with one of the window, but it was patched and inspection passed. Then soon after, rain water leaking through the window and damage the windows. Service ticket opened. I pressed the urgent issue due to window leak and caused MOLD. Window service and open up the windows and mold discovered. The service men tried to patch the window up without proper testing for leaking. After weeks, they decided that they ordered new windows. The room is not usable for more than a month now. I don't know when it will be done properly. I don't know where to voice my concern, because seems like nobody care about mold in the house we live. Beautiful home for the price and very well built!

The friendly atmosphere of the whole crew at Hagan Hill was beyond my expectations, they made the transaction smooth and easy. I'm very glad I choose this builder, the house is beautiful, Great Job you guys!!

Our home buying experience with Bloomfield has been the worst customer service experience of our lives. We were informed, mid covid (August 2020), that we would be closing 4-6 months after signing, that was not the case. We ended up closing almost 12 months after signing. The only time we got information of possible delays on our closing date were when we reached out to Jason, and his forecasts were always months off from the truth. Keith clearly lacks any customer service experience and has very little organization skills. Keith waited until the day before we were supposed to close to order our survey or let our appraiser into the house, despite our appraiser attempting for over a month. Obviously this led to more last minute delays which affected us tremendously as we had taken off from work and scheduled deliveries/movers. After finding this out, we sent a buisness appropriate email to Keith expressing our dissatisfaction. Keith then purposefully ignored our emails and we only received a response when we happened to run into him at our residence. Keith advised us he did not respond to our Emails because they were "hostile." We're still trying to get things, that Keith said he would handle prior to us moving in, fixed- such as our shower drain being higher than the shower floor. Jeff was great with explaining the price points and upgrades. Jordan Baker, project manager was very attentive when it came to requests and responding to small issues during the build process

The process was exceptional from the start! Leeroy, Floyd and Lynn (our amazing designer) each were thoughtful, knowledgeable and made the experience of moving into our beautiful home wonderful

First of all, I would truly like to thank Steve and Shaun for an excellent buying experience! Although it did get a little hectic as it got closer to my closing(no fault of theirs), I would definitely do it all over again!

Quality of material used is not the best. You dont see these things until you move in and start seeing things.

After you pay your money the communication is horrible. They will ignore your emails as well as phone calls. If I had to do it over again I’d go with a different builder.

They have a lot of detail in there homes

Disappointed in the quality of craftsmanship which was one of the main reasons we went with Bloomfield vs another builder as the model homes were nice. Wish that craftsmanship was displayed in our build

Great sales agent and beautiful designs. However, not as perfect as you think, you will find a few minor mistakes but they’re very cooperative .

Bloomfield builds a beautiful home, however upon move in we experienced one problem after another.

Took 10 months for our house to be completed. Understand it was a challenge to build a house during a pandemic but we were initially told April and home was "completed" in July. We closed in July as we were asked to do. It is now September and we still have several punch list items outstanding. Also some problems we found after we closed and moved in. It has been a challenge getting items repaired. We were recently informed by Bloomfield that we need to deal directly with the sub contractors instead of notifying Bloomfield. So we closed when we were told even though there were still many items outstanding and now that Bloomfield has our money they are telling us they will no longer assist us with getting items repaired we have to deal directly with the contractors. Getting response from the contractors has also been a challenge. Been a very frustrating experience all around. ... More

Our building process was delayed for a number of reasons including supplies, weather, and work crew scheduling. But throughout the process, the project manager and property manager were very responsive to emails or calls. Usually had an answer back within 24 hours for any inquiries. The project manager (Chad) even met me at the site a couple of times to review the construction process status. Definitely felt like we were listened to during the process.
