I feel that the overall buying process went well

Sib was so amazing. Doing the process from out of state is hard. I called in a panic a few times and she was so helpful and calm.

I know this isn’t an easy job to do, but April does it with ease. She is very professional and always answered my questions quickly and accurately. Building a home can be stressful but April made it as stress free as possible.

My journey in finding my home was wonderful as I worked with Dona B. and Lynn to find the perfect home for me. Dona was so friendly and patient as I explored other options and I never felt pressured, which is what ultimately brought me back to Dona at Bloomfield Homes. My walk-through with Eric L. was very thorough and he ensured all my questions and concerns were quickly answered. Working with wonderful people made all the difference in my home-buying process. Thank you Dona, Lynn and Eric!

My family had been looking for a year, and we kept hitting walls with other builders. From money to false promises, we were exhausted. Bloomfield was definitely a God send. Easy home buying experience.

Jack along his team was the best part of the process. It was a smooth process no worries for a second.

Our build went flawless however we’ve had a battle with faulty tile installed. They’ve been great about fixing it, but the tile should have been caught before being installed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we were kept very informed.

Over all experience is good, We love the floor plan of the house. The experience with agent and walk through person. Nick was very good. Over all we love the house. The carpet grade is not great. The appliances are good. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well done.

We stumbled across the home and dropped in to see Jeff. He was great to work with. Third time buying a spec home for me and the process was seamless. Bloomfield makes a great product. I will change out the dishwasher soon I'm sure as it's not a quality one but other than that, everything is great!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Workmanship and attention to detail on cabinets was lacking as many of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms had significant damage and scratches. Paint in several areas have already started to crack and some areas were missed when tapping and beading and never got painted. The leveling of the yard is horrible, not sure they even rolled the grass after laying it down. Outside of these issues, which will or have been corrected we love our home.

Overall it was a great experience. Amanda was amazing to work with. It can be very overwhelming having to pick everything out when building a new home but she made it so fun and easy. Chet was great too. He made sure that all issues were addressed in a timely manner and dealt with. I would highly recommend Bloomfield homes. We love our home!!

The process was great from the beginning to the end. Robin and her team are great people. All questions asked during the process was answered promptly. I would use them again anytime. Robin and I work on the selections of building materials, and I love her taste for quality which helps to guide me in picking the best for our new home. Since we have moved in they have been prompt in fixing anything we want to be fix. Understand that it is a new home so there maybe some minor things to fix there and there and it is normal. This is the third home we’ve had built and the best experience and quality. Glad we chose Bloomfield.

Overall, we had a great experience. Can't say enough good things about Patric and his help always. He really goes above and beyond! Were a little disappointed in the final clean up before move in. Paint on the carpet, spots on floors, windows, crooked wall plates. a lot of things not taken care of that should have been Mitchel!!!

Nothing but great experience with purchasing and closing on my new home. Neighborhood is still in development and there's talk of a pool. 2 months in so fare so good.

Kathy was awesome to work.with in Sales for 1 year build. I value her experience and knowledge. She did great job supporting our needs and planning. I know she got tired of my almost daily emails and trips for challenges.during build. Ryan, construction manager over our build, was outstanding, patient, very understanding of our requests and follow on communicated clearly and concisely on Any concerns with the build we expressed. We were nervous at.timea when material delays occurred, wrong items were installed etc. Ryan always, without hesitation, resolved timely and to our satisfaction. Nothing is perfect in this world... Our move in went smooth. Issues were addressed very quickly by Terry. Overall good experience. Would recommend.

Smooth and easy best describe our home buying experience. From start to closure, we were taken care of and responded to in a timely manner. Promises were kept and communication was always pleasant and swift.
