Bloomfield is a great construction company. I made a deep search before deciding on what company I will work with. And found out Bloomfield is the one best fits my expectations. In overall material and laborhood looks great although house design could be better at some aspects. In short, I’d definitely recommend Bloomfield who is looking for a new place.

We paid a good deal for our home and have had almost all of the trades back in, and some twice to fix shotty workmanship. I wish more care had been taken to build a better product.

The experience was great and was seamless. From the beginning we were treated great and Paul and the group at the office were amazing.

Me and my family relocated to Texas a couple of months ago. I had been coming to Texas since last year looking to start over. I must have looked at 20 plus homes. Soon as I came to look at the Bloomfield homes the staff made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Over all pretty easy, as we were cash buyers. The people who sold the house were really nice. The house should come with French drains as it “ floods when it gets rainy on the side of the house on both sides, and per and expert outside option that can be problematic. It depends on what kind of foundation and hill it’s built on though, so I’m sure not every home has that.

The process was easy as they kept me informed about timelines which made me feel I was valued as a homebuyer. The neighborhood has a country feel being minutes from the city.

I had a great experience with Bloomfield from the beginning to the end. The Community Manager Stuart and Project Manager John did a fantastic job. The level of communication was very impressive. Even when we moved in, they responded to our request in a timely manner. Stu and John made us feel like family. I will definitely be recommending Bloomfield to my family and friends.

The staff at Bloomfield were responsive to my questions and attentive to my needs. This is our 2nd home we’ve bought but the first one we’ve purchased in over 20 years. Transitioning out of the military was stressful, especially when trying to purchase a home while you're living in another state. Matt allowed us ample time to get our affairs in order and we were able to secure a home. We love the community and the house.

The buying process and quality of the home is impeccable.......my only high disappointment was we were told this neighborhood could have unground pools upon going to the city they stated the lots are not big enough per city code. When we asked the subdivision to help get a PD amendment for the community so we could have pools they told us NO we would get no help from them. The PD amendment will cost EACH of us residents who apply over $1000. As we were misinformed the subdivision should pay for this! Or at a minimum waive our HOA for next year that is also $1000. Very very very disappointing buying your dream house with plans (which was 100 % stated at the buying process) to have our oasis backyard to enjoy our home then to be told NO and the subdivision won't help. ... Overall happy with Bloomfield homes and the quality/Value of the work. The closing experience was as smooth it can be. As expected there will be few issues with the new home and missed/wrong workmanship and I have a bunch of them. But the support has been good if not super responsive. Being an inventory home but still under construction with the time available to make changes, I’d have liked to have some minor changes accepted but no flexibility was offered, which to me is a big sticking point. Paul was our salesman and he was great from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the house in the build. His team was responsive to all my requests for things to tweak before I moved in. They have been responsive to the minor warranty claims I filed since I moved in. I gave five stars for value for the price. I still feel that is all relative. Compared to other builders it’s similar price points. I think you’re getting more with Bloomfield, however, I still feel all homes are extremely overvalued in this market. I’m shocked I had to pay what I had to pay for a 2300 square-foot home, but it seems to be a much better build than other builders in the same price point. My kids and I are loving the house. I have not yet had it inspected, I will wait until I get closer to the end of my first year warranty before doing the inspection. That way if the inspector find anything it should be covered under warranty. ... More
