Attention to details and the wants/needs of the home buyer. From sales to construction great people.

If I could I would have picked another builder, we were told the ants on the outside of the home were going to be taken care of before we moved in that was October of 2018. We have spent months with Orkin trying to rid the home of ants. Once you sign your contract your on your own. We would not recommend Bloomfield Homes to anyone. We have so many issues and I’m the one taking care of them. Oh well buyer beware.

Everyone we talk to at Bloomfield is friendly. The house is great. Scott is really nice, very responsive, and wants the best quality and experience for their customers.

A well built home at a good price, and the sales manager was completely honest and responsive.

Do not respond to issues and mislead on information. Make changes and then act as if they did not. Will tell you to report anything you find after 30days instead of daily and then said after 30days you now contact the warranty people. So sad!!!

I transferred from different site to her due to proximity to work before the construction started.It was very smooth transfer of location.I really appreciate managers of to sites,and builder in my location is like my friend.

Responding to and finishing multiple issues post purchase needs immediate attention from Bloomfield company.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. He made you feel at home before you even bought the home. Was willing to work with you and answer any questions you had.

We purchased a ready move in "Carolina" Bloomfield home at Lakeview Estates in Anna, TX. The home was beautiful with it's gorgeous wood flooring. The three car garage was a bonus as we needed a little extra room to house our Harley Davidson. We've been in the home now a little over three months with minor issues which were quickly addressed. The neighborhood is developing nicely and we're extremely glad with our decision to buy a Bloomfield home here at Lakeview Estates!

Jaque our sales man was amazing and went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anybody. Answered all questions and very attentive to everything. Once the house was being built had to watch alittle closer certain things got looked over. But once sent to Anthony our builder he fixed them. But overall a good experience.

The sales person was nice and they help us a lot in the process and the house are very nice. so far we are happy to have a business from Bloomfield.

Anything you get added, stay on top of asking about when it will be completed. We had a bathroom cabinet that we paid extra for and had to ask several times about, but eventually got it. The dishwasher isn't that great, it's so loud. Plan to have house inspected before first year end, but everything seems to be in functioning order and love the curb appeal of the homes Bloomfield designs. Overall, satisfied.

David, Kim, and Ruben could not have made our buying experience any better. From the first time we walked into Hagen Hill all the way to move in has been a wonderful experience. All three of them go out of their way to make the process go smooth. When we have called to have an issue resolved, they responded quickly and took care of the issue. Our new home is absolutely beautiful and just what they promised it would be. I would recommend Bloomfield Homes to everyone.

One to move in into the neighborhood in December 2018. Rain for the next pilot brings in mud to the back yard and side of the building. Also, the next day after we move in, we discover that one of the wood panel on the gate has a hole. I contacted the person who we were told to contact. It's been almost three months now. No movement has been made. I really feel like once you close they dont care what happens.

Brand new home, but after 3 months here is the truth. December-February 1. Three rooms in the house do NOT heat well at all. They are freezing, causing my electric bill to go up. I told them about it during the walk through the response I got was...”well that’s a north facing room “ 2. Laminate flooring is bowing and fells like a trampoline in some spots. Their response was “it’s supposed to move as the house moves” 3. Carpet is already worn down. Also every room has a st least 1 or more places with a seam, and you can see them and feel them when you walk on it 4. The louver vents can be heard anytime a breeze goes by. Sounds like anilmals are trying to nest in them. 5. Caulking and paint. Let just say they got lazy on this part 6. Not very energy efficient even though they claim to be. 7. Windows suck!!!!! Major draft problems. Oh and they have been out to “fix” them 8. Doorbell sounds like toy kitchen pots and pans banging together 9.Landscape- the mulch has pretty much disappeared 10. I can’t fit 2 cars in my driveway and I have an extended garage. I think you get my point. Cheap materials. Cheap labor. Cheap home. I love the design, but I’m just waiting for things to fall apart probably right after the warranty runs out of course ... More

Buying a home from Bloomfield was a fun experience. Working with our sales agent and his support staff kept me informed of construction progress, walking us through each phase of construction. It was actually a fun experience, much more so than our previous home’s builder. Great neighbors too! Thanks again to Bob and crew and we shouldn’t forget Bloomfield’s warranty service has been great!
