We had a good buying experience from sales agent Aubrey, he made everything so easy for us. He kept us updated every single day about the status of the house and the loan, etc Our construction manager Jared is the best! He was able to fixed all the defects we noticed on our initial walk through. Over all, I would recommend Casa Fresca, this is our second home, their house quality is better than our previous builder.

These builders have simply superb team. I have been living in this home past 3 months I appreciate each everyone for their work. The sales person was helpful even after closing to get the things right that were missing while closing. The work of Stephanie is awesome Coming to their construction, they use good materials as I can feel the quality. The construction manager Luis will be available to answer any questions. They are polite and welcoming I had issues with one of the appliances but the Warranty specialist Laurie made sure its fixed . Laurie strives for the customer experience and she ensures all the items in the home meets casa fresca standards Great experience all together. The Casa Fresca experience has been fantastic! From the builder, Austin, to the Sales Consultant, Jason. Both have been incredibly insightful and helpful when needed. The home is beautifully constructed. The entire virtual buying process was seamless and made our move from California less challenging. If I knew home buying would be this easy I would have done it years ago!!! Matt did an amazing job introducing us to the homes, the area and the amenities. Austin is such a wonderful construction manager. He did a fantastic job on our walk through. Answered every question, was a wealth of knowledge and was so detailed oriented. He was ready to make any updates and fix up imperfections no matter how small. I can't say enough about the team at Casa Fresca. If you're thinking about purchasing a newly built home I wouldn't go anywhere else but Casa Fresca.

Great value. Good sales folks and construction manager. Excellent locations. Jaime the sales guy was great! Scott the CM was great! It’s new construction, so items like post office set up and deliveries are taking a while to set up as new addresses are set up. We were the third house on the street so it took 4 weeks to get the mail running. Once issue was brought up, it was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Great product thus far and happy with our purchase.

I searched and walked through local new builders' communities, and found that Casa Fresca was one that provided quality materials; from ceramic tiling in the bathrooms (and glass enclosure for the shower) to the solid wood kitchen cabinets. I only gave the quality four stars because of one issue I had after moving in where it was found that a broken piece of pipe was stuck in the sewer line. The response to fix the problem was quick at no cost to me. I did find other minor issues, but they too were remedied quickly. All in all, I have to say I am pleased with this builder and would recommend them. ... More

Everything was very good except the response from the HOA

Contractors have to pay more attention of small details that honestly during the walk thru you won’t chat due to the excitement of the new home. We found nails on the stairs, walls with dents, entryway cement cracking.

Casa fresca builders did a great job with answering all our questions and guiding us along the path to buying our first home.

These folks have been amazing (Zach, Larry, Tyler, Brittany)!!! They have been attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful. My biggest issue is that what I purchase is not what I received. Let me explain - The people at Casa Fresca have been great and they were also unaware what I have had to fight and deal with. When you purchase a home you are given a survey of the property you are purchasing. In the survey it clearly states your property line. I have tried and been denied placing a fence around my property line because of drainage easement. I have sent letters and documentation stating that the fence does not block water from draining and still have been denied. I essentially lost about 1000 square feet of my yard that I paid for. I have also learned that I have not been the only one dealing with this issue and now Casa Fresca is also looking into this problem because they are being perceived as covering this up but LET ME BE CLEAR THEY HAVE NOT and is looking into the matter. You want to buy a Casa Fresca be proud to do so for they are great just be mindful of the HOA on what you can do and not do. (I still think the HOA as no legal right on the fence issue but I'm not a lawyer but I will find out) ... More

Joanna was great, Luis the project manager was very helpful. He was responsive to our concerns. Overall it was a great experience. Problem no street light and kiosk for mail. We moved in March and still waiting. It’s extremely dark, would feel safer when they have street lights.

Kayla was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and stays on top of everything. Helped me through several issues during closing process. I did not have the pleasure of meeting any production managers but the inspection team was very good also
